Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a vibrating conveyor trough for treating items to be cleaned according to the preamble of Claim 1 and claim 3.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a method and a device for cleaning raw materials create, in which all necessary treatment stages with be carried out with the least possible expenditure on equipment can.
- the inventive solution to the task is based largely to train a vibrating conveyor trough and in the screw-like movement of the conveyed material transversely to the conveying direction to provide at least one or more partition walls, which the necessary treatment processes when cleaning the Functional raw materials in a vibrating conveyor trough separate, so that several independently in a vibrating conveyor trough treatment stages that can be carried out from one another will.
- the invention has the advantage that by the separation by one or more partitions a variety of treatment processes within a single vibrating trough will.
- this not only means the expenditure on equipment to be kept low, but this is also a shortening the processing time and the processing route possible.
- partitions can also be retrofitted and changed are such a vibrating trough with partitions to the most diverse cleaning processes and the most varied Cleaning goods are adjusted.
- these partitions both vertically and inclined in the conveying direction, triangular, be trapezoidal or round, so that this advantageously the transition to the next treatment stage is influenced favorably. Furthermore, by the height and location of the partition walls not only the intensity the treatment stages influenced in an advantageous manner but also the conveying speed.
- Vibrating conveyor trough in which the Vibrating conveyor trough is tubular, can be advantageous Way the noise level generated and in particular the energy expenditure during the drying process as well as the machine room pollution be kept low.
- a treatment section additionally inside the Vibrating drum also helical guide body be provided, even with largely symmetrical raw materials like round stones or sugar beets and the like the self-cleaning effect and mixing of each Improve the treatment process in an advantageous manner, since this largely causes the tendency to curl to the inside of the roll can be prevented.
- Fig. 1 of the drawing shows a schematic vibrating trough 2, the three separate treatment areas 6,8,16 for one item to be cleaned which is separated by two partitions 12, 13 are separated.
- 2 of the drawing shows a cross section through such a channel 2.
- the vibrating channel 2 is tubular and provides one closed vibrating drum.
- the tubular vibrating trough 2 is on bearings 11 and spring elements 15 on a foundation 18th or supported a frame.
- the vibrating channel 2 is through two vibration exciters 20 with the aid of a drive device driven.
- linear vibration exciters are preferred or judge exciter used.
- the vibration exciter generate vibration or force components vertically and transversely to the conveying direction 7 and thus to the channel longitudinal direction.
- In the Channel 2 results in an asymmetrical distribution of goods with a good surface that runs obliquely to the horizontal 23.
- Fig. 2 is the good layer or which is in the vibrating trough the setting of the distribution of the conveyed goods.
- the items to be treated are at an entry area 1 21 fed to the vibratory conveyor trough 2 and arrives first into a washing area 10.
- the items to be cleaned 21 broken stones, for example, from adhering Dirt and dust components should be cleaned.
- the broken stones are polygonal and have a diameter up to approx. 30 cm.
- In the vibrating drum 2 can also other raw materials are cleaned, including semi-finished parts and organic raw materials or coarse-grained bulk goods would be conceivable.
- the washing area 10 comprises a conveyor line up to one first partition 12, for example about 1/3 of the length of the vibrating trough includes.
- the washing area 10 is the items to be cleaned 21 continuously or in via a first irrigation device 3 water or other cleaning liquids at certain intervals fed so that the items to be cleaned 21 almost completely of water or other cleaning fluid is surrounded.
- a ratio of water and 1: 1 items to be cleaned have proven to be advantageous.
- the washing area 10 is delimited by the partition 12 lies close to the channel wall.
- the partition 12 is vertical arranged to the channel wall and transversely to the channel longitudinal direction 7. 2 of the drawing shows that the partition 12th is arranged obliquely to a horizontal plane 22, wherein whose upper edge in the direction of the resulting force 24 of Vibrator 20 is aligned so that the items to be cleaned 21 and the water rest evenly on the partition 12.
- the position of the partition 12 is variable, so that this also to another direction of impact 24 of the vibration exciter 20 or to special requirements regarding the cleaning effect or the items to be cleaned 21 can be adapted.
- the partition 12 can be flat or rectangular in cross-section, triangular, trapezoidal or semicircular or have a similar design.
- the upper edge of the partition 12 is straight according to FIG. 2, but may also have passages, be adapted to the tubular shape of the vibrating channel or have a modified shape.
- the partition 12 is watertight and sealed from the vibrating drum. With special treatment methods, openings or passages could also be provided in the partition wall 12.
