Definitions
- the invention relates to a media dispenser. With him can Media distributed or dispensed through a media outlet will.
- the medium can make its last touch with the donor at this media outlet.
- Such Dispensers expediently have a media or fluid guide on, which by separate guides, such as channels or the like, can be formed.
- a media or fluid guide on which by separate guides, such as channels or the like, can be formed.
- they can be much narrower media rooms form.
- the other media rooms can be used for storage of the medium, as pressure rooms for generating a discharge pressure or the like may be provided.
- a media tour they can be connected to the input and / or the output. These serve to fill or empty the media room the operation of the dispenser.
- the fluid guidance is expediently separate from the media guidance intended.
- one Media room can do it contrary to media management be flowed through.
- the fluid like atmospheric air, flows into the media room if it is emptied, Temperature changes or the like come under negative pressure is. This supply of the fluid can easily lead to contamination of the medium.
- Such ventilation guides are running therefore only useful through a germ filter or the like, to make the air in the flow sterile.
- Germs along the media guide into the device possibly up to penetrate into the media rooms. This leads to contamination and therefore to spoil the medium and make it unusable of the donor. You can do that with closures in the area counteract the media outlet. They are suitable in Closed state to form a germ barrier.
- the invention is based on the object To create a dispenser or a discharge device in which Disadvantages of known training or use either only a germ barrier at the media outlet or a germ barrier in the fluid guidance are avoided and in particular at simple construction very safe combination functions of the Lock has.
- a germ barrier for the Outlet and a germ barrier are provided for the fluid guide. Instructs the donor to operate a media discharge two mutually movable units on or if it consists of two such units, one is a lock expediently on one and the other lock on the other Unit stored or held. The two locks lead with the discharge operation and to this synchronous mutual Movements.
- the media outlet is expediently through the outer end of a short nozzle channel educated.
- the inner end of the nozzle channel can immediately connect to a conical or similar extension.
- the nozzle expediently forms the closing surface of the associated one Lock.
- a movable closure member can be on this closing surface in the closed position.
- the two closing surfaces expediently lie only in a line or ring shape. This results in extremely small creepage distances for Germs. High closing and surface pressures can be achieved. Despite the non-resilient closing surfaces, a very tight seal guaranteed.
- the nozzle channel forms with its end the media outlet and is limited in one piece.
- the nozzle channel can be like the movable closure member of the lock one or more times be expanded in stages. So the closure member can immediately in this nozzle channel only over an axial section its opening or closing movement be slidably guided.
- the sliding and resting surfaces can be in Form an additional germ barrier.
- This lock immediately adjoins the axially abutting ones Closing surfaces upstream. This lock only gives way a first partial path of the opening stroke of the closure member free passage for the medium.
- the closure member abuts as a pump piston the medium from the nozzle channel through the media outlet impulsively. So the nozzle channel between the end of the Locking piston and the media outlet due to the inertia of the accelerated medium completely emptied. The residual medium located there is atomized outdoors ejected.
- the two actuating units to be moved against each other are conveniently provided with a pull-off protection to a to further protect against the ingress of germs.
- the Securing prevents or makes it difficult to pull apart sufficient for both units.
- a securing member is advantageous securing this with a socket, like a Crimean ring, formed, which surrounds other components or on this is set. From the upstream end of the socket the fuse is removed.
- the securing member can on The outer circumference of the frame is or at a distance from it Outer circumference to be effective. It is particularly easy manufacture if it is by bending or flanging the End of the version is formed. This consists of one relatively soft, e.g. metallic, material.
- the nozzle channel is emptied when the media pump, for example a thrust piston pump, another one second pump stage, in particular a bellows pump, connected downstream is.
- the medium is in it after leaving the medium pump accelerated again by narrowing the pressure chamber.
- the pressure rooms the media pump and the additional pump stage narrowed simultaneously.
- the jacket of the pressure chamber of the pump stage can form a return spring.
- the Pressure chamber of this pump stage or the associated end of the Return spring can be directly or in one piece on one Connect the control piston of the outlet lock. So results a very compact design.
- These components as well as the Bracket for the return spring or the like can in essentially completely within a discharge nozzle lie. At its upstream end protrude its outer circumference transverse surfaces for manual pressure actuation of the donor.
