Description
Claims (10)
- Pulverkraftbetriebenes Bolzensetzgerät mit einem in einer Laufführungshülse (1) geführten, mit einem Verschlußstück (18) in Wirkeingriff bringbaren Lauf (11, 12), dessen Laufführungsbohrung (26) einen Kolben (21), der einen Kolbenschaft (23) und Kolbenkopf (22) aufweist, aufnimmt und der an der mündungsabgewandten Seite ein Kartuschenlager (16) besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückseite des Kolbenkopfes (22) durch den Kolben (21) hindurch mit seiner Vorderseite derart verbunden ist, daß ein Teil der Verbrennungsgase zur Vorderseite des Kolbenkopfes (22) geführt wird, und daß der Lauf (11, 12) an seiner dem Kartuschenlager (16) zugewandten Seite Entlüftungsschlitze (31) aufweist, die beim Bolzensetzen vom Kolbenkopf (22) freigegeben werden bevor der Kolben (21) seine mündungsseitige Endstellung erreicht, in der zwischen dem Kolbenkopf (22) und dem Lauf (11, 12) ein den Kolben (21) anschliessend in seine Ausgangsstellung zurückdrückendes Gaspolster komprimiert ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückseite des Kolbenkopfes (22) mit seiner Vorderseite über eine Bohrung (35) mit ventilierten Austrittsöffnungen verbunden ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnungen durch eine von einer Nut mit Spiel aufgenommenen Ringfeder (37) abgedeckt sind.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lauf (11, 12) eine konische Aufnahme (28) für einen konischen Abschnitt (27) am Ende des Kolbenschaftes (23) aufweist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lauf aus einem Laufvorderteil (11) und einem Laufhinterteil (12) besteht, die ineinander gesteckt axial zueinander beweglich sind.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Laufvorderteil (11) und Laufhinterteil (12) jeweils einen Abschnitt (24, 25) des Kolbenkopfes (22) führen, wobei die Entlüftungsschlitze (31) im Laufvorderteil (11) benachbart zum Laufhinterteil (12) angeordnet sind.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hintere Abschnitt (24) des Kolbenkopfes (22) einen geringeren Durchmesser als sein vorderer Abschnitt (25) hat.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mündungsseitige, vom Kolbenschaft (23) durchfahrbare Bolzenführung (3) in der Laufführungshülse (1) geführt und gegenüber dieser durch eine Federvorspannung (9) vorgespannt ist, wobei die Bolzenführung (3) und der Lauf (11, 12) miteinander derart gekoppelt sind, daß sie um eine vorbestimmte Strecke axial gegeneinander beweglich sind und die Bolzenführung (3) durch Freigeben der Federvorspannung (9) den Lauf (11, 12) in seine Ausgangsstellung außer Wirkeingriff mit dem Verschlußstück (18) zieht.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bolzenführung (3) mit dem Lauf (11, 12) über wenigstens eine Zugstange (19) gekoppelt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lauf (11, 12) an seiner mündungsseitigen Stirnseite eine Dämpfungsscheibe (30) trägt.
