Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln eines Fadens in Wildwicklung auf eine Auflaufspule, miteiner eine endlose Gewindenut (2) aufweisenden Kehrgewindewelle (1), undeinem insbesondere einen Atmungshub erbringenden Fadenführer,wobei die Kehrgewindewelle (1) eine einen Doppelhub aus Vorhub (3) und Rückhub (4) festlegende, aus einem gemischten Bruch bestehende Windungszahl aufweist, deren ganzzahliger Anteil ≥ 2 ist und deren Rest einen echten Bruch darstellt, und auf jeder Seite mehrere Umkehrungen (5, 8) hat, die insbesondere axial versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine einen Vorhub (3) festlegende halbe Windungszahl und eine den zugehörigen Rückhub (4) festlegende halbe Windungszahl übereinstimmen,daß die den Vorhüben (3) und Rückhüben (4) entsprechenden Abschnitte der Gewindenut (2) der Kehrgewindewelle (1) konstante Umkehrradien an den axial versetzt angeordneten Umkehrungen (5, 8) aufweisen, unddaß die den Vorhüben (3) entsprechenden Abschnitte der Gewindenut (2) der Kehrgewindewelle (1) übereinstimmende Steigungen aufweisen, während die den Rückhüben (4) entsprechenden Abschnitte unterschiedliche Steigungen haben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils eine einen Vorhub (3) festlegende halbe Windungszahl und eine den zugehörigen Rückhub (4) festlegende halbe Windungszahl übereinstimmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Umkehrradien optimal ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindenut (2) der Kehrgewindewelle (1) pro Seite mehr als zwei Umkehrungen (5, 8) und mehr als zwei unterschiedliche Windungszahlen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindenut (2) der Kehrgewindewelle (1) hinsichtlich der Windungszahl eines Doppelhubes oder mehrerer Doppelhübe asymmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
