Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Führung einer laufenden Papierbahn (1) oder zumindest eines aus dieser geschnittenen Papierbahnstreifens von einer Behandlungsstation (15) zur nächsten (16) in einem Papierherstellungs- oder -bearbeitungsprozeß unter Verwendung wenigstens einer pneumatisch unterstützten Vorrichtung (2,3), wie beispielsweise einer Druckluftleiteinrichtung (2) oder einer Saug- und Transporteinrichtung (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in der Vorrichtung (2,3) benötigte Luftdruck in Abhängigkeit von der jeweils gefahrenen Papierqualität über einen Mikroprozessor (4) eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von dem Mikroprozessor (4) die Steuerungseinheit (6) wenigstens eines Stellorgans (12,14) angesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Eingabe einer Papierqualität in die Bedieneinheit (5) des Mikroprozessors (4) im Mizessor (4) die benötigten Drücke an den einzelnen pneumatisch unterstützten Vorrichtungen (2,3) ermittelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Papierqualität das Papiergewicht in die Bedieneinheit (5) des Mikroprozessors (4) eingegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroprozessor (4) zur Ermittlung der benötigten Luftdrücke auch die Papierbahngeschwindigkeit berücksichtigt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroprozessor (4) zur Ermittlung der benötigten Luftdrücke auch den Papierbahnzug in der Behandlungsstation (16) berücksichtigt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroprozessor (4) die Zeitdauer der Druckgebung bestimmt.
