Definitions
- the invention relates to a dispenser with which flowable or other media, for example liquid, pasty, powdery or gaseous media, stored, conveyed or can be dispensed away from the dispenser at a media outlet.
- the dispenser can be used by the user with a single hand carried freely and with this hand at the same time, i.e. one-handed, be operated with a force which is the medium promotes.
- the donor can refill his print room with the Medium, for example from a media storage and suck in the medium on the return stroke.
- the donor can but also in the manner of a disposable dispenser for actuation only be determined via a single, rectified pump stroke.
- the entire stored media volume is then from the start in his pressure chamber. It can then have a single one Stroke or via adjoining partial strokes from the Pressure chamber can be discharged in doses.
- the invention has for its object to a donor create the disadvantages of known training are avoided.
- Dosage a tilt-free storage of his donor units, high tightness, one essentially smooth outer surface or high functional reliability to be guaranteed.
- encapsulated stop and / or Setting means for determining or changing a Stroke a mechanical positive control as an actuating means for a flow or pressure compensation valve, too an assembly unit summarized connectors for Connection of the dispenser with a support body and / or engagement members for the sealed engagement of the two dispenser units outside the pressure chamber. This can e.g.
- the Discharge volume per stroke-limited working stroke or stroke be precisely determined or changed; furthermore the Dispenser in a simple manner on the carrier, for example one bottle, attach and to different bottle shapes to adjust; Furthermore, you can then join the Media discharge Media residues from the media outlet back into the Dispenser sucked back behind the valve seat of an exhaust valve or the pressure chamber is vented; finally can foreign objects, such as dirt, penetrate the dispenser can be easily avoided.
- the stroke travel is expediently adjusted by turning or axial adjustment of a discharge head relative to the associated base body.
- the handle can face the first body regardless of the setting the actuating means always remain in the same rotational position.
- the flow valve can be separate from the actuating means provided or connected to them, e.g. through sealed Guide a movable valve body on one of the Actuators.
- This actuator can be used together with the Valve body as a pre-assembled unit in the second base body or the discharge head can be used.
- the first Dispenser unit contains a freely protruding driver. He is engaged and disengaged only depending on the load or force Snap coupling connected to the valve body and transfers the valve to the desired valve position for example the open position. After that the coupling connection is separated again depending on the force and the valve body into its other valve position Spring force returned. In this way e.g. on the Media outlet and the outlet duct air from the pressure chamber during only a first part of the donor's return stroke emanate.
- the dispenser has an attachment body, such as a cap, for connecting it to a storage bottle.
- an attachment body such as a cap
- At the Inside of this mounting body are as connecting links in front: a climbing or projecting freely into the memory Intake pipe, a seal, a fastener for positive locking Intervention in the memory and / or in the pressure chamber limiting body.
- At least two to all of the connectors form a pre-assembled or one-piece Mounting unit for attachment to the memory or the first Basic body. By changing this unit, the Donors to very different forms of storage or flow properties be adapted by media.
- a pressure chamber limiter are e.g. a cylinder jacket and a piston are provided. Each of these can belong to the assembly unit mentioned. This delimiter can also limit other media rooms or the driver or a coupling member of the valve actuation form.
- the second dispenser unit provided as the actuation unit is useful with peripheral surfaces or the like Sliding surfaces, so sealed on the first storage unit led that interiors outside the pressure chamber of the donor are sealed to the outside.
- An extreme one Coat can therefore have a window-like breakthrough Guide of a cam or the like. Still can Dirt over the next one, in this outermost coat Do not penetrate the lead inwards.
- the media rooms are also means for venting the media rooms, especially the pressure chamber, the media outlet and all media rooms connected between them.
- the valve actuation described is suitable for this. It holds the outlet valve over a first partial path of the return stroke open. So the compressed air can easily escape, without opening the exhaust valve against a valve spring must hold.
- the ventilation of the media reservoir for pressure equalization for the amount of media withdrawn in each case can be over another valve can be achieved. It will be manual Operation opened or closed. E.g. can it in the Starting position of the donor closed and in all other stroke positions must be open. The one penetrating the valve Ventilation path can then be completely separate from the media rooms.
- the dispenser 1 has two linear and axial against each other movable dispenser units 2, 3, each with a one-piece Basic body 4, 5. It is for attachment to one Carrier or media storage 6 determined. This then forms a component of the first unit 2 or the first Base body 4, with which it can also be formed in one piece can.
