Claims (16)
- Kunststoffverschluß für Flaschen, der aus einer eine kreisförmige ebene Abdeckplatte (2) aufweisenden Verschlußkappe (3) besteht, bei der an der Unterseite (4) der Abdeckplatte ein in Schließstellung den Flaschenhals umfassender Außenring (5;5') und ein zumindest bereichsweise am Innenumfang der Flaschenöffnung als Dichtung anliegender Innendichtring (6) vorgesehen sind und bei der die beiden im wesentlichen konzentrisch zur Mittellängsachse (7) der Verschlußkappe (3) angeordneten Ringe (5,6) einstückig an der Abdeckplatte (2) angeformt sind und der Innendichtring (6) auf seiner der Dichtfläche (9;9') gegenüberliegenden Innenseite (10,10') mehrere im wesentlichen parallel zur Mittellängsachse (7) ausgerichtete Aussteifungsrippen (11) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Aussteifungsrippen (11) Profilschenkel (19) eines Sternfaltungsprofils (12;12';12'';12''',12'''') bilden, die von einem jeweiligen Knotenbereich (18) an der Innenseite (10,10') des Innendichtrings (6; 6') im wesentlichen V-förmig abragen.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Profilschenkel (19) an ihrem zur Mittellängsachse (7) hin gerichteten freien Ende einen gemeinsamen Verbindungsbereich (16) aufweisen.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sternfaltungsprofil (12') bogenförmig ineinander übergehende Profilschenkel (19') aufweist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilschenkel (19') an ihren zur Mittelachse (7) hin gerichteten Enden über einen gemeinsamen Stützring (20;20') verbunden sind.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite (10, 10') des Innendichtrings (6,6') und die Profilschenkel (19;19') unterseitig offene Kammern (17;17') begrenzen.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendichtring (6;6') im axialen Querschnitt eine konvexe Dichtfläche und eine als zylindrische Mantelfläche (24) ausgebildete Innenseite (10) darbietet, die einen zur Mittelachse (7) hin geneigten Übergangsbereich (25;25') zur Unterseite (4) der Abdeckplatte (2) aufweist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konvexe Dichtfläche (9) im Querschnitt einen konstanten Radius (R) aufweist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtfläche (9) einen Scheitelpunkt (S) aufweist, der oberhalb einer Halteebene (27) angeordnet ist, die von einem am Außenring (5) befindlichen und in Schließstellung einen Wulstrand der Flasche umgreifenden Wulstteil (26) definiert ist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendichtring (6;6') im axialen Querschnitt eine im wesentlichen trapezförmige Kontur und einen zur Abdeckplatte (2) hin geneigten Übergangsbereich (25') mit parallelen Ringflächen (28,29) aufweist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sternfaltungsprofil (12) in den jeweils an der Innenseite befindlichen Knotenbereichen (18) mit einer Wandstärke (H) versehen ist, die zumindest bereichsweise geringer ist als die Wandstärke (H') zwischen Dichtfläche (9;9') und Innenseite (10;10') des Innendichtrings (6).
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenring (5') mit einem Gewinde (30) versehen ist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkappe (101,101') in der Abdeckplatte (2) im Bereich des Sternfaltungsprofils mit zumindest einem eine Sollbruchzone (140) bildenden Bereich (142) verringerter Wanddicke (M) versehen ist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sollbruchzone (140) von einer äußeren und/oder inneren Ausnehmung (141,141') gebildet ist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (141) als Ringnut ausgebildet ist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendichtring (6) zumindest bereichsweise eine gegenüber dem Außenring verringerte axiale Länge (113) aufweist.
- Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenring (5) mit einem sich beim Abnehmen des Kunststoffverschlusses (1;101) als Öffnungsnachweis bleibend verformenden Randformring (146) versehen ist.
