Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum kleberfreien Anlegen von Warenbahnen (1) in einer Wickelmaschine, vorzugsweise einer Mehrfachwickelmaschine, mit in die jeweilige Wickelstellung verschwenkbarer Wickelwelle (10) zur Aufnahme von Wickelhülsen (15), einer damit zusammenwirkenden Kontaktwalze (3) und einem Quertrennsystem (7) zum Quertrennen der Warenbahn (1) sowie einem Anlegesystem (16) mit einem an jeder Seite der Wickelmaschine angeordneten, den Warenbahnanfang an die Wickelhülsen (5) andrückenden Anlegeelement (13), das eine um die die Längsachse (15) Wickelwelle (10) verschwenkbare, sich über die Arbeitsbreite der Maschine erstreckende Verbindungsstange (16) und daran befestigte Andrückelemente (17) aufweist sowie ferner einem jeweils an den Enden der Verbindungsstange (16) angeordneten, auf das jeweils zugehörige Anlegeelement (13) einwirkenden Verschwenkmechanismus (14), der jeweils eine an einem verschwenkbaren Tragarm (12) des Anlegesystem (6) sitzende, aufgeschlitzte erste Ringscheibe (21) und eine mit der Verbindungsstange (16) verbundene und gegenüber der ersten Ringscheibe (21) relativ verschwenkbare, aufgeschlitzte zweite Ringscheibe (19) aufweist, deren gemeinsamer gedachter Mittelpunkt in der Anlegestellung des Anlegesystems (6) mit der Längsachse der Wickelwelle (10) zusammenfällt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlegeelemente (13) an dem unabhängig vom Quertrennsystem (7) verschwenkbar gelagerten Tragarm (12) gehalten sind sowie bei unterbrochener Warenbahnzufuhr der Abstand zwischen der anfänglichen Kontaktstelle der Andrückelemente (18) an den Wickelhülsen (15) und der Schnittstelle eines Schneidmessers (9) des Quertrennsystems (7) derart gewählt ist, daß die nach dem Quertrennen der Kunststoffolienbahn (1) verbleibende Materialstrecke zwischen der anfänglichen Anlegestellung der Andrückelemente (18) und dem Schneidmesser (9) des Quertrennsystems (7) im wesentlichen dem restlichen Umfang der Wickelhülse (5) zwischen der anfänglichen Berührungsstelle der Andrückelemente (18) an der Wickelhülse (5) und der Kontaktstelle zwischen der Kontaktwalze (3) und der Wickelhülse (5) entspricht und daß ferner die Andrückelemente (18) von an den freien Enden einzeln an der konzentrisch um die Längsachse der Wickelwelle (10) bis unmittelbar zur Kontaktstelle zwischen der Kontaktwalze (3) und der Wickelhülse (5) verschwenkbaren Verbindungsstange (16) befestigter Federzungen (17) drehbar gelagerten und die Kunststoffolienbahn (1) unter leichter Vorspannung an die Wickelhülsen (5) andrückenden Andrückrollen (18) gebildet sind und schließlich die Verbindungsstange (16) zum feinfühligen Einstellen der Anpreßkraft der Andrückelemente (17, 18) und zum Anpassen an unterschiedliche Hülsendurchmesser um ihre Eigenachse verschwenkbar und in einer entsprechenden Stellung feststellbar ist sowie zum Antrieb der verdrehbaren Ringscheibe (19) des Verschwenkmechanismus (14) wenigstens zwei in eine Verzahnung am Umfang der verdrehbaren Ringscheibe (19) bzw. einer damit fest verbundenen Zwischenscheibe (23) eingreifende, mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete Zahnräder (25, 26) vorgesehen sind, von denen während der Verschwenkbewegung zumindest eines immer im Eingriff mit der Verzahnung der drehbaren Ringscheibe (19) bzw. der Zwischenscheibe (23) steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum synchronen Antrieb der beiden über jeweils einen Hebel (22) mit den Enden der Verbindungsstange (16) verbundenen verdrehbaren Ringscheiben (19) Zahnräder (31), Zahnriemen oder dergleichen und eine Verbindungswelle vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerachse des Tragarms (12), der die nicht verschwenkbare Ringscheibe (21) aufnimmt, mit der gemeinsamen Schwenkachse (11) zweier zangenartig verschwenkbarer Traghebel (8) des Quertrennsystems (7) zusammenfällt.