- the socket is for insertion into a Body opening, such as a nostril, suitable.
- the device 1 has two units 2, 3. You are for Discharge actuation while shortening the dispenser 1 axially movable against each other. When released by the actuating force return them in the opposite direction by a spring Starting position according to FIG. 1 back.

- the upstream face of the Ring 42 is in the closed position with a small gap distance from the end face between the links 25, 26. So the Closed position on seat 38 is not hindered.
- the swirl device 37 can be formed by a recess or profiles be and is in the shoulder area between the limbs 25, 26 provided. The recess can on the outer circumference of the Connect the mandrel 26 and the medium in a swirl flow to the Submit section 41.
- the outer diameter of the link 25 is at most four or three times the diameter of the nozzle opening 17 and at most half the outer diameter of the next one Mandrel section 26.
- channels 44 of the guide 20 are provided.
- the channels 44 are from the inner circumference of the jacket 32 and from the outer peripheries of sections 26, 42 limited. Therefore are the channels 44 permanently to the extension 41 and the Device 37 connected.
- the longitudinal channels 44 connect the inner annular space of the piston 27 with the valve seat 38.
- the closing surfaces of the valve 22 have only line contact with each other. The closing surfaces are continued until expansion 41, namely through the upstream cylindrical sealing surfaces.
- the channels 44 can by grooves on the inner circumference of the jacket 32 be formed. They sit in a ring Tab 45 continues. It is freely upstream the annulus or piston 27 before. This also results here relatively narrow flow cross-sections. These cross sections remain narrow until outlet 17.
- the cross sections are much smaller than the flow cross-sections of the channel 31 or the link 35.
- the mandrel section 26 can be on its Outer circumference with a flattening reaching up to limb 25, with recesses 47 or spaced from the link 25 Like. Provided. So the turbulence of the medium is Flow still improved.
- the one-piece Krimpring 9 has two adjoining Longitudinal sections 48, 49 on the different widths to have.
- the sections 48, 49 are annular in shape End wall joined together. How to have this wall the sections 48, 49 consistently constant wall thickness.
- the expanded, cap-shaped portion 48 serves to To clamp flange 7 against the end face of the neck 5. This end face can by an axial ring projection Neck end be formed and immediately adjoins the Inner circumference of the neck 5.
- Section 48 lies with its end wall on the annular end face of the flange 7 on. With an inward angled end collar section 48 on a shoulder surface facing away from it the outer circumference of the neck 5.
- On the right in Fig. 1 is the fully assembled, crimped and axially secured position shown and the left in Fig. 1 the situation before crimping and after the ring 9 is placed upstream.
- section 48 lies with small distance from the outer circumference of a radially outward protruding collar of the neck 5.
- the collar forms the Shoulder surface for the Krimpring 9.
- Section 49 which downstream to the inner circumference of the end wall of the section 48 connects and is cylindrical, surrounds the part of the Housing 12, which extends outward from the neck 5 via the flange 9 protrudes. This part is through a separate housing cover of the housing 12 formed, which is arranged in a fixed position and is pushed through by the plunger 11.
- Section 49 surrounds this housing cover up to its end surface penetrated by the plunger 11 closely on the outer circumference, however not sealed. So is the guide 21 from the inner circumference of section 49 and the outer circumference of this housing section bounded in a column. Also from the outer circumference of the Neck collar and the inner circumference of section 48 can Guide 21 may be delimited in the form of a gap. So can of both Ends of the Krimpringes 9 forth air in the expanded annulus occur, the components 7, 8 receives. From there the air only enters the room through the barrier 23 19th
- the units 2, 3 and the germ barrier of the clutch 18 are secured with a device 50 against it, against the direction of actuation pulled apart and thereby apart to be solved.
- the pull-off protection 50 lies completely inside the unit 3 and the housing 14, upstream at a distance from the end wall of the cap.
- the fuse 50 lies on the outer circumference of the protruding cover of the Housing 12 and approximately in the middle between the flange 7 and the cap end wall of the housing 14.
- a securing member 51 is formed by the Crimean ring, namely that downstream lying end of section 49. This end is in cross section hook-shaped or conical radial over more than 90 ° angled outwards. Therefore, the link 51 is above the Outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 49 in front.
