Description

Auflage für eine Tischplatte
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Auflage für eine Tischplatte gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung soll die Aufgabe gelöst werden, eine Auflage für eine Tischplatte derart auszubilden, daß sie auf der Tischplatte fixiert oder form¬ schlüssig mit dieser verbunden ist und daß das auf der Auflage befindliche Gut nicht wegrutscht, wenn sich die Tischplatte beispielsweise neigt oder sonstige Krafteinwirkungen auftreten, die die Gefahr des Verrutschens bzw. Abrutschens des aufgestellten Gutes mit sich bringen.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des An¬ spruchs 1.
Durch die Maßnahme, daß die Auflage die Tischplatte von zwei Seiten umfaßt, ist sie gegen unbeabsichtigtes Herunterfallen auch bei Schräglage gesichert. Auch das auf der Auflage vor¬ handene Gut, wie Gläser, Tassen oder dgl. verrutscht beim Auftreten einer Schräglage von beispielsweise bis zu 50° nicht und kann daher auch nicht von der Tischplatte fallen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Auflage für eine Tischplatte ist daher besonders geeignet zur Anwendung in Flugzeugen, Schiffen, insbesondere Jachten, Omnibussen oder dgl.. Die Auflage ist infolge der U-Form insbesondere für Klapptische ge¬ eignet, wie sie beispielsweise in Flugzeugen verwendet werden, da sie leicht angebracht und wieder abgenommen werden kann. Außerdem benötigt sie nicht viel Stauraum, weil sie in einer Ebene gestapelt und praktisch erst am Einsatz¬ ort in die U-Form gebracht werden kann. Bei der Verwendung an Klapptischen ist im angeklappten Zustand die Werbefläche sichtbar, so daß hiermit ein zusätzlicher Nutzen der erfindungsgemäßen Auflage erzielt wird.
Weitere vorteilhafte Einzelheiten der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben und werden nachfolgend anhand der in der Zeichnung veranschaulichten Ausführungsbeispiele näher beschrieben.

In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 eine Tiefziehfolie oder Tiefziehplatte aus Metall, Papier oder Kunststoff bezeichnet, die zwei miteinander zusammenhängende Platten 2 und 3 aufweist. Zwischen den Platten 2, 3 ist ein Scharnier oder eine Biege¬ zone 4 vorgesehen, um die die Platte 3, beispielsweise in Pfeilrichtung 5 nach unten geklappt werden kann. Hierdurch wird eine U-förmig gebogene Auflage 6 gebildet, wie in Fig.
2 dargestellt. Diese Auflage 6 ist an einer Tischplatte 7 befestigbar, indem sie über diese geschoben wird und die Tischplatte 7 dann ganz oder teilweise beispielsweise zu 60% bis 70% bedeckt.
Die auf der Oberseite 8 der Tischplatte 7 aufliegende Plat¬ te 2 ist auf der Außenfläche 9 rutschfest ausgebildet, bei¬ spielsweise mit einem Antirutschbelag 10 versehen. Das Material der Platte 2 kann auch insgesamt aus einem Material mit rutschfesten bzw. rutschhemmenden Eigenschaften herge¬ stellt sein. Der Antirutschbelag 10 ist bevorzugt transparent ausgebildet. Gemäß Fig. 8a ist unter diesem Antirutschbelag 10 eine Information 11 angebracht, beispielsweise in Form eines aufgeklebten oder aufgedruckten Bildes und/oder Textes, wie eines Prospektes, einer Vorankündigung, einer Speisekarte oder dgl.. Bei Verwendung einer Platte 2 aus transparentem Material kann die Information 11 auch auf der Rückseite 12 der Platte 2 angebracht sein, wie in Fig. 8b dargestellt. Eine Information 11 kann auch geprägt und von oben ertastbar sein, so daß auch Sehbehinderte die Information erkennen können.
Die an der Unterseite 13 der Tischplatte 7 anliegende Platte
3 ist als Werbefläche ausgebildet und trägt, im an der Tischplatte 7 angebrachten Zustand, eine Information 14 an der dann die Außenseite 15 bildenden Seite der Platte 3, wie in Fig. 9b dargestellt ist. Bei transparenter Ausbildung dieser Platte 3 kann die Information 14 wahlweise auch auf der Innenseite 16 vorgesehen sein. Diese Information 14 ist bei einem Klapptisch dann im angeklappten Zustand sichtbar.
