Claims (8)
- Betätigungsvorrichtung für Leistungsschaltgeräte, insbesondere für mehrphasige Motorschutzschalter mit einem von einem Betätigungsmittel (21; 22) zu beaufschlagenden Schaltschloß (3), bestehend aus einer Betätigungswelle (31), einer mit dieser wirkverbundenen und drehgelagerten Schaltkulisse (32), einem Stützhebel, einem auf bewegliche Kontaktbrücken wirkenden Kniehebel und einer Schloßhalterung (33) zur Halterung des Schaltschlosses (3) in einem Gehäuseunterteil (4) des Leistungsschaltgerätes (1), wobei sich in Einschaltlage der Stützhebel gegen eine Klinkenwippe abstützt und das Schaltschloß (3) bei Handabschaltung oder bei Fehlerauslösung mittels thermischer oder elektromagnetischer Auslöser (5) durch Lösen der Klinkenwippe vom Stützhebel schnellabschaltend zusammenbricht, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung gekennzeichnet ist durchein erstes und ein zweites Gehäuseoberteil (61; 62), das mit dem Gehäuseunterteil (4) zu verbinden ist und wenigstens das Schaltschloß (3) abdeckt;ein vor das erste Gehäuseoberteil (61) zu setzendes sowie über einen Durchbruch (611) direkt mit der Betätigungswelle (31) in Wirkverbindung zu bringendes, als Drehknebel ausgebildetes, erstes Betätigungsmittel (21);ein im zweiten Gehäuseoberteil (62) gelagertes sowie mit der Schaltkulisse (32) in Wirkverbindung zu bringendes, als jeweils eine Drucktaste zur Handeinschaltung (221) bzw. eine Drucktaste zur Handabschaltung (222) ausgebildetes, zweites Betätigungsmittel (22), wobei die Drucktasten (221, 222) hinsichtlich der Drehachse (321) der Schaltkulisse (32) entgegengesetzt wirken und durch Rückstellfedern (2212, 2222) in ständiger Anlage mit der Schaltkulisse (32) bringbar sind; und durch diewahlweise Einsetzbarkeit des ersten Betätigungsmittels (21) mit dem ersten Gehäuseoberteil (61) oder des zweiten Betätigungsmittels (22) mit dem zweiten Gehäuseoberteil (62) unter Belassung der übrigen Teile des Leistungsschaltgerätes (1), wobei die Drucktasten (221, 222) unter Umgehung der Betätigungswelle (31) direkt auf die Schaltkulisse (32) einwirken.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drucktasten (221, 222) im zweiten Gehäuseoberteil (62) unverlierbar gelagert sind.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Gehäuseoberteil (62) gegenüber dem ersten Gehäuseoberteil (61) eine Bauhöhe aufweist, die im wesentlichen um die vom Schaltschloß (3) vorstehende Länge der Betätigungswelle (31) bzw. um die Höhe von Führungsflächen (2211, 2221) der Drucktasten (221, 222) größer ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Auslöser-Einstellmittel (51, 52) unterschiedlicher Achslänge einsetzbar sind, die an die Bauhöhen des ersten bzw. des zweiten Gehäuseoberteiles (61, 62) angepaßt sind.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstellfedern (2212, 2222) im zweiten Gehäuseoberteil (62) gehalten werden.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schloßhalterung (33) mit Aussparungen (331, 332, 333) für die Betätigungswelle (31) und für Eingriffsstößel (2214, 2224) der Drucktasten (221, 222) auf die Schaltkulisse (32) versehen ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drucktaste zur Handeinschaltung (221) einerseits mindestens eine Öffnung (2215) zum Abschließen des Leistungsschaltgerätes (1) im ausgeschalteten Zustand mittels einzuhängender Bügelschlösser aufweist und anderseits von der Schaltkulisse (32) am Herausziehen aus dem Gehäuseoberteil gehindert ist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltkulisse (32) mit einem Sperrnocken (322) versehen ist, der in eine Sperrkulisse (2216) der Drucktaste zur Handeinschaltung (221) formschlüssig eingreift.