- a counterpart 52 is formed in one piece with the base body 13.
- the link 52 is radially resiliently movable or resilient expandable. In this way, the cam 52 engages behind the dimensionally stable Link 51.
- Link 52 is also a short distance from Outer circumference of section 49. When pumping can the link 52 axially displaced along this outer circumference will.
- the link 52 separates from the link 51.
- the Link 52 is on the inner periphery of the free end of a projection 53 or jacket arranged.
- the projection 53 is within the cap shell 14 and with a radial distance of This is less far from the inside of the end wall of the cap before than the cap coat.
- Link 53 may be one or more Have axial slots to better spring.
- the lock 23 or the seal 8 contains an annular Germ filter 54.
- the filter 54 is located directly on the End surface of the neck 5 and on the outer circumference of the housing 12 with axial or radial preload.
- the filter 54 is disc-shaped and the neck 5 is made of glass.
- the filter 54 can be made from e.g. semipermeable, porous Material.
- the filter 54 leaves towards the room 19 Slowly blow through. In the opposite direction, the However, filter 54 does not penetrate medium from room 19.
- filter 54 serves as a media seal, but not as a fluid seal.
- the air penetrates from the room within the section 48 in the end face and the peripheral surface of the Filters 54 a. Then the air flows inside the filter 54 radially inwards and then between the neck 5 and the Housing 12 on the associated end face of the filter 54 in the space 19.
- another ring or disk-shaped seal 55 may be provided on the outer end face of the filter 54 can between this and the flange 7 another ring or disk-shaped seal 55 may be provided.
- the outside diameter the seal 55 is advantageously smaller than the outer diameter of the filter 54.
- the seal 55 is impermeable to air.
- the filter 54 can also immediately and rest on flange 7 without additional seal 55.
- the press on both sides of the connector 15 on the handle 16 over pushed a pump stroke further over the unit 2.
- the associated exhaust valve is after opened a first partial stroke and the medium from the pump chamber pressed through the channel in the plunger 11 into the guide 20. From here, the medium flows through the axis 10 Link 35, the spring 29 and the channel 31 to the downstream lying end face of the piston 27 and in the associated Annulus. This creates an overpressure here.
- the closing edge of the link 25 forms with the section 41 and the adjoining cylindrical channel section a ring nozzle.
- the medium is pre-atomized in it. Then the medium flows along the cylindrical channel section in section 40. In section 40 increases due to the narrowing the flow rate again. This in Swirl flow medium then enters the nozzle channel 39 a. This is resolved by repeated, finer atomization Medium from the boundary edge of the outlet 17 as a spray cone from. All channel sections 39 to 41 and the one in between lying cylindrical channel sections are together in one piece limited. These sections lie within the end wall 43. Their common length can be an inside width of the section 41 correspond.
- the control part 34 returns with the Link 25 in the outlet direction back to its closed position.
- the Link 25 penetrates abruptly into the cylindrical channel section a.
- the closing edge forms with the narrower end edge of section 41 a valve control edge. So is with Reaching this end edge of the downstream channel part opposite the upstream channel part 41, 44, 31 tightly closed, before the seat 38 is reached.
- the link 25 now acts as an ejection piston.
- the piston 25 pushes the medium from the cylindrical channel section and the Sections 40, 39, also under atomization, completely out. Namely until the closing edge under high surface pressure abuts the seat 38 and the sections 39, 40 completely are emptied.
- Section 39 may be shorter than the section Be 40. The latter is at most as long as section 41 or shorter.
- a spring acting on the piston unit such as a compression spring may be provided. This will get into the pumping chamber sucked out of the room 19 medium while the Exhaust valve is closed. A room is created in room 19 Vacuum. The room 19 sucks in atmospheric air, with a very slow flow rate. The Air flows sequentially through filter 54 Krimpring 9, the end of which, the fuse 50, the jacket 53, the interior of the housing 14 and its free end and / or the channel 36. And that until the pressure in the Room 19 is only slightly below the atmospheric Pressure. It can therefore neither in room 19 nor in the channel section 41 or the intermediate channel sections Germs penetrate.
- the slide 24 is the slide 24, which with the jackets 32, 34 is telescopic, not required.
