Claims (10)
- Strangförmige Dichtung aus elastomerem bzw. elastisch verformbarem Material mit einem Querschnittsprofil mit folgenden Profilteilen:einem Basisteil (7) zum Anbringen an einem Bauteil, wie einem Fensterrahmen,einem wulstartigen, Materialschwächungen aufweisenden Dichtungsteil (6) an einer Seite des Basisteils (7),und einem im Abstand vom Dichtungsteil (6) angeordneten, Materialschwächungen aufweisenden Abstützteil (8),bei der Materialschwächungen des Abstützteils (8) durch mindestens eine Reihe von Vertiefungen (10), welche durch Erhöhungen (9) voneinander getrennt sind, gebildet und derart angeordnet sind, daß sich die Reihe von Vertiefungen (10) in Längsrichtung (LR) der strangförmigen Dichtung (5) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Materialschwächungen des Dichtungsteils (6) durch zelliges, d.h. kleine poren- bzw. zellenförmige Hohlräume (6b) aufweisendes Material gebildet sind, und daß die Vertiefungen bzw. Erhöhungen wellenförmig mit allmählichen Querschnittsänderungen und nicht Scharfkantig ausgeführt sind.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstützteil (8) weitere Reihen von Vertiefungen (10a) aufweist, die in einer quer zur Längsrichtung (LR) der strangförmigen Dichtung (5) verlaufenden Querrichtung (QR) durch Erhöhungen (9) voneinander getrennt sind, und
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen (10a) der in Querrichtung (QR) verlaufenden Reihen weniger tief im Abstützteil (8) bzw. im Basisteil (7) ausgebildet sind als die Vertiefungen (10) der sich in Längsrichtung (LR) hinziehenden Reihe von Erhöhungen (9).
- Dichtung einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Basisteils (7) an den Stellen der Vertiefungen (10) der sich in Längsrichtung (LR) hinziehenden Reihe auf eine Querschnittsdicke zwischen 0,1 und 0,3 mm vermindert ist. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhöhungen (9) der sich in Längsrichtung (LR) erstreckenden Reihe in gleichmäßigen Abständen zwischen 1 und 5 mm voneinander getrennt sind. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (10, 10a) in den Basisteil (7) bzw. in den Abstützteil (8) eingeprägt oder eingeschnitten sind. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtungsteil (6) vom Basisteil (7) nach im wesentlichen der gleichen Seite wie der Abstützteil absteht, aber eine mehrfache Dicke wie der letztgenannte im nicht verlegten Zustand aufweist. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Vertiefungen (10) der sich in Längsrichtung (LR) hinziehenden Reihe von einem Rand der Dichtung (5) bis fast zum Dichtungsteil (6) erstrecken und daß der Dichtungsquerschnitt im Bereich dieser Vertiefungen (10) nur etwa 0,1 - 0,4 so dick wie der Dichtungsquerschnitt im Bereich der Erhöhungen (9) ausgebildet ist. - Dichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zellige Material des Dichtungsteils (6) eine im wesentlichen geschlossenzellige Struktur mit kleinen Hohlräumen (6b) einer durchschnittlichen Größe zwischen 1 und 100 µm und eine Dichte zwischen 0,2 und 0,8 g/cm2 aufweist. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basisteil (7) eine Shore-Härte zwischen 50 und 95° aufweist.