- the height of the partition is dependent on an optimal degree of filling of the vibrating drum and is advantageously about a quarter of the drum height, but can also be made higher or lower if there are special requirements for the cleaning effect or the throughput.
- A, for example, flat design of the partition 12 can also be installed inclined in the conveying direction 7 in order to achieve a gentler or faster material transfer to the subsequent treatment stage.
- the vibration excitation results in the washing area 10 the vibrating drum has a helical circulation of the items to be cleaned 21, reducing the cleaning effect and promoting is achieved.
- the vibrating conveyor trough 2 can in the longitudinal direction of the trough 7 roughly horizontal, but also falling or rising be arranged. With a horizontal arrangement, the vibration exciter 20 also power or excitation components in the Generate main conveying direction 7. This is in a falling order not necessary, since the material to be treated 21 is thereby the gravity component is transported in the main conveying direction 7 becomes. When the channel arrangement increases, the excitation component must be be so large in the slope direction that the gravity component overcome and at the same time still a funding movement is achieved in the main conveying direction 7.
- the vibrating conveyor trough 2 arises in the cleaning material flow due to the forces acting transversely to the channel longitudinal direction 7 helical circulating movement of the items to be treated, which is indicated in Fig. 2 by arrows.
- the items to be cleaned first, according to the direction of the excitation force, moved outwards and upwards on the vibrating channel floor.
- the channel shape and the material movement transverse to the channel longitudinal axis 7 there is a cleaning area in which the direction of movement is of the items to be cleaned 21 transversely to the main conveying direction 7 reverses.
- the items to be cleaned 21 then move in essentially in the upper gut layer again towards the center of the gutter or down.
- the direction of movement reverses in the lower area around the bottom reversal point again and the items to be cleaned 21 arrives mainly near the bottom of the vibrating trough back out and up.
- the vibrating channel 2 can be tubular or semicircular be.
- the channel cross section can also be tub or trough-shaped or polygonal.
- the gutter can be open or closed.
- a pathogen 20 different types can be used, for. B. judge exciter, positively synchronized circular exciter, magnetic exciter, Slider crank mechanisms and other suitable exciters.
- the crop flow dammed up in front of the partition 12 in the washing area, until it exceeds the partition height and the items to be cleaned 21 over the partition 12 into the next treatment area is promoted.
- a rinse and Drainage area 6 the same in the longitudinal direction 7 of the channel through a second partition 13 from the subsequent treatment stage is separated.
- a second irrigation device 5 is provided, spraying the items to be cleaned continuously or sporadically with water.
- the drainage area 6 contains in the channel bottom Drainage openings 4 through which the dirty Wash water and fine-grained residues in one underneath drain arranged bunker 14.
- the treatment level for Drainage and rinsing is about as long as the washing stage, but can also depend on the items to be cleaned and drainage behavior have other dimensions.
- FIG. 1 of the drawing are both partitions 12,13 of the same design. Depending on special requirements due to the items to be cleaned and the Any remaining dirt can be used for the second partition 13 a different shape can also be provided.
- one or more sieves 8 are provided at a distance from the channel bottom, which separate any remaining coarse-grained dirt residues from the cleaned raw material goods 21, the sieved parts also being conveyed into the bunker 14.
- a drying device 9 is also provided in this treatment stage 16, which still frees the cleaning goods 21 from the adhering water residues when these z. B. how the cleaned stones after the outlet 17 are to be fed directly to a grinding device.
- each drying or screening after treatment material can be dispensed with, such a could Treatment level also completely eliminated. It is one of those Vibrating channel 2 also conceivable, several separate at the same time Wash levels 10 in a row or alternating with dishwashing and Arrange drainage levels 6 if this is for cleaning of the respective item to be treated is advantageous.
- Such cleaning by means of a vibrating conveyor trough 2 is in particular advantageous for polygonal raw materials, because the mutual friction effect the dirt particles particularly well be removed.
- Fig. 3 of the drawing is a section of a vibrating trough 2 shown, 2 conveyor elements on the vibrating trough are provided.
- These conveying elements are helical extending guide body 25, which is also largely symmetrical Commodities 26 such as round stones or sugar beets prevent a rapid rolling back and at the same time these against each other circulate, so that such a good cleaning effect as achievable with polygonal cleaning goods is.
- These conveyor elements 25 are preferably in the washing area 10 provided, but also improve the other treatment processes in the rinsing, dewatering, sieving and drying area.