- the slide 24 is elastic by a shortenable and extendable component 34 replaced.
- Part 34 also forms the spring 29 and limits the channel 31 over its entire length and its entire circumference.
- the Spring 29 extends from the outside of the bottom of the piston 27 up to the annular disk-shaped end wall of the plug body 33, and is formed in one piece with these parts.
- the spring 29 has constant wall thickness over its circumference and length on.
- the spring jacket forms like one Coil spring one or two interlocking helical gears. So the outer circumference is complementary to the inner circumference as Steep spiral with an incline of at least 30 ° or 45 ° Incline trained.
- the largest outside diameter or smallest inner diameter of the spring 29 is over its entire Length constant.
- the smallest inside diameter is less as 5 or 3 or 1.5 mm.
- the outer circumference of the spring 29 is the inner circumference of the jacket 32 directly without contact across from.
- the coupling body 30 is inserted with an outer jacket, and in position by axial stop. The one in the radial distance the inner jacket lying on the outer jacket forms the coupling member 35 of the body 30.
- the bottom of the piston 27 is eccentric within the channel 31 penetrated by an axial transition channel 56. Of the Channel 56 opens into the control and annulus of the piston 27 or in the channels 44. After leaving the plunger 11 flows the medium exclusively within the channel 31.
- the channel 31 imparts one to the medium through its internal profile helical swirl flow. This flow passes through the channel 56 along the guide surface 46 to the pressure side of the Piston 27 and from there to outlet 17.
- Channel 56 is much narrower than the channel 31.
- the component 34 is as Bellows trained.
- the interior 31 of the bellows 34 is at Opening the valve 22 reduces and thereby contributes to Flow acceleration at. When closing the valve 22 the volume of the room 31 is increased again. Thereby medium is sucked back out of the channel sections 41, 44, 56 and so removed from the area of the valve 22.
- the channel 56 is designed as an angular channel. Whose to the channel 31 connected channel leg lies in the Axis 10 of the channel 31. The other leg passes through the Guide surface or the outer circumference of the mandrel 26, namely between the ends of the channel 44 and outside the piston 27.
- the one-piece assembly is made up of components 25 to 27, 29, 33 shown in Figures 2 and 3.
- the spring 29 is indicated in FIG. 2 and following the piston 27 is the spring 29th 3 only indicated with a partial length.
- This Unit is mounted on units 2, 13 before assembly the jacket 53 and the cam 52 through into the base body 13 and the connector 15 used.
- the body 30 used Before or after, in the same way the body 30 used. With the body 30 is made of relatively soft springy material existing jacket 33 radially against the inner circumference of the jacket 32 braced. 4, the mandrel 26 is over its entire length Length cylindrical. It is not with a flattening 46 or provided with profiles 37, 47. 4 is also on closing edge 58 of link 25 adjoining end surface 57 good to see.
- the outlet valve of the pump 6, which to the Pump chamber connects, can be adjusted. So it opens too when the pumping chamber is only filled with air and on Pump stroke is running. The airspace is then continuous from the pump chamber to the closing seat 38, 58. Thereby the priming is very simple Pump when starting up. All canal rooms can be easily filled with medium.
- the channel 36 also serves to vent that annular space in the nozzle 15, which is adjacent to the piston 27 when the body 30 how a piston is used.
- Through channel 36 can this annulus with a test device be pressurized.
- the overpressure affects the Lip 27. So the dense contact of the lip 27 using a Pressure drop in the annulus can be detected.
- the ends of the spring 29 against mutual rotation secure around axis 10 and relative to body 13. Due to the helical shape, the axial shortening also a torsional stress of the spring 29 is built up. The torsional stress superimposes and supplements the axial spring back Tension. In this way short closing times are achieved.
- a cap not shown. That cap covers the output 17 with a small distance.
- the cap extends to the handle 16 and lies close to a bead 59 attached to the outer periphery of the nozzle 15. So is the penetration of germs prevents or complicates.
- the seal 8 and the lock 23rd also be extended beyond the gap in the axial direction, which is formed between the neck 5 and flange 7. This can only for the seal 8 or only for the lock 23 be valid.
