Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Schneiden einer Papierbahn (4) und zum Anbringen eines über die Schnittkante (22a) der Papierbahn (4) vorstehenden Klebebandes (36),a) mit einem Gestell (1) mit einer horizontalen Führungsschiene (6),b) mit einer Aufnahme (1a) für eine Papierrolle (2),c) mit einer auf der Führungsschiene (6) in einer Arbeitsrichtung (8) verfahrbaren Schneid- und Auftrags-Einrichtung (7), dieaa) eine Schneideinrichtung (24, 27) zum Erzeugen einer geraden Schnittkante (22a) am Ende (22) der Papierbahn (4) mit einem Schneidmesser (24) und einer mit diesem zusammenwirkenden Stützrolle (27),bb) einen Klebeband-Träger (12) mit einer Abwickeleinrichtung (29) für eine Klebeband-Rolle (30) undcc) eine bezogen auf die Arbeitsrichtung (8) der Schneideinrichtung (24, 27) nachgeordnete Andrück-Einrichtung (41) zum Andrücken des über die Schnittkante (22a) vorstehenden Klebebandes (36) an die Unterseite des Endes (22) der Papierbahn (4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei am Gestell (1) eine Andrückschiene (21) für das Ende (22) der Papierbahn (4) und das Klebeband (36) vorgesehen ist, mit der die Andrück-Einrichtung (41) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Klebeband-Träger (12) an einem auf der Führungsschiene (6) verfahrbaren Führungsschlitten (9) in eine Andrückposition der Andrück-Einrichtung (41) und aus dieser heraus schwenkbar angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Andrück-Einrichtung durch eine Andrückrolle (41) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Andrückrolle (41) antreibbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Antrieb der Andrückrolle (41) von einer Verfahrbewegung der Schneid- und Auftrags-Einrichtung (7) abgeleitet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei eine Aufwikkeleinrichtung (32) für ein Abdeckband (35) des Klebebandes (36) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Abwickeleinrichtung (29) mit der Aufwickeleinrichtung (32) drehantriebsgekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Abwickeleinrichtung (29) mit der Aufwickeleinrichtung (32) mittels eines Riementriebs (34) mit Schlupf drehantriebsgekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 9, wobei die Stützrolle (27) mit der Andrückschiene (21) in Andrückverbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Schneideinrichtung (24, 27) am Führungsschlitten (9) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Schneidmesser (24) in eine Umfangsnut (26) der Stützrolle (27) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Klebeband-Träger (12) mittels einer Schwenkeinrichtung (15) gegenüber dem Führungsschlitten (9) verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Andrückschiene (21) mit einer klebstoffabweisenden Beschichtung (21a) versehen ist.
