Claims (23)
- Saugfördervorrichtung (10), insbesondere Saugbagger, mit einem Saugrohr (11), das in einen Sammelbehälter (13) mündet, in dem Grobanteile des Sauggutes mittels einer Siebvorrichtung aus der Förderluft abscheidbar sind und sich in einer Sammelkammer (15) ansammeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebvorrichtung von einem Prallsieb (20) gebildet ist, das eine Vielzahl von Roststäben (21; 22) aufweist, die relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, und daß das Sauggut mit der Förderluft mit hoher Geschwindigkeit auf das Prallsieb (20) aufbringbar ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einige der Roststäbe (21;22) während des Saugvorganges im wesentlichen senkrecht zu ihrer Längserstreckung bewegbar sind.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Roststäbe (21; 22) in Strömungsrichtung L der Förderluft hin- und herbewegbar sind.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Roststäbe (21; 22) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Roststäbe (22) in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckung bewegbar sind.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einer der Roststäbe (22) von einem Abschnitt eines umlaufenden Endloselementes gebildet ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endloselement eine umlaufende Gliederkette (23) ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endloselement in einer sich in Strömungsrichtung L der Förderluft erstreckenden Ebene umläuft.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Endloselement (23) eine Abstreifvorrichtung (25) zugeordnet ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifvorrichtung ein Kamm (25) ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifvorrichtung (25) stromab des Endloselements (23) angeordnet ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Prallsieb (20) sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung L der Förderluft erstreckt.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Prallsieb (20) austauschbar in dem Sammelbehälter (13) gelagert ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen dem im Sammelbehälter (13) mündenden Ende (11a) des Saugrohres (11) und dem Prallsieb (20) veränderbar ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugrohr (11) axial verstellbar gelagert ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugrohr (11) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Prallsieb (20) über die gesamte Breite des Sammelbehälters (13) erstreckt.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigung des Prallsiebes (20) relativ zur Strömungsrichtung der Förderluft veränderbar ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Saugrohr (11) zugewandte Oberfläche des Prallsiebes (20) gegen den Boden der Sammelkammer (15) gerichtet ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Prallsieb (20) in Richtung des Saugrohres (11) konvex geformt ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Prallsieb (20) in Richtung des Saugrohres (11) konkav geformt ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Prallsieb (20) eine zweite Sammelkammer (16) für Feinanteile nachgeschaltet ist.
- Saugfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Sammelkammer (16) größer als die Sammelkammer (15) für Grobanteile ist.
