Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen der für einen orthopädischen Schuh-Schaft erforderlichen Einzelteil-Zuschnitte (88, 90, 92, 94), wobeidadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine Leistenkopie (10, 22) von einem Leisten hergestellt wird,auf der Leistenkopie (10, 22) die für das jeweilige Schaftmodell typischen Zuschnitt-Kennlinien (44, 48, 52, 70, 76, 82) eingezeichnet werden, und zwar auf Grundlage in der Leistenkopie eingetragener Markierungspunkte wie Sichtpunkt (12, 28), Ballenpunkt (14, 30), Schaftabschlußpunkt (16), Abbruchpunkt (18) und Fersenmitte (20), sowie zusätzlicher Bezugspunkte (24, 26, 36, 40, 58, 62, 74)die sich aus den Zuschnitt-Kennlinien (44, 48, 52, 70, 76, 82) ergebenden Zuschnitte (88, 90, 92, 94) ausgeschnitten werden, unter Berücksichtigung von durch das Nähen- und/oder durch orthopädische Besonderheiten bedingter Zugaben (42, 108, 110, 118),die schaftabhängigen Zuschnitt-Kennlinien (44, 48, 52, 70, 76, 82) durch zwischen verschiedenen Markierungs- und/oder Bezugspunkten (18, 20, 26, 40, 58, 60, 62, 74) verlaufende mathematische Funktionen erstellt und in einer EDV abgespeichert werden,die Umrißlinie (10) und die Markierungspunkte (12, 14, 16, 18, 20) datenmäßig bzw. punktweise in die EDV eingegeben bzw. eingelesen werden,die dann in der EDV digitalisiert vorhandene Umrißlinie (10) zusammen mit ihren Markierungspunkten (12, 14, 16, 18, 20) mit direkt den Leisten abgenommenen Längenmaßen (E1, E2) verglichen und gegebenenfalls diesen Längenmaßen angepaßt wird, indemder Abstand (E1) zwischen Fersenmitte (20) und der vorderen unteren Kante (24,26) des Leistens identisch auf der Leistenkopie (10, 22) übernommen wird und dabei gegebenenfalls die Strecke Ballenpunkt (14, 30)-Sichtpunkt (12, 28) über den Sichtpunkt (12, 28) hinaus verlängert wird,der Abstand (E2) zwischen Fersenmitte (20) und Sichtpunkt (12, 28) gegebenenfalls in vergleichbarer Weise korrigiert wird,der Abstand (32) zwischen Sichtpunkt (12, 28) und Ballenpunkt (14, 30) beibehalten wird,der größte Abstand zwischen Ballenpunkt (30) und dem unteren Bereich (34) der Leistenkopie im Bereich des Ballens übernommen wird,in die erhaltene neue Leistenkopie (22) die für die Lage der Zuschnitt-Kennlinien noch erforderlichen Bezugspunkte (26, 36, 40, 58, 74) datenmäßig eingegeben werden,die Zuschnitt-Kennlinien (70, 76, 80, 84) aufgrund der rechnermäßig vorhandenen modell- und größenabhängigen mathematischen Funktionen durch die EDV automatisch ermittelt werden,die einzelnen Zuschnitte (88, 90, 92, 94) datenmäßig ausgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Zuschnitte (88, 90, 92, 94) graphisch auf einem Bildschirm und/oder zeichnerisch dargestellt, bzw. ausgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Zuschnitte (88, 90, 92, 94) von einem Schneideplotter aus einem Flachmaterial ausgeschnitten werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Flachmaterial Papiermaterial ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Maß der halben Einschlupfbreite (Derbybreite) auf der Leistenkopie (22) übernommen wird und dieses Maß streckenmäßig abgetragen wird auf der der breitesten Stelle des Leistens entsprechenden Strecke (33), vom Ballenpunkt (30) beginnend. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie die Fußgröße und/oder Fußform charakterisierenden Kennwerte bei der Ermittlung der Zuschnitt-Kennlinien (44, 48, 52, 70, 76, 82) berücksichtigt werden, wie Schuhgröße, Hohl-, Normal- oder Senkfuß, Absatzhöhe, größte Keilzugabe, größte Korkzwischensohle. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie neue Leistenkopie (22) durch Angabe von personenbezogenen Daten individualisiert in der EDV abrufbar abgespeichert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßausgehend von den einzelnen Zuschnitten (88, 90, 92, 94) von der EDV die Futter-Einzelteile (96) rechnerisch ermittelt, gegebenenfalls graphisch auf dem Bildschirm dargestellt und von dem Schneideplotter aus einem Flachmaterial wie beispielsweise Papiermaterial ausgeschnitten werden.
