Claims (6)
- Anordnung zum Binden eines Gegenstands, insbesondere eines Kabelbaums, bestehend aus einem zähelastischen Band mit einem am Ende einer langgestreckten Bandzunge angeordneten Schloß (12) und einem Bindewerkzeug, das an der Stirn eines Werkzeugkörpers (1) eine öffen- und schließbare Umschlingungszange (2,3), im Werkzeugkörper einen innerhalb der Umschlingungszange (2,3) mündenden Bandführungskanal (10) mit einem Vorschuborgan zum Vorschieben des Bandes mit der Bandzunge voran, in der Umschlingungszange (2,3) eine an den Bandführungskanal (10) sich anschließende Nut (20,21) zum Führen des Bandes um den zu bindenden Gegenstand, bei der Mündung des Bandführungskanals (10) eine Schloßhalterung zum Halten des Schlosses (12) und eine Federschwinge (15) zum Andrücken der im Vorschub befindlichen Bandzunge an eine Oberfläche (11) des Bandführungskanals (10) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federschwinge (15) eine an der Bildung der Schloßhalterung (11,18,24) beteiligte Stirnfläche (24) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (15) in Vorschubrichtung schräg unter spitzem Winkel in den Bandkanal (10) hineinragt und gegen Federkraft (16) daraus verdrängbar ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (15) stirnseitig von dem Bandkanal (10) in Abstand von der Schloßhalterung (18,11,24) gelagert ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (15) angrenzend an ihre an der Bildung der Schloßhalterung beteiligte Stirnfläche (24) eine sich auf der dem Werkzeugkörper (1) abgewandten Seite auf das Schloß (12) aufsetzende Haltefläche (25) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine quer zur Bandkanalrichtung (10) verlaufenden Stirnfläche (23) der Schwinge (15) an der Bildung der Bandführung in der Umschlingungszange (2,3) beteiligt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (15) an einem schwenkbaren Teil (3) der Umschlingungszange (2,3) gelagert ist.
