Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Spinnen eines multifilen Fadens aus einem thermoplastischem Material, bei welchem das aufgeschmolzene thermoplastische Material durch eine Vielzahl von Düsenlöcher einer Düsenplatte zu Filamenten gepresst wird, bei welchem die Filamente vor der Zusammenfassung zum Faden abgekühlt werden, wobei die Filamente bei Austritt aus den Düsenlöchern durch eine erste Kühlzone und dann durch eine zweite Kühlzone geführt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Filamente in der ersten Kühlzone zunächst abgekühlt werden, sodann zwischen der ersten Kühlzone und der zweiten Kühlzone in einer Heizzone erwärmt werden und anschließend in der zweiten Kühlzone wieder abgekühlt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Erwärmung der Filamente in der Heizzone durch Anstrahlung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Erwärmung der Filamente in der Heizzone durch Anstrahlung und Anblasung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anstrahlung durch einen Heizstrahler erfolgt, welcher auf eine Temperatur von mindestens 400° C eingestellt ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Abkühlung der Filamente in der ersten Kühlzone durch einen schwachen von außen nach innen eintretenden Kühlluftstrom erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kühlluftstrom durch Selbstansaugung oder Anblasung erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Abkühlung der Filamente in der zweiten Kühlzone durch einen Kühlluftstrom einer Anblasung von außen nach innen oder von innen nach außen erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Abkühlung der Filamente in der zweiten Kühlzone durch einen aus einer Selbstansaugung erzeugten Kühlluftstrom erfolgt. - Vorrichtung zur Kühlung frisch gesponnener Filamente(12) aus einem thermoplastischem Material, welche senkrecht unterhalb einer Düsenplatte (11) angeordnet ist und die einen Kühlschacht (14) aufweist, wobei zumindest eine Seitenwand des Kühlschachtes (14) in eine obere Seitwand (51) und eine untere Seitenwand (53) unterteilt ist
und wobei die untere Seitenwand (53) luftdurchlässig ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen der oberen Seitenwand (51) und der unteren Seitenwand (53) ein zu den Filamenten gerichteter Heizstrahler (52) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zu beiden Seiten der Filamente (12) die Seitenwände des Kühlschachtes (14) in obere Seitenwände (51, 61) und untere Seitenwände (50, 53) unterteilt sind und
daß zumindest jeweils ein Heizstrahler (52,62) zwischen den oberen und unteren Seitenwänden angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Heizer (52) deart ringförmig ausgebildet ist, daß die Filamente zumindest teilweise eingehüllt werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die obere Seitenwand (51) und die untere Seitenwand (53) mit einer Blaskammer (54) derart verbunden sind, daR ein Kühlluftstrom von außen nach innen in den Kühlschacht (14) einströmbar ist und daß der Heizstrahler als ein beheiztes Reflektorblech (55) ausgebildet ist. - Kühlvorrichtung nach einenm der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest eine der oberen Seitenwände (51, 61) luftdurchlässig ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere Heizstrahler (52.1,52.2) untereinander derart angeordnet sind, daß zwischen den Heizstrahlern (52.1,52.2) eine Lufströmung in oder aus den Kühlschacht (14) erzeugbar ist.
