Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Papiermasse, die Fasern von Einjahrespflanzen oder von aus ihnen erzeugten Sekundärrohstoffen enthält, wobei die Fasern gebleicht, gekürzt und in weiteren Verarbeitungsschritten zu einer homogenen Papiermasse verarbeitet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kürzen der Fasern vor dem Bleichen erfolgt, daß in einem ersten Schritt Wasser und Fasern gleichzeitig in eine Mischvorrichtung eingebracht werden, wobei die Fasersuspension eine Stoffdichte von weniger als 10 % aufweist daß die Fasersuspension im Anschluß an die Mischvorrichtung kurz beschleunigt wird, wobei die Fasern durch das sofortige Abziehen der Fasersuspension keine Gelegenheit erhalten Klumpen oder Faser-Zöpfe zu bilden, und daß die Fasern anschließend in einer weiteren Vorrichtung auf eine Länge gekürzt werden, die es ermöglicht, eine homogene, pumpbare Suspension der gekürzten Fasern herzustellen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasersuspension einem Refiner zugeführt und die Fasern dort gekürzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekürzten Fasern von dem Wasser getrennt werden, insbesondere bis zu einem Trockenanteil von 40 %.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprache 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekürzten Fasern in einem Hochkonsistenzmischer mit den Bleichchemikalien gemischt und anschließend in einem Bleichturm gelagert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern ca. 2 Stunden im Bleichturm verweilen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von gekürzten Fasern von Einjahrespflanzen oder von aus ihnen erzeugten Sekundärrohstoffen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:gleichzeitiges Einbringen von Wasser und Fasern in einen Mischer, wobei die Fasersuspension eine Stoffdichte von weniger als 10 % aufweistkurzes Beschleunigen der Fasersuspension, wobei die Fasern durch das sofortige Abziehen der Faser Suspension keine Gelegenheit erhalten Klumpen oder Faserzöpfe zu bilden,Kürzen der Fasern in einem Refiner.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Einjahrespflanzen Baumwolle, Linters, Flachs etc. verwendet werden.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 zur Herstellung von Sicherheitspapier.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 6 zur Herstellung von Sicherheitspapier.
