Abstract

Die Ablaufarmatur besitzt ein Ablaufgehäuse (4), das mit einem Ablauftrichter (5) an einer Öffnung (3) der Duschwanne (2) zu befestigen ist. Über der Öffnung (3) ist ein Ablaufdeckel (10) angeordnet, der heraushebbar in die Öffnung (18) des Ablauftrichters (5) eingreift und an diesem abgestützt ist und dass er Mittel (12) zur Befestigung eines Standrohres (14) aufweist. An der Unterseite (1) des Ablaufdeckels (10) ist ein Stutzen (17) angeformt, der dichtend in die Öffnung (18) des Ablauftrichters (5) eingreift.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ablaufarmatur, insbesondere für eine Duschwanne, mit einem Ablaufgehäuse, das mit einem Ablauftrichter an einer Öffnung der Duschwanne zu befestigen ist und mit einem Ablaufdeckel, der über der Öffnung anzuordnen ist.
Eine Ablaufarmatur dieser Art ist aus der EP-A-0 558 979 bekannt geworden. Bei dieser Armatur ist der Ablaufdeckel lösbar am oberen Ende eines Standrohres befestigt. Das Standrohr ist teleskopisch verschiebbar in einem feststehenden Ablaufrohr gelagert. Ist das Standrohr ausgezogen, so kann die Duschwanne bis zur Mündung des Standrohres mit Wasser gefüllt werden. Zur Führung des Standrohres ist in den Ablauftrichter ein Tauchrohr eingesetzt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Ablaufarmatur der genannten Gattung zu schaffen, die individueller verwendbar und anpassungsfähiger ist.
Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Ablaufarmatur dadurch gelöst, dass der Ablaufdeckel heraushebbar in die Öffnung des Ablauftrichters eingreift und an diesem abgestützt ist und dass er Mittel zur Befestigung eines Standrohres aufweist. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Ablaufarmatur kann der Ablaufdeckel auch ohne Standrohr direkt im Ablauftrichter montiert werden. Die am Ablauftrichter angebrachten Befestigungsmittel erlauben im Bedarfsfall die Montage eines Standrohres. Das Standrohr bildet dann mit dem Ablaufdeckel eine Einheit, die stufenlos höhenverstellbar ist. Ein Tauchrohr ist nicht erforderlich und damit lässt sich die erfindungsgemässe Ablaufarmatur mit weniger Teilen einfacher herstellen und ist auch anpassungsfähiger. Wesentlich ist auch, dass das Standrohr nachträglich einsetzbar ist.
Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Ein an sich übliches Ablaufgehäuse 4 bildet einen Geruchverschluss mit einer Überlaufkante 20 und ist an einem Ende 21 an eine hier nicht gezeigte Ablaufleitung anzuschliessen. Das Gehäuse 4 ist mit einem Ablauftrichter 5 in einer Öffnung 3 einer hier nur andeutungsweise dargestellten Duschwanne 2 befestigt. Ein Dichtungsring 7 ist zwischen einem Kragen 4a des Gehäuses 4 und der Unterseite der Duschwanne 2 festgeklemmt. An der Unterseite des Ablauftrichters 5 ist ein Gewindestutzen 6 angeformt, der in ein Innengewinde 4b des Gehäuses 4 eingeschraubt ist. Zur Abdeckung der Öffnung 18 des Ablauftrichters 5 ist auf diesem abnehmbar ein Deckel 10 aufgesetzt. Dieser ist trittfest mit radial verlaufenden Stegen 12 oben am Ablauftrichter 5 abgestützt und besitzt Durchtrittsöffnungen 11, durch die Wasser von der Duschwanne 2 in das Gehäuse 4 ablaufen kann. Ein unterseitig am Deckel 10 angeformter zylindrischer Stutzen 17 durchgreift einen inneren Ansatz 9, in dem eine Dichtung 8 eingelegt ist. Über der Dichtung 8 sind in der Wandung des Stutzens 17 mehrere Rastöffnungen 13 eingearbeitet. Diese bilden Mittel zur Befestigung eines Standrohres 14 am Ablaufdeckel 10, wie die Fig. 2 zeigt.
Am oberen Ende des Standrohres 14 sind, entsprechend der Anzahl Rastöffnungen 13, nach oben ragende und federnde Zungen 15 angebracht, die jeweils mit einem Rastnocken 16 in eine Rastöffnung 13 eingreifen. Das Standrohr 14 ist somit wie ersichtlich lösbar und dennoch sicher mit dem Ablaufdeckel 10 verbunden. Die Aussenseiten des Standrohres 14 und des Stutzens 17 sind wie ersichtlich bündig und bilden eine kreiszylindrische Fläche. Soll die Duschwanne 2 bis zu einem bestimmten Niveau mit Wasser gefüllt werden, so wird der Deckel 10 mit dem Standrohr 14 bis zur ensprechenden Höhe der Öffnungen 11 aus dem Ablauftrichter 5 herausgezogen. Die Dichtung 8 gewährleistet, dass das Standrohr mit dem Deckel 10 in jeder Auszugsstellung gehalten ist. Soll das Wasser vollständig ablaufen, so wird der Deckel 10 mit dem Standrohr 14 wieder in die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Stellung zurückgeschoben. Ein beschädigtes Standrohr 14 kann ohne weiteres durch ein neues ersetzt werden. Ebenfalls ist es möglich, den Ablaufdeckel 10 durch einen anderen, beispielsweise einen verchromten zu ersetzen.

Claims (6)

  1. Ablaufarmatur, insbesondere für eine Duschwanne (2), mit einem Ablaufgehäuse (4), das mit einem Ablauftrichter (5) an einer Öffnung (3) der Duschwanne (2) zu befestigen ist und mit einem Ablaufdeckel (10), der über der Öffnung (3) anzuordnen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablaufdeckel (10) heraushebbar in die Öffnung (18) des Ablauftrichters (5) eingreift und an diesem abgestützt ist und dass er Mittel (12) zur Befestigung eines Standrohres (14) aufweist.
  2. Ablaufarmatur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Unterseite (19) des Ablaufdeckels (10) ein Stutzen (17) angeformt ist, der dichtend in die Öffnung (18) des Ablauftrichters (5) eingreift.
  3. Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Stutzen (17) des Ablaufdeckels (10) Rastmittel (12) zur Befestigung des Standrohres (14) angeordnet sind.
  4. Ablaufgarnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablauftrichter (5) unterseitig einen Gewindestutzen (6) aufweist, der in das Ablaufgehäuse (4) eingeschraubt ist.
  5. Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gewindestutzen (6) des Ablauftrichters (5) innenseitig Dichtungsmittel(8) angebracht sind.
  6. Ablaufgarnitur nach Anspruch 1, mit einem am Ablaufdeckel (10) befestigten Standrohr (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablaufdeckel (10) direkt in die Öffnung (18) des Ablauftrichters (5) einsetzbar und mit dem Standrohr teleskopisch ausziehbar ist.
