Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur CIP-Reinigung einer Füllmaschine, die zum Füllen von Behältern, insbesondere Flaschen (2), mit einem flüssigen Füllgut an einem um eine vertikale Maschinenachse (MA) umlaufend antreibbaren Rotor (3) eine Vielzahl von Füllelementen (4) mit in Gas- und Flüssigkeitswegen angeordneten und für ein Öffnen und Schließen ansteuerbaren Ventilen (21, 23, 24) aufweist, welche bei der CIP-Reinigung für ein Durchströmen der hierbei zu reinigenden Gas- und Flüssigkeitswege mit wenigstens einem Reinigungsmedium durch eine elektrische Steuerung (28, 29, 30) angesteuert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die CIP-Reinigung bei stehendem, d.h. nicht umlaufenden Rotor (3) durchgeführt wird, wobei die Ventile der Füllelement oder eine Gruppe solcher Füllelement nach einem für die CIP-Reinigung vorgesehenen Programm durch wenigstens eine elektrische oder elektronische Steuerung angesteuert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventile (21, 23, 24) der Füllelemente (4) für die CIP-Reinigung von der Steuereinrichtung (28) nach einem in dieser Steuereinrichtung oder in einem zugehörigen Programmspeicher (30) gespeicherten Programm angesteuert, d.h. geöffnet und geschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung der Ventile (21, 23, 24) der Füllelemente (4) während der CIP-Reinigung von Füllelement zu Füllelement oder von Füllelementgruppe zu Füllelementgruppe jeweils zeitversetzt erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Füllelemente (4) der Füllmaschine bzw. deren Ventile (21, 23, 24) von einer gemeinsamen Steuereinrichtung (28) angesteuert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils eine Gruppe von Füllelementen (4) von einer gemeinsamen Steuereinrichtung (28) angesteuert wird.
- Füllmaschine, die zum Füllen von Behältern, insbesondere Flaschen (2), mit einem flüssigen Füllgut an einem um eine vertikale Maschinenachse (MA) umlaufend antreibbaren Rotor (3) eine Vielzahl von Füllelementen (4) mit in Gas-und Flüssigkeitswegen angeordneten und für ein Öffnen und Schließen ansteuerbaren Ventilen (21, 23, 24) aufweist, die bei einer CIP-Reinigung der Füllmaschine für ein Durchströmen der hierbei zu reinigenden Gas- und Flüssigkeitswege mit wenigstens einem Reinigungsmedium durch eine elektrische Steuerung (28, 29, 30) angesteuert werden, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens eine elektrische oder elektronische Steuerung (28), mit der die in den Gas- und Flüssigkeitswegen der Füllelemente (4) oder einer Gruppe solcher Füllelemente (Füllelementegruppe) vorgesehenen Ventile (21, 23, 24) nach einem für die CIP-Reinigung vorgewählten oder vorgegebenen Programm bei nicht umlaufendem Rotor (3) steuerbar sind.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventile (21, 23, 24) der Füllelemente (4) für die CIP-Reinigung nach einem in einem Programmspeicher (30) der gespeicherten Programm ansteuerbar sind.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (28) die Betätigung der Ventile (21, 23, 24) der Füllelemente (4) während der CIP-Reinigung von Füllelement zu Füllelement oder von Füllelementegruppe zu Füllelementegruppe zeitversetzt bewirkt.
- Füllmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung von einer für sämtliche Füllelemente (4) der Füllmaschine (1) gemeinsamen Steuereinrichtung (28) gebildet ist.
- Füllmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung von mehreren, jeweils einer Gruppe von Füllelementen (4) zugeordneten Steuereinrichtungen (28) gebildet ist.