Die Auflage 6 kann zwecks Befestigung an der Tischplatte 7 wenigstens an einer im angebrachten Zustand offenen Stirnseite 17, 18, 19 einen Verschluß in Form einer an der Platte 2 oder 3 angebrachten Lasche 20 mit einer Öffnung 21 und einem an der Platte 3 bzw. 2 angebrachten Raststift oder Rastknopf 22 aufweisen, wie in Fig. 1 gestrichelt und in dem in Fig. 3 gezeigten Ausschnitt an den beiden Stirnseiten 17 und 18 dargestellt ist. Durch Abbiegen der Lasche 20 um 90° nach unten verrastet der Rastknopf 22 mit der Öffnung 21 der Lasche 20. Dadurch sind die Platten 2 und 3 fest zusammenge¬ halten und damit fest auf der Tischplatte 7 angebracht.
Anstelle des Verschlusses 20, 22 oder zusätzlich zu diesem können die Platten 2 und 3 am Rand 23 zur Tischplatte hin ragende Halteelemente 24, vorzugsweise in Form einer umlaufenden oder abschnittsweise vorgesehenen niedrigen Wand aufweisen. Diese sind so angeordnet, daß sie beim Anbringen der Auflage 6 an der Tischplatte 7 an der Stirnwand oder an den Stirnwänden 25 der Tischplatte 7 unter Vorspannung anliegen und durch Reibungsschluß die Auflage 6 halten können. An den Stirnwänden 25 können auch Rasterhebungen 26 vorgesehen sein, die mit nach innen gewölbten oder gebogenen Wandabschnitten 24 verrasten können.
Die Biegezone oder das Scharnier 4 kann durch Querschnitts¬ verminderung, beispielsweise durch in Richtung der Biege¬ linien 28 verlaufende Vertiefungen 27, die auch eine Wellenform bilden können, gebildet sein, wie Fig. 1 zeigt. Entlang der Biegelinien 28 kann auch eine Perforation, beispielsweise in Form von entlang dieser Biegelinien 28 angebrachten Löchern 29, Längsschlitzen 30 oder dgl. vorgesehen sein, wie anhand der Fig. 6 und 7 veranschaulicht ist.
Um das Herabfallen von beispielsweise leicht wegrollender Gegenstände oder das Abfließen von Flüssigkeit oder körniger Massen, wie Zucker oder dgl. zu verhindern, ist wenigstens die obere Platte 2 mit einer bevorzugt umlaufenden Erhöhung 31 versehen, wie in Fig. 2 gestrichelt und in den Fig. 3 und 5 in vollen Linien dargestellt ist. Vorteilhaft ist nur die von der Erhöhung 31 umgebene Fläche der Platte 2 ganz oder teilsweise mit dem Antirutschbelag 10 versehen oder in sonstiger Weise rutschfest ausgebildet. Bei der Verwendung für Klapptische ist jedoch entweder keine Erhöhung 31 vorgesehen oder diese besitzt nur eine geringe Höhe von beispielsweise etwa 1 mm bis 3 mm, da im angeklappten Zustand oft nicht genügend Freiraum zwischen der angeklappten Tischoberfläche und einer Wand oder Rückwand einer vorderen Sitzlehne oder dgl. vorhanden ist.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann die Halterung der Auflage auch dadurch erhalten werden, daß die Platten 2 und/oder 3 zumindest an den zwei sich gegen¬ überliegenden, die Stirnseiten 17 und 19 der Auflage 6 bildenden Seiten der Platten 2,3 je eine in Richtung oder etwa in Richtung der Plattenebene 32 verlaufende Randkante 33 oder entsprechende Abschnitte aufweisen, die in entsprechend geformte Stecknuten 34 oder Stecknutabschnitte der Tischplatte 7 (vgl. Fig. 4) eingesteckt werden können. Die Auflage 6 kann auch aus einem U-förmig hergestellten Formteil, wie einem Spritz- oder Spritzgußteil aus Kunststoff, bestehen, wobei die Erhöhung 31, die Haltemittel 24 und die Verschlußteile 20, 22 gleich mit angeformt werden können.
