Abstract

本发明涉及一种系统门窗隔热密封构件,属于门窗建筑设备技术领域,包括门窗构件和固定于建筑主体结构上的收口构件,所述门窗构件和收口构件之间设有若干个压缩成形的长方体组合胶条棒,所述组合胶条棒包括成形泡沫棒和包裹在该成形泡沫棒外表面的热塑成形橡胶条,所述组合胶条棒的左右两侧对称设有若干个齿状翼片,通过泡沫棒和胶条的弹性性能和隔热性能以及齿状翼片在压迫变形后反弹贴紧门窗构件和收口构件所形成的密封性能,有效解决了门窗系统在收口构件处的密封和隔热不良的问题,整体提高了门窗系统的使用性能,适用于目前所有的门、窗、幕墙收口等部位。

技术领域
本发明属于门窗建筑设备技术领域,特别涉及一种系统门窗隔热密封构件。
背景技术
传统门窗构件和固定于建筑体结构上的收口构件之间一般都有较大的间隙,该间隙为安装所用,不过,除了安装外,还会有很多安装零件之外的缝隙产生,这些缝隙对于门窗热量传递以及门窗系统的渗漏都有很大的影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种系统门窗隔热密封构件,通过在门窗构件和收口构件之间设置组合胶条棒,所述组合胶条棒的左右两侧分别对称设有多干个齿状翼片,通过泡沫棒和橡胶条的隔热性能以及齿状翼片在压迫变形后的密封性能,能整体提高门窗系统的使用性能。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种系统门窗隔热密封构件,包括一门窗构件和一固定于建筑主体结构上的收口构件,所述门窗构件与所述收口构件之间设有若干个压缩成形的长方体组合胶条棒;
所述组合胶条棒包括成形泡沫棒和包裹在该泡沫棒表面的胶条。
本发明的进一步设置为,所述胶条为热塑成形橡胶条,适用于目前所有能成形的胶条材质。
本发明的进一步设置为,所述胶条的厚度为1.0-2.0mm,根据门窗构件与收口构件之间的间隙大小以及需要穿入的泡沫棒的尺寸大小来确定。
本发明的进一步设置为,所述组合胶条棒靠近所述门窗构件与所述收口构件的两侧分别设有若干个用以密封的齿状翼片。
本发明的进一步设置为,所述齿状翼片为橡胶材质。
本发明的进一步设置为,所述齿状翼片与所述胶条一体成形以提高其结构稳定性。
有益效果:同现有技术相比,本发明的不同之处在于,本发明提供的系统门窗隔热密封构件通过在门窗构件以及收口构件之间设置多个组合胶条棒,所述组合胶条棒有成形泡沫棒和包裹在泡沫棒外面的胶条组成,所述组合胶条棒的左右两侧分别对称设有多个用以密封的齿状翼片,通过泡沫棒和胶条的弹性性能和隔热性能,以及齿状翼片在压迫变形后贴紧门窗构件和收口构件而形成良好的密封性能,能够有效解决门窗构件与收口构件之间的密封和隔热不良的问题,整体提高了门窗系统的使用性能,适用于目前所有的门、窗、幕墙收口等部位,结构以及安装、维护都非常简单,成本低,有很高的性价比。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参阅图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种系统门窗隔热密封构件,包括一门窗构件1和一固定于建筑主体结构10上的收口构件2,所述门窗构件1与所述收口构件2之间设有若干个压缩成形的长方体组合胶条棒3;
所述组合胶条棒3包括可压缩的成形泡沫棒31和包裹在该泡沫棒31表面的胶条32,所述成形泡沫棒31适用于目前所有形状的泡沫棒截面,胶条32在形状设计时会有一处开口,翻开开口部位后,将泡沫棒31线向压入,进行包裹组合在一起。
作为优选而非限定,所述胶条32为热塑成形橡胶条,适用于目前所有能成形的胶条材质。
作为优选而非限定,所述胶条32的厚度为1.0-2.0mm,根据门窗构件1与收口构件2之间的间隙大小以及需要穿入的泡沫棒31的尺寸大小来确定。
作为优选而非限定,所述组合胶条棒3靠近所述门窗构件1与所述收口构件2的两侧分别设有三个用以密封的齿状翼片33。
作为优选而非限定,所述齿状翼片33为橡胶材质;利用组合胶条棒3可压缩的特点进行安装,在组合胶条棒3安装后,泡沫棒31和胶条32的回弹会压迫胶条32以及组合胶条棒3两侧的齿状翼片33的反弹变形,将门窗构件1和收口构件2之间的缝隙填实,达到密封的效果。
作为优选而非限定,所述齿状翼片33与所述胶条32一体成形,用以提高其整体结构的稳定性。
需要说明的是,附图1和2为示例性图示。本发明利用了泡沫棒和胶条的隔热性能以及泡沫棒和胶条可压缩、回弹的性能,胶条以及周边的齿状翼片在回弹后变形可填充门窗构件和收口构件的间隙,起到良好的密封和隔热性能,填补了目前市场上门窗收口处的技术空白。

1.一种系统门窗隔热密封构件,包括一门窗构件和一固定于建筑主体结构上的收口构件,其特征在于:
所述门窗构件与所述收口构件之间设有若干个压缩成形的长方体组合胶条棒;
所述组合胶条棒包括成形泡沫棒和包裹在该泡沫棒表面的胶条。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统门窗隔热密封构件,其特征在于:
所述胶条为热塑成形橡胶条。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的系统门窗隔热密封构件,其特征在于:
所述胶条的厚度为1.0-2.0mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的系统门窗隔热密封构件,其特征在于:
所述组合胶条棒靠近所述门窗构件与所述收口构件的两侧分别设有若干个用以密封的齿状翼片。
5.如权利要求4所述的系统门窗隔热密封构件,其特征在于:
所述齿状翼片为橡胶材质。
6.如权利要求4所述的系统门窗隔热密封构件,其特征在于:
所述齿状翼片与所述胶条一体成形。
