Claims (1)
- Einbauvorrichtung für Schließzylinder von Schlössern, wobei die Form des Schließzylinders (1) im Querschnitt durch die Verbindung eines kreisförmigen, den drehbaren Zylinder aufnehmenden Teils (1a) mit einem schmaleren radialen Ansatz (1b) gebildet ist, der die Gegenzuhaltungsstifte aufnimmt und der eine querverlaufende Gewindebohrung (1c) aufweist, wobei die Einbauvorrichtung eine einstückige Halterung (2) aus Flachmaterial umfaßt, die einen Körper mit U-förmigem Querschnitt oder eine Wanne (3) und eine querverlaufende Flanschplatte (4) an dieser Wanne (3) bildet, wobei die Wanne (3) vertikale und parallele Wände aufweist, in denen Bohrungen (6, 6a) ausgebildet sind, die mit der querverlaufenden Gewindebohrung (1c) ausrichtbar sind um eine Befestigungsschraube (17) aufzunehmen, wobei die Flanschplatte (4) durch jeweilige querverlaufende und koplanare Flügel gebildet ist, die an der Vorderseite mit dem vorderen Ende der Wanne (3) ausgerichtet sind und die an diesem Ende in entgegengesetzten Richtungen von den vertikalen Wänden der Wanne (3) vorspringen, wobei die Flügel der Flanschplatte (4) Öffnungen (5) für jeweilige Befestigungsmittel aufweisen; und wobei die Wanne im Inneren einen Sitz mit derartigen Abmessungen bildet, daß seine Tiefe und Breite mit Übermaß an das Querprofil des radialen Ansatzes (1b) des Schließzylinders (1) angepaßt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Wanne (3) dem Abstand zwischen der Vorderfläche der Tür (13) bzw. der Rückseite eines daran zu befestigenden Türschildes (7), durch das sich das vordere Ende des Schließzylinders (1) hindurch erstreckt, und einer Stelle etwas vor dem hinteren Ende des Schließzylinders (1) entspricht,
daß die Öffnungen (5) für die jeweiligen Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung der Halterung (2) an der Vorderfläche der Tür (13) bzw, der Rückseite des Türschildes (7) vorgesehen sind,
daß die Bohrungen (6, 6a) in den vertikalen Wänden der Wanne (3) durch eine Anzahl von in Längsrichtung der Wanne ausgerichteten Bohrungen (6, 6a) gebildet sind, wobei zumindest einige der Bohrungen (6a) einer vertikalen Wand der Wanne (3) in Längsrichtung der Halterung (2) in abwechselnder Weise bezüglich der Bohrungen (6a) in der anderen vertikalen Wand der Wanne (3) angeordnet sind,
daß zumindest eine der Bohrungen (6, 6a) mit der Gewindebohrung (1c) beim Anliegen der Flügel (4) an der Vorderfläche der Tür bzw. an der Rückseite des Türschildes (7) derart ausgerichtet ist, daß das sich durch das Türschild (7) erstreckende vordere Ende des Schließzylinders (1) glatt mit dem Türschild abschließt, und daß die Befestigungsschraube (17) durch diese ausgerichteten Bohrungen (1c, 6, 6a) hindurch eingeschraubt ist.