- the body 60 provided for this can also both as a filter or germ filter as well as a seal serve and be made in one piece throughout.
- the body 60 may contain antibacterial agents which kill germs effect through contact.
- the sleeve-shaped extension 62 is provided here upstream of the flange 7 alone.
- the sealing or filter body 60 has an annular flange 61 on.
- the flange 61 lies axially like the parts 54, 55 stretched between the end faces of the neck 5 and the Flange 7.
- the flange 61 is in the Axial section on each side of axis 10 by separate Center points curved. So the flange 61 forms on the system Flange 7 is a convex and to rest against the neck 5 a concave Curvature side, which as an annular groove over the circumference of the Flange 61 passes.
- the annular lip 65 is flanked at an angle in cross section and is due to the bracing with the ring 9 on the end face of the flange 7 flattened.
- the lip 65 then lies like the radially adjoining sections of the End face of the flange 61 opposite these sections with increased sealing pressure on flange 7. Both faces of the flange 61 are thus continuous in the sealing position even or full-surface on the end faces of parts 5, 7 supported.
- the jacket 62 has the most of its length or continuous wall thickness, which is at least a third or a half smaller than the wall thickness of the flange 61 and less than 1 mm or 0.7 mm.
- the jacket 62 has a longitudinal section 63, which connects directly to the flange 61. Further a longitudinal section 64 is provided, which is only on the section 63 connects.
- the sections 63, 64 project upstream directed freely into the neck 5 or the room 19.
- the acute-angled conical section 63 is in this direction narrower than section 64. The latter can be narrowed over the Length of its inner circumference same conicity as that of the immediate have associated part of the housing 12.
- So lies section 64 is continuous throughout its length and circumference on the outer circumference of this housing section.
- the length Section 64 corresponds to at least or at most one Third to half of its inner diameter.
- the inner circumference section 64 is graded like its outer circumference in the expanded inner or outer circumference of section 63 about.
- the section 63 is like the flange 61 opposite Housing 12 completely non-contact.
- the inner circumference of section 64 has two sealing lips or sealing beads 66 on the free end of the jacket 62, 64 have a smaller distance than from section 63
- Bead 66 are ring-shaped and project around the inner circumference less than a tenth of a millimeter. Any flat bead 66 is part-circular in axial section, namely above one Arc angle of more than 120 °. By radial pressure against that Housing 12 can thereby each bead 66 in the envelope of the subsequent inner circumference.
- the Bead 66 runs continuously over the inner circumference.
- the beads have relative to their individual axial extent 66 a maximum distance from each other.
- the beads 66 have a smaller distance from the free end face of section 64.
- the outer circumference of the Housing 12 free of depressions. This is how the beads 66 grip not in recesses. Rather, they are due to the smooth, uninterrupted and narrowed upstream at an acute angle Outer surface of the housing 12 up to a shoulder. With this shoulder, the housing 12 is narrowed upstream.
- the Ventilation of the room 19 can according to Figure 1 along the outside of the housing 12 or its interior. in the second case, the air flows along the plunger 11 into the Housing 12 and enters the area of section 63 through a Housing opening again, against the inner circumference of the Coat 62 directed. Then the air flows into the section 64.
- Section 64 becomes radially resilient under the fluid pressure expanded so that the lips 66 lift off from the housing 12 and let the air flow into room 19. So it's here pressure-dependent ventilation valve formed. In front The full pressure equalization is reversed Lips 66 radially inward again in their closed position back, narrowing the entire section 64.
- the filter can be between the flanges 7, 61 54 can be arranged. This also causes the air to come out first in section 63 and only then in section 64.
- the body 60 is made in one piece from plastic, namely from a tensile, compression and bending elastic Material.
- the lips 66 can the associated germ barrier form.
- the lip seal 60 protects against diffusion of the Medium out of room 19. For pressure equalization in room 19 opens the seal 60 even with a slight negative pressure or a pressure that is only slightly lower than that is atmospheric pressure.
- the filter membrane 54 is in front Contact or moistening with the medium is protected because the Seal 60 together with the body 12 a drying room limited between the lips 66 and the flange 7th lies within the jacket 62. Penetrates the drying room no medium from room 19. Except for the means for this Functions, the seal 60 still forms the closure seal for the memory 4.