- the second base body 5 of the second unit 3 comprises a discharge head 7. It can also be made in one piece with the Base body 5 may be formed, but here is a separate, elongated cap-shaped component.
- Completely encapsulated within the body 4, 5 is a media pump 8, namely a thrust piston pump provided. With her it will Medium suddenly sucked out of the memory 6 on the return stroke and then carried out at the working stroke.
- Fig. 1 shows the Discharge device in the initial or rest position.
- Stop or actuating means 10 serve the amount of through the individual stroke of the medium to fix and change.
- the end of the stroke is stroke-limited.
- the each Subsequent stroke can be rectified to the end Connect the previous working stroke if there is no return stroke or no return spring is provided. He can also Donor 1 at the end of each stroke in his too stroke-limited starting position returned become. Only then is he over the next one again To actuate the working stroke.
- the means 10 are completely in the unit 3 or in the base body 5. Thus the unit 2 can be replaced without changing the means 10.

- the upstream lip 54 slides permanently sealed on the inner circumference of the sleeve 46.
- the downstream lip 55 slides permanently sealed on the inner circumference of the jacket 39.
- the front wall of the Lip 55 can form a stop. It hits the valve opening on the end face of the sleeve 46 and determined thereby the maximum opening travel of the valve 19.
- the upstream end of body 53 includes one sleeve-shaped mandrel 56. It stands upstream from the Lips 54, 55 against the direction of flow freely against the Driver 49 before and is permanently with this immediately opposite the snap member 52.
- the link 52 is in the form of a ring Cams radially inwards over the inner circumference of the Mandrel 56 in front and is resiliently expandable with this.
- the Member 52 lies immediately adjacent to an end wall of the Body 43, 46.
- the upstream away from link 52 lying end face of this end wall forms within the Federal 44 the stop 48.
- the front wall is from one constricted passage opening penetrates.
- the driving member 51 leads one short free travel opposite link 52. Then it hits only at the link 52, takes the body 53 against the direction of flow with and opens valve 19 as far as it will go. After that and after the smaller part of the return stroke the link 51 is characterized by the axial restoring surface the link 52 torn out by this resiliently expanding. The valve body 53 is also released after being released by the link 51 a spring 58 moved back in the direction of flow. Thereby valve 19 closes.
- the restoring forces for units 2, 3 are determined by a Spring 59, such as a coil or compression spring. She is completely outside of media rooms 11 to 15 and engages between the coats 33, 34 and 31, 35, so that their ends are supported directly on the walls 22, 29.

- the spring 58 protects the links 52, 56 from great expansion.
- body 53 Downstream of lip 55, body 53 faces one the lip 55 thinner thorn on. It stands in the direction of flow freely within the jacket 39 and ends in an even slimmer mandrel or end section 57.
- the movable closing surface of the valve 19 This ring-shaped closing surface is sharp as an edge of the cylindrical peripheral surface and the flat end surface of the Flanked by thorn 57.
- the movable closing surface is in The closed position only lines up at the valve seat. He is formed by the inner surface of the end wall of the head 7.
- the sections 54 to 57 are axially fixed to each other connected. They can be made in one piece with the valve body 53 be trained.
- the flow path of the medium penetrates the Valve body 53 axially and inside the lip 55 then exits radially into the interior of lip 55 from where it is further along the outer circumference of the downstream Mandrel of the body 53 leads to the valve seat.
- this section the flow path is downstream from the outer circumference lying mandrel and limited by the inner circumference of the jacket 39.
- the chamber is from the downstream Mandrel and the inside of the end wall of the head 7 limited.
- the fine atomization of the Medium improved upon exit from the opening 15.
- the bodies 7, 43, 53, 57 are rotated by hand. Here the driver 49 does not rotate.
- each other Securing means 60 For mutual axial securing of the units 2, 3 or the body 4, 5 and also to secure them against each other Securing means 60 are provided. Their Securing members are directly on the jackets 23, 34 and 31 arranged. This keeps the unit in its rotational position 3 compared to the memory 6 always the same. Alone through the Fuse 60 is positively prevented that the unit 3rd can be deducted from the unit 2 in the direction of flow. Against the corresponding pulling of the head 7 from the units 2, 3 alone secures the set thread or the like. The head 7 can therefore be unscrewed from the unit 3 can be completely resolved non-destructively, e.g. to get through the Cylinder 16 to fill the reservoir 6 with medium. against this The head 7 can also be released by an end stop be secured.