Die erfindungsgemäße Auflage 6 ist für Tischplatten 7 beliebiger Art verwendbar, auch wenn sie für Klapptische besonders vorteilhaft ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Auflage für eine Tischplatte, insbesondere für einen Klapptisch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (6) aus zwei an einer Stirnseite zusammenhängenden Platten (2, 3) besteht, die auf der Tischplatte (7) derart anbringbar, bei¬ spielsweise aufschiebbar oder aufsetzbar sind, daß die eine Platte (2) die obere Tischseite (8) und die andere Platte (3) die untere Tischseite (13) ganz oder mindestens zu etwa 60 % bis 70 % bedeckt, daß die Außenfläche (9) der für die obere Tischseite (8) vorgesehenen Platte (2) rutschfest ausgebildet ist oder mit einem Antirutschbelag (10) versehen ist oder zumindest diese Platte (2) aus einem das Rutschen von aufgestellten Gegenständen hemmenden Material besteht, und daß die für die untere Tischseite (13) vorgesehene Platte (3) als Werbefläche ausgebildet ist oder eine solche aufweist, insbesondere auf der von der Tischplatte (7) abgewandten Außenseite (15), bei einer transparenten Platte (3) auf dieser Außenseite (15) oder auf der der Tischplatte (7) zugewandten Innenseite (16), eine von außen sichtbare und/oder tastbare Information (14), wie Bild- und/oder Textdarstellungen, aufweist.
2. Auflage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der offenen Stirnseiten (17, 18, 19) der Auflage (6) im an der Tischplatte (7) angebrachten Zustand einen Verschluß (20, 22) aufweist, mit dem die beiden Platten (2, 3) miteinander fest verbindbar, insbesondere verrastbar oder verriegelbar sind.
3. Auflage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die Platten (2, 3) am Rand (23) zur Tisch¬ platte (7) hin abstehende Haltemittel (24) aufweisen, die beim Anbringen an der Tischplatte (7) mit der oder mit den Stirnwänden (25) der Tischplatte (7) durch Reibungsschluß die Auflage (6) festhalten und/oder mit an der Tischplatte
(7) vorhandenen Rastmitteln (26) verrasten können.
4. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (2, 3) auf der zusammen¬ hängenden Stirnseite durch ein Scharnier (4) oder eine als Scharnier (4) wirkende Gestaltung dieser Stirnseite, insbe¬ sondere durch Schwächung und/oder durch Wellenbildung des Materials an Biegelinien (28), miteinander verbunden sind.
5. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die für die obere Tischseite
(8) vorgesehene Platte (2) eine von dieser Tischseite (8) abstehende, umlaufende Erhöhung (31) aufweist.
6. Auflage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur die von der Erhöhung (31) umgebene Fläche der Platte (2) ganz oder zum Teil rutschfest ausgebildet oder mit dem Anti¬ rutschbelag (10) versehen ist.
7. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antirutschbelag (10) transparent ausgebildet und unter diesem eine durch den Antirutschbelag (10) hindurch sichtbare Information (11) vorgesehen ist.
8. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antirutschbelag (10) und mindestens die für die obere Tischplatte (8) vorgesehene Platte (2) transparent ausgebildet sind und unter dem Antirutschbelag (10) und/oder auf der Unterseite (12) der Platte (2) eine durch den Antirutschbelag (10) bzw. auch durch die Platte (2) hindurch sichtbare Information (11) vorgesehen ist bzw. sind.
9. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einer zu einem "U" gebogenen oder zu einem "U" biegbaren oder faltbaren Tiefziehfolie oder Tiefziehplatte aus Metall, Papier oder Kunststoff besteht.
10. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Spritz- oder Spritzgußteil aus Kunststoff besteht.
11. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (2, 3) eine in oder etwa in der Plattenebene (32) verlaufende Randkante (33) oder Randkanten- Abschnitte aufweist bzw. aufweisen, die in eine umlaufende Stecknut (34) oder in Stecknut-Abschnitte einer Tischplatte (7) einschiebbar ist bzw. sind.
