Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Trennen und Überführen eines in eine Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Behandlung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, einzufädelnden Einführstreifens (12), mit einer Trenneinrichtung (16) und einer Überführeinrichtung (18), die dazu dient, den Einführstreifen (12) nach erfolgter Trennung zu einer nachfolgenden Einrichtung (20) der Maschine zu überführen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (16) und die Überführeinrichtung (18) vorzugsweise auf einer gemeinsamen Platte (22) angebracht sind, auf der der Einführstreifen (12) vor dem Trennen geführt und für den Trennvorgang vorspannbar ist, und daß die Überführeinrichtung (18) in Streifenlaufrichtung (L) vor der Trenneinrichtung (16) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Platte (22) fest an einem Schaberbalken (24) anbringbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Überführeinrichtung durch eine Luftüberführeinrichtung (18) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Stabilisierung des Einführstreifens (12) vor dem Trennvorgang die dem Einführstreifen (12) zugewandte Seite der Platte (22) zumindest im wesentlichen tangential mit einem entsprechenden Blasluftstrom beaufschlagbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Vorspannen des Einführstreifens (12) in Streifenlaufrichtung (L) hinter der Trenneinrichtung (18) wenigstens ein Luftleitblech (30) auf der dem Einführstreifen (12) zugewandten Seite der Platte (22) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Luftleitblech (30) bezüglich der dem Einführstreifen (12) zugewandten Plattenoberfläche so geneigt ist, daß der Einführstreifen (12) von dieser Plattenoberfläche abgehoben und entsprechend durch den Trennbereich (32) der Trenneinrichtung (16) geführt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens zwei in Streifenlaufrichtung (L) hintereinander angeordnete Luftleitbleche (30) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die als Luftüberführeinrichtung (18) vorgesehene Überführeinrichtung mehrere Blasdüsen (28) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blasdüsen (28) einstellbar und dazu entsprechend beweglich sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Luftüberführeinrichtung (18) ein Luftblasrohr (34) mit zumindest einer sich parallel zur Rohrachse erstreckenden Reihe von Blasdüsen umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest ein Teil der Blasdüsen (28) bezüglich des Luftblasrohres (34) einstellbar bzw. beweglich ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Luftblasrohr (34) einstellbar und dazu um seine Achse drehbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der zur Stabilisierung und/oder zum Vorspannen des Einführstreifens (12) erforderliche Blasluftstrom über entsprechend einstellbare Blasdüsen (28) der Luftüberführeinrichtung (34) erzeugbar ist, wobei der Einführstreifen (12) vorzugsweise vorgespannt wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (16) zur Ausführung eines Scherenschnitts und/oder eines Parallelschnitts ausgelegt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trenneinrichtung (16) wenigstens zwei insbesondere messerartige Trennelemente (36, 38) umfaßt, die vorzugsweise einstellbar an zwei relativ zueinander beweglichen Rahmenteilen (40, 42) angebracht sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Rahmenteile (40, 42) relativ zueinander verschwenkbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trennelemente (36, 38) über Stellschrauben (46, 48) und/oder dergleichen einstellbar an den Rahmenteilen (40, 42) angebracht sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trennelemente (36, 38) der Trenneinrichtung (18) zumindest teilweise durch glatte Schneidelemente gebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trennelemente (36, 38) der Trenneinrichtung (18) zumindest teilweise durch perforierte und/oder gezahnte Schneidelemente gebildet sind.
