Description
The invention relates to a device for Spray coating objects with coating powder along an object transport route according to the Preamble of claim 1.
Solch eine Vorrichtung ist aus der US-A-4 770 118 bekannt. Such a device is known from US-A-4,770,118 known.
From DE 195 24 327 A1 is one Powder coating booth known to be on the ground is funnel-shaped, whose in Horizontal section seen circular cabin wall diametrically opposite object through openings has, of which at least one outside the cabin wall as one laterally open coating station for coating the objects with a hand sprayer is trained. The back wall of this Coating areas can be opened through a door wing relevant object passage opening of the round cabin be educated. According to another embodiment the floor of the round cabin can be held flat be funnel-shaped, in which case in the cabin wall next to the cabin floor Powder suction channel is formed. The suction channel of the Round cabin created through the object through openings also outside of the Cabin on the hand coating station a little Vacuum through which powder particles enter the Round cabin can be sucked. However, if the objects to be coated have large areas, from which powder particles bounce off strongly, or which Objects are almost as large as the object through openings, or if cavities of the Objects coated and the spray device obliquely against the object surface to be coated must be kept, or the operator of the Hand sprayer becomes careless, then persists the danger that a lot of excess powder (over-spray powder) not sucked into the round cabin, but in the outside environment of the hand coating station escapes and strengthens there Pollution of the outside environment leads. Round cabins have the advantage that they have no corners have, in which is undesirable Powder could accumulate to make it easier to are clean as a square cabin, and that by Object through-openings flowing into the cabin Air essentially bypassing the Cabin center along the inside wall of the cabin flows so that it covers the coating process of a in the cabin center ordered object.
The object of the invention is to be achieved when spray coating objects outside of one To avoid powder particles from the cabin Cabin can escape into the environment, being this advantage should be achieved without more air needs to be extracted from the cabin, than is required for the cabin alone and without additional air suction required are. These advantages should also then can be achieved when the objects to be coated have large areas or almost the width of the Corresponding object through openings of the cabin Have width or for coating object depressions or object cavities Spray device outside the cabin at an angle Object conveying direction must be directed. According to a further embodiment of the invention Device be designed such that it for a color change or at the end of one Coating process quickly and thoroughly can be cleaned.
This object is achieved according to the invention by Features of claim 1 solved.
Further embodiments of the invention are in the Subclaims included.

wahlweise von der Schließstellung in eine
Offenstellung geschwenkt werden können. Die
Türflügel 54 sind in den Fig. 1 und 2 in
ausgezogenen Linien in Schließstellung dargestellt,
The
begrenzendes Dach 60 bzw. 62, welche je durch einen
miteinander fluchtenden Spalt 64 bzw. 65 in zwei
austreten. An dem an die erste
Sprühbeschichtungskammer 8 angrenzenden Ende der
zweiten Sprühbeschichtungskammer 10 ist deren
Durchgangsöffnung durch das Dach 62 und den Boden
76 sowie die Türflügel 34 begrenzt. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 1 and 3
is, the two

reduzieren. Die Türflügel 54 können an ihrem
unteren Ende ebenfalls gegeneinander gerichtete,
unter den Objekten 2 hindurchragende Vorsprünge
haben, um unterhalb der Objekte 2 den
Öffnungsquerschnitt der äußeren Objekt-Durchlaßöffnung
42 zu reduzieren und ein
Herausfallen von Pulver vom Kammerboden 76 der
zweiten Sprühbeschichtungskammer 12 zu vermeiden.The
Der Kammerboden 78 der ersten
Sprühbeschichtungskammer 8 und der Kammerboden 76
der zweiten Sprühbeschichtungskammer 12 bilden über
den Rand 80 der zwischen ihnen gelegenen Objekt-Durchgangsöffnung
16 hinweg einen ununterbrochenen
Pulverweg, auf welchem Überschußpulver (over-spray
powder) von der zweiten Sprühbeschichtungskammer 12
in die erste Sprühbeschichtungskammer 8 überführt
werden kann, einerseits durch den Saugluftstrom in
den Saugluftauslaß 28 und andererseits durch
Druckluft oder mechanische Mittel wie
beispielsweise Schaber, Tücher oder Bürsten.The
