Claims (16)
- Werkzeugmaschine für die spangebende, allseitige Bearbeitung von Platten aus Holz oder Holzaustauschmaterialien, wie Platten für den Möbel- oder Innenausbau, mit einem länglich rechteckigen Spanntisch und wenigstens einem dahinter in dessen Längsrichtung, der X-Achse, verfahrbaren Auslegersupport mit einem oberhalb des Spanntisches in dessen Querrichtung, der Y-Achse, verfahrbaren Support zur Aufnahme von Bearbeitungsaggregaten oder -werkzeugen sowie einer Sägevorrichtung mit einem Kreissägeblatt, welches wenigstens auf eine in Richtung der X-Achse verlaufende Schnittlinie ausrichtbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Verlängerung der Y-Achse vor dem Spanntisch (1) eine damit niveaugleiche Auflagervorrichtung (11) angeordnet ist, die parallel zur X-Achse gleichlang oder kürzer und in der Y-Richtung breiter als der Spanntisch (1) ist und die zum Überführen eines entlang einer Schnittlinie (19) in X-Richtung abzutrennenden Abschnittes (16) einer darauf angeordneten, großformatigen Platte (14) auf den Spanntisch sowie zum Rückführen der Restplatte (17) auf die Auflagervorrichtung (11) mit Wälzkörpern oder Gleiteinrichtungen (13) an ihrer Oberseite ausgestattet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spanntisch (1) in Richtung der X-Achse verstellbare Quertraversen (2) und darauf in Richtung der Y-Achse verschiebliche Saugspanner (3) hat, die beidseits der Schnittlinie (19) sowohl unterhalb des abzutrennenden Plattenabschnitts (16) als auch des benachbarten Abschnitts der Restplatte (14) positionierbar sind. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der der Auflagervorrichtung (11) abgelegenen Seite oberhalb des Spanntisches (1) eine in Y-Richtung justierbare Anschlagvorrichtung (21) für die auf den Spanntisch (1) überführte Platte (14) vorhanden ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Support (6) einen in der X-Achse verfahrbaren X-Support (7) und einen in der Y-Achse verfahrbaren Y-Support (8) hat, wobei an dem Y-Support (8) die Anschlagvorrichtung (21) höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschlagvorrichtung (21) am Y-Support (8) aus zwei höhenverfahrbaren Anschlagbolzen (20) besteht. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Support (6) eine Mitnehmervorrichtung zum Verstellen der Quertraversen (8) des Spanntisches (1) angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschlagvorrichtung (21) zugleich die Mitnehmervorrichtung bildet und entsprechend die höhenverfahrbaren Anschlagbolzen (20) in Eingriff mit den Quertraversen (2) des Spanntisches (1) bringbare Mitnehmer sind. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Spanntisch (1) ein aus dessen Auflagerebene absenkbarer X-Anschlag (27 ) angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Support (6) in der X-Achse verfahrbar und daran eine auf die eine bearbeitete Platte oder die Plattenteile (18), die sich auf dem Spanntisch (1) befinden, absenkbare Saugspannvorrichtung (22) und an zumindest einem Querende des Spanntisches (1) eine Übernahmevorrichtung (23) für die bearbeitete Platte oder die bearbeiteten Plattenteile (18), die von der Saugspannvorrichtung (22) aufgenommen sind, angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Auflagervorrichtung (11) eine die großformatige Platte (14) verfahrende Vorschubeinheit (15) angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wälzkörper (13) oder Gleiteinrichtungen der Auflagervorrichtung (11) an Trägern (12) angeordnet sind, die aus dem Bereich vor dem Spanntisch (1) her aus verfahrbar sind. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Träger (12) der Auflagervorrichtung (11) parallel zur Y-Richtung angeordnet und parallel zur X-Richtung verfahrbar sind. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Träger (12) auf in X-Richtung sich erstreckenden Führungen (25) angeordnet ist, von denen sich die dem Spanntisch (1) benachbarte auf dem Maschinenbett (5) befindet. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Auflagervorrichtung (11) an wenigstens einer Seite eine Plattenschwenkvorrichtung (26) zum Umlegen der großformatigen Platte (14) von einer aufrechten La ge in die Auflagerebene der Auflagervorrichtung (11) angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Plattenschwenkvorrichtung (26) an zumindest einem der beiden parallel zur X-Richtung außenliegenden Träger (12) der Auflagervorrichtung (11) außenseitig angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Support (6) eine Arbeitsspindel (9) angeordnet ist, die eine mit einem Dreh- sowie einem Schwenkantrieb ausgestattete Werkzeugaufnahme hat, in der die Sägevorrichtung (10) aufnehmbar ist.
