Claims (8)
- Tassenstößel für eine hydraulische Zu- und Abschaltung eines Gaswechselventils einer Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere mit Zylinderabschaltung,wobei der Tassenstößel (3) mit einem Schaft (5) des Gaswechselventils (4) über ein im Tassenstößel (3) gegen ein Rückstellelement (6) geführt angeordnetes, mittels hydraulisch betätigter Sperrbolzen antriebsfest/antriebslos gesteuertes Druckstück (8) in Verbindung steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Druckstück (8) in einem vom Tassenstößel (3) gesondert ausgebildeten und mit diesem fest verbundenen Führungseinsatz (9) unverlierbar angeordnet ist, wobeider Führungseinsatz (9) eine Führungshülse (10) sowie eine mit dieser über einen radialen Flansch (11) verbundene Verbindungshülse (12) umfaßt und fernerder Führungseinsatz (9) im Bereich des Flansches (11) diametral angeordnete Aufnahmen (13) für die Sperrbolzen (7) aufweist, diein Ausnehmungen (14) des in der Führungshülse (10) bewegbar angeordneten Druckstückes (8) eingreifen. - Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Druckstück (8) in der Führungshülse (10) drehgesichert hubbeweglich angeordnet ist, wobeidie aus einem in eine gerade Führungsnut (15) eingreifenden Vorsprung (Stift 16) gebildete Drehsicherung zusätzlich der unverlierbaren Anordnung des Druckstückes (8) in der Führungshülse (10) über einen mittels der ventilseitig geschlossenen Führungsnut (15) erzielten Anschlag (17) dient.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Sperrbolzen-Aufnahmen (13) als Stufenbohrungen für jeweils aus einem Riegelstift (18) mit Flanschkolben (19) gebildeten Sperrbolzen (7) gestaltet sind, undjeder in Sperrichtung federbelastet angordnete Sperrbolzen (7) in einer Aushöhlung eine Druckfeder (34) angeordnet aufweist und fernerjeder der gegenüber dem Riegelstift (18) im Durchmesser größeren, der hydraulischen Entriegelung dienenden Flanschkolben (19) mit der entsprechenden Stufenbohrung einen hydraulischen Druckraum (20) begrenzt, wobeidie diametralen Druckräume (20) mit im Flansch (11) des Führungseinsatzes (9) von einem gemeinsamen Hydraulikzulauf (21) im Führungshemd (22) des drehgesichert ausgebildeten Tassenstößels (3) ausgehenden Kanälen (23) in Verbindung stehen.
- Tassenstößel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das im wesentlichen büchsenartig gestaltete Druckstück (8) mit ventilschaftseitig offenem Sackloch (24) zur Anordnung eines hydraulischen Ventilspiel-Ausgleichselementes (HVA 25) angeordnet ist miteinem darüber in einer Kopfplatte (26) des Druckstückes (8) angeordneten, den Hydraulikzufluß zum Ausgleichselement (26) steuernden Rückschlagventil (27), dasüber einen Stichkanal (28) in der Führungsbuchse (10) mit einer im/am Flansch (11) angeordneten Hydraulik-Vorratskammer (29) mediumsführend in Verbindung steht, wobeider Vorratskammer (29) eine gesonderte Hydraulikversorgung (30) im Führungshemd (22) des Tassenstößels (3) zugeordnet ist.
- Tassenstößel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Druckstück (8) über einen topfartig gestalteten Federteller (31) mit der innenseitig gegen eine Anlaufscheibe (32) des Tassenstößels (3) vorgespannten Rückstellfeder (6) in Verbindung steht unddaß der in/an der Kopfplatte (26) des Druckstückes (8) zentriert angeordnete Federteller (31) einen dem Führungseinsatz-Flansch (11) benachbart angeordneten Federstützring (33) aufweist.
- Tassenstößel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckstück (8) büchsenartig gestaltet ist mit dem Schaft (5) des Gaswechselventils (4) zugewandt angeordnetem Boden.
- Tassenstößel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungseinsatz (9) als Leichtmetall-Druckgußteil ausgebildet ist.
- Tassenstößel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrbolzen (7) einschließlich der vorgespannt angeordneten Druckfedern (34) in den Ausnehmungen (13) des Führungseinsatzes (9) mittels fixierter Deckel (35) lagegesichert sind.
