Claims (12)

  1. Distributeur de matière présentant
    1.1 un corps de décharge (4),
    1.2 une tubulure de décharge (6) saillant à partir de celui-ci
    1.2.1 librement d'une paroi frontale (20, 41),
    1.3 un conduit de buse (8), traversant la tubulure de décharge (6), d'un conduit d'émission (28) pour la matière,
    1.4 une sortie de matière (7) formée par l'extrémité extérieure du conduit de buse (8),
    1.5 une direction d'écoulement (40) déterminée par le conduit d'émission (28) et
    1.6 une soupape (10),
    1.6.1 dont le siège de soupape (51) se trouve à l'extrémité intérieure du conduit de buse (8) et
    1.6.2 dont le corps de soupape (50) mobile est logé de manière mobile auprès d'un support (5) sous formation d'une unité de commande (18),
    1.7 l'unité de commande (18) étant insérée en direction d'écoulement (40) dans la tubulure de décharge (6) et
    1.8 présentant un ressort de soupape (37), qui charge la soupape (10) en direction du conduit de buse (8),
    caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (18)
    1.9 comprend un espace de commande (32),
    1.9.1 qui est étanché de manière imperméable à la matière par un piston (52) actionné par la pression de matière et par une lèvre d'étanchéité,
    1.9.2 et qui est délimité par une enveloppe d'espace de commande (34),
    1.9.3 disposée à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe de boítier (33) avec un écart radial,
    1.9.4 l'écart radial constituant un conduit de raccordement (38) qui conduit la matière et qui débouche dans le conduit d'émission (28).
  2. Distributeur d'après la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de soupape (37) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le corps de soupape (50) pour le corps de soupape (50) fermant en direction d'écoulement (40), en ce que notamment le corps de soupape (50) est formé par l'extrémité d'une tige-noyau (26) traversant la tubulure de décharge (6) allongée au moins partiellement en aval à partir de la paroi frontale (41), tige-noyau dont l'extrémité en amont fait directement suite au ressort de soupape (37) et en ce qu'il est préférable que le ressort de soupape (37) délimite une capsule de pression déformable.
  3. Distributeur d'après la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (5) est assuré dans sa position à l'intérieur du corps de décharge (4) par un raccord à déclic (48), en ce que notamment le support (5) en tant qu'élément à déclic présente un renflement d'enclenchement qui entoure de manière annulaire le conduit d'émission (28) à une certaine distance et en ce que de préférence le renflement d'enclenchement (48) se trouve dans le domaine de la paroi frontale (41).
  4. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (5) comprend une plaque (20) transversale par rapport à la direction d'écoulement (40), qui saille radialement au-delà du corps de soupape (50) et qui se trouve à proximité immédiate de la paroi frontale (41), en ce que notamment la plaque (20) s'engage par son bord (48) de manière fixe dans le corps de décharge (4) et en ce que de préférence le support (5) saille à l'intérieur de la tubulure de décharge (6).
  5. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le siège de soupape (51) est inséré dans la tubulure de décharge (6) avec le support (5), en ce que notamment le siège de soupape (51) est prévu à l'extrémité d'une douille de noyau (25) insérée dans la tubulure de décharge (6), douille de noyau qui entoure étroitement le corps de soupape (50) seulement avec un écart de fente en amont par rapport au siège de soupape (51) et en ce que de préférence la douille de noyau (25) forme à son extrémité située en aval une paroi frontale (27) annulaire, qui est traversée par le siège de soupape (51) coaxialement par rapport à la sortie de matière (7).
  6. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (5) délimite un deuxième conduit d'émission (29), en ce que notamment le deuxième conduit d'émission (29) traverse la tubulure de décharge (6) en entier et séparément du premier conduit d'émission (28) et débouche dans une chambre de mélange entre le conduit de buse (8) et le siège de soupape (51) qui forme une buse de pulvérisation, et en ce que de préférence le support (5) et la tubulure de décharge (6) ensemble délimitent en section transversale le deuxième conduit d'émission (29).
  7. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (5) présente un élément de raccordement (21, 22) qui saille librement dans une direction opposée à la direction d'écoulement (40), en ce que notamment l'élément de raccordement (21, 22) délimite le conduit d'émission (28, 47) et qu'en aval il se joint à la paroi frontale (20, 41), et en ce que de préférence un premier élément de raccordement (21 ) contient un poussoir de soupape (26) de la soupape (10), poussoir portant le corps de soupape (50), un deuxième élément de raccordement (22) étant raccordé à une chambre sous pression (12) pour une matière secondaire et raccordant cette chambre sous pression (12) avec la sortie de matière (7).
  8. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux chambres-réservoir (11, 12) séparées sont prévues de manière emboítée pour la matière et pour la matière secondaire et qu'elles sont raccordées à la sortie de matière (7), en ce que notamment la première chambre-réservoir (11) est formée par le corps de base (2) et que la deuxième chambre-réservoir (12) est formée par une poche (46) souple à la flexion, qui est maintenue au corps de base (2) par le support (5), et en ce que de préférence le corps de base (2) est composé d'un boítier et du corps de décharge (4) qui ferme l'ouverture de ce boítier et qui est réalisé en tant que couvercle de boítier, le ressort de soupape (37) ainsi qu'un premier élément d'assurage (21) du support (5) s'engageant dans une première ouverture de boítier et un col (19) de la deuxième chambre-réservoir (12) ainsi que un deuxième élément d'assurage (22) du support (5) s'engageant dans une deuxième ouverture de boítier.
  9. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit des éléments de fermeture (50, 53) premiers et deuxièmes individuels et raccordés entre eux de manière fixe en tant que corps de soupape pour deux conduits d'émission (28, 29), en ce que notamment les corps de soupape (50, 53) sont situés l'un dans l'autre de manière à peu près coaxiale et en ce que de préférence un moyen de fermeture est réalisé en tant que soupape à coulisse et que le corps de soupape (53) correspondant est formé par une lèvre de piston.
  10. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une chambre-réservoir (12) jointe à la sortie de matière (7) est raccordée à une soupape d'admission (43) débouchant à l'extérieur, en ce que notamment un corps de soupape (45) mobile de la soupape d'admission (43) est constitué par le support (5) et/ou qu'un siège de soupape est constitué par le corps de décharge (4) et en ce que de préférence le support (5) présente une plaque de support (20) essentiellement recouvrant un boítier (3) en vue axiale, de laquelle saillent des éléments d'assurage (21, 22) uniquement d'un côté de la plaque dans le boítier (3) et une douille de noyau (25) de l'autre côté de la plaque dans la tubulure de décharge (6), le siège de soupape (51) et le ressort de soupape (37) de la soupape de décharge (10) étant raccordés entre eux au moyen d'un raccord à enclenchement.
  11. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une chambre-réservoir (11, 12) pour la matière est formée par un boítier souple à exprimer (3), en ce que notamment le boítier souple à exprimer (3) est déformable par compression manuelle à retour élastique uniquement à une certaine distance du corps de décharge (4), qui présente une résistance de forme, et en ce que de préférence le corps de décharge (4) est oblong en vue axiale au moins sur une partie (41, 42) de son étendue longitudinale.
  12. Distributeur d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de soupape (50) est inséré dans la tubulure de décharge (6) à travers la paroi frontale (20, 41) et en ce que notamment le support (5) est raccordé en position fixe avec le corps de décharge(4) et/ou avec la tubulure de décharge (6).
