Die Transportstrecken 4 und 6 tangieren die Transportscheiben 8 beziehungsweise 9 und weisen in diesem Bereich jeweils Abweiselemente 19, 21 beziehungsweise 20, 22 auf. Ähnliche Abweiselemente 23 beziehungsweise 24 sind auch in dem Bereich zwischen den Transportscheiben 8 und 9 angeordnet.
Durch die Abweiselemente 19, 23, 22 ist dabei der Transportweg der spinnmaschinenspezifischen Transportpaletten 25 vorgegeben, während die Abweiselemente 20, 24, 21 der Transportweg der spulmaschinenspezifischen Transportpaletten 26 festlegen.
Das bedeutet, beim Verschwenken des über die Steuerrolle 52 beaufschlagten Hebels 48 wird gleichzeitig über die Steuerstange 54 auch der Hülsenaußengreifer 56 betätigt, so daß beim Anstellen des Führungsbleches 49 an den Hülsenfuß gleichzeitig der Greiferarm 55 um die Schwenkachse 58 in Richtung R geschwenkt und dabei die Hülsenspitze gegen einen festen Anschlag 62 drückt.
Nach einer Drehung der Transportscheibe 8 um ca. 180° werden die Spinnkopse 59 auf der gegenüberliegenden Transportscheibenseite auf die spulmaschinenspezifischen Transportpaletten 26, die inzwischen ihrerseits durch entsprechende Spulen- und Hülsenhandhabungsvorrichtungen 42 auf der Transportscheibe 9 von ihren Leerhülsen 60 befreit wurden, abgesetzt.
Die durch die Spulen- und Hülsenhandhabungsvorrichtungen 42 der Transportscheibe 9 von den Transportpaletten 26 abgezogenen Leerhülsen 60 werden entsprechend auf die inzwischen leeren und über das Abweiselement 23 in den Bereich der Transportscheibe 9 überführten spinnmaschinenspezifischen Transportpalette 25 abgesetzt. Anschließend gelangen die jetzt mit Leerhülsen 60 bestückten Transportpaletten 25, über das Abweiselementes 22 geführt, auf die Transportstrecke 6 und werden in Richtung des Pfeiles 7 zum Transportsystem 2 der Ringspinnmaschine hin ausgeschleust.
Erfindungswesentlich ist, daß ein kontinuierliches Umsetzen der auf spinnmaschinenspezifischen Transportpaletten angelieferten Spinnkopse auf spulmaschinenspezifische Transportpaletten stattfindet beziehungsweise daß die auf spulmaschineneigenen Transportpaletten angelieferten Leerhülsen kontinuierlich auf die spinnmaschineneigenen Transportpaletten umgesetzt werden.
Claims (10)
- Spulenwechsel- und Transportvorrichtung für einen Maschinenverbund Ringspinnmaschine/Spulmaschine, mit einem spinnmaschineneigenen und einem spulmaschineneigenen Transportsystem, in dem jeweils maschinenspezifischen Transportpaletten umlaufen, sowie einer an einer Nahtstelle der beiden Transportsysteme angeordneten Umsetzeinrichtung (1), die ein Überwechseln von Spinnkopsen und Leerhülsen von den Transportpaletten des einen Transportsystems auf die Transportpaletten des anderen Transportsystems ermöglicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umsetzeinrichtung (1) über zwei gleichsinnig rotierende, benachbarte Transportscheiben (8,9) sowie auf jeder der Transportscheiben (8,9) angeordnete, zwangsgesteuerte Spulen- und Hülsenhandhabungsvorrichtungen (42) zum Anheben und Absenken der Spinnkopse (59) beziehungsweise der Leerhülsen (60) verfügt, wobei die Transportscheiben (8, 9) auf ihrem Außenumfang Mitnahmeelemente (8', 8'',8''' bzw. 9',9'',9''') aufweisen, die während einer Scheibenrotation sowohl einen dem einen Transportsystem (2) als auch einen dem anderen Transportsystem (3) zugeordneten Transportwegbereich durchlaufen. - Spulenwechsel- und Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulen- und Hülsenhandhabungsvorrichtungen (42) über stationär angeordnete Steuerkulissen (35) ansteuerbar sind.
- Spulenwechsel- und Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkulissen (35) jeweils eine obere Steuerkurve (36) zur Höhenverlagerung des Grundkörpers (41) der Spulen- und Hülsenhandhabungsvorrichtung (42) sowie eine untere Steuerkurve (37) zur Betätigung einer Hülsenfußpositioniervorrichtung (49) und einer Hülsengreifvorrichtung (56) aufweisen.
- Spulenwechsel- und Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Transportscheiben (8,9) durch ein gemeinsames Antriebsaggregat (12) kontinuierlich beaufschlagbar sind.
- Spulenwechsel- und Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Transportscheiben (8,9) den Transportweg für die spinnmaschinenspezifischen Transportpaletten (25) vorgebende Leitelemente (19,23,22) und den Transportweg für spulmaschinenspezifische Transportpaletten (26) vorgebende Leitelemente (20,24,21) angeordnet sind.
- Spulenwechsel- und Transportvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Transportscheiben (8, 9) jeweils eine Tragkonstruktion (38) in Form einer Stützsäulenanordnung installiert ist, wobei an jeder der Stützsäulen (39) über eine Parallelogrammführung (40) der Grundkörper (41) einer Spulen- und Hülsenhandhabungsvorrichtung (42) höhenverlagerbar angeordnet ist.
- Spulenwechsel- und Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Grundkörper (41) eine Steuerrolle (45) angeordnet ist, die auf der oberen Steuerkurve (36) der stationär angeordneten Steuerkulisse (35) aufliegt.
- Spulenwechsel- und Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Grundkörper (41) ein um eine Schwenkachse (47) beweglicher Hebel (48) angeordnet ist, der ein Führungsblech (49) zum Positionieren des Hülsenfußes und eine an der unteren Steuerkurve (37) anliegende Steuerrolle (52) aufweist.
- Spulenwechsel- und Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (48) über eine Steuerstange (54) mechanisch mit einer Hülsengreifvorrichtung (56) gekoppelt ist.
- Spulenwechsel- und Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülsengreifvorrichtung (56) als Außengreifer ausgebildet ist.