- the piston 18 has a single one, free in the direction of flow protruding, annular piston lip 62. It runs sealed on the inner circumference of the cylinder 16, is in the starting position but lifted from this inner circumference without contact, because the inner circumference at the end opposite the flow direction is widened conically at an acute angle.
- the driver 49 stands from the end face 47 of the mandrel 63 with a slimmer one Mandrel section free in front. In the end it shows an expanded pointed conical head as coupling member 51. Parts 18, 27, 63, 49, 51 are axially fixed to each other. They can be formed in one piece with one another.
- the unit 17 has a ring shoulder. It lies in the level of Inside of wall 22 and covers the expanded end of the annular portion of the channel 11 partially. So is a narrow or throttling point is formed here.
- the pipe 24 here forms a widened at an acute angle in the direction of flow Funnel end 61. Compared to this, the unit 17 can be touch-free be.
- the upstream end of the piston 18 can also be attached to at least one of the bodies 4, 22, 24, 25, 32 be fastened with snap links. You are about his Scope distributed.
- the piston 18 can also be made in one piece with the Coat 32 may be formed.
- an inlet valve 64 is formed. It is in the starting position open and closed after a first partial stroke of the working stroke, because then the lip 62 on the conical section of the cylinder 16 runs up. Upstream connects to this Valve seat an annular suction chamber 65. It is from Piston 18 and limited by the jacket 32. The pre-suction chamber 65 penetrates through the end wall 22 like the jacket 32 and closes upstream directly to the annular end of the channel 11 on. After closing the valve 64, the working stroke the medium in the chamber 12 to the control room within the Lip 55 compressed. So is when a limit pressure is exceeded the valve body 53 is displaced against the spring 58 and discharged the medium through the open valve 19 to the mechanically or manually operated valve 47, 48 am End of stroke closes.
- the free end of the jacket 16 forms an opposite flow direction freely protruding, ring-shaped piston or sealing lip 66. It slides on the inner circumference of the jacket 32 and limits chamber 65 with its inner circumference. Lip 66 lies permanently upstream of the piston lip 62. The sealing pressure or widening of the lips 54, 55, 62, 66 increases with increasing Media printing within media rooms 11 through 14 too. So high tightness is guaranteed.
- the lip 66 and the Sheath 16 are formed in one piece. A like one The sealing lip could also be used to seal the jacket 35 Have a guide on the inner circumference of the jacket 33. Also the Coats 33, 35 overlap one another like coats 34, 31 permanent.
- Air can also be in between the coats 33, 35 the annular space between the coats 32, 33 and from there through the wall 22 are fed into the memory 6.
- the closure can be a valve be. It is only closed in the starting position and with everyone other stroke positions open.
- At the Actuation stroke is in the annular space between the jackets 16, 32, 33, 35 the pressure increased slightly. This gives a pumping effect.
- the body 4 has on the outer circumference of the jackets 23, 34 and the Wall 22 on at least one radially projecting cam 67.
- the body 5 has in the jacket 31 distributed over the circumference Breakthroughs or windows 68. They extend from wall 29 to close to the open end of the cap 28 and push through the wall 29 slit-shaped.
- One of the grips into each opening 68 Cam 67 a.
- the snap connection forms the fuse 60 at the same time, since the Cam 67 at the end of the return stroke on the upstream Limit of the window 68 strikes.
- the opposite of the Axis 9 fixed cam 67 has an oblique shoulder.
- the seal 41 closes with the free end faces of the Projections 37, 38 flush. Should the ventilation air for the Storage 6 are germ-free, so are filter media or germicidal Appropriately in the ventilation path or in the annulus arranged tightly between the coats 32, 33. E.g. can a ring-shaped germ filter clamps radially on the jackets 32, 33 and face against the outside of the wall 22. This is following the jacket 32 as well Seal 25 penetrated by a ventilation opening opens into the storage space along the end section 61.
- the donor 1 or store 6 has only a single store opening, namely that for inserting the unit 2.
- the memory 6 has no trailing piston. Simply by omitting the pipe 24, the dispenser 1 can be switched to overhead operation. In the upside-down position, the medium flows through the memory Wall 22 directly into chamber 65. This is e.g. expedient, if the medium is in from above with the head tilted back an eye or a nostril is to be delivered. Of the Dispenser 1 then does not protrude, or possibly only with the projection 27 into memory 6.
