Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung (100) zum Auftragen eines fluiden Behandlungs- oder Bemusterungsmittels auf eine kontinuierlich vorlaufende Warenbahn (1),mit einer über die Breite der Warenbahn (1) reichenden, in einer im wesentlichen längs der Warenbahn (1) senkrecht zu dieser angeordneten Ebene gegen die Warenbahn (1) hin geneigten Ebenen oder in der Ebene allenfalls schwach gekrümmten Ablaufplatte (22,22',22"),mit einer Einrichtung (17,18;25,26;36,37) zur Aufbringung des fluiden Behandlungs- oder Bemusterungsmittels auf die Oberseite der Ablaufplatte (22,22',22") längs eines oberen Bereiches derselben,wobei das Behandlungs- oder Bemusterungsmittel sich in einer Schicht entsprechend der Fallinie über die Oberseite (16) der Ablaufplatte (22,22',22") hinabbewegt und von dem unteren Rand der Ablaufplatte (22,22',22") auf die Warenbahn (1) gelangt,daß eine Einrichtung (21,23;29;39) zur Temperierung der Ablaufplatte (22,22',22") vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (21,23;29;39) steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung ein mit der Unterseite der Ablaufplatte (22') wärmeleitend verbundenes Flächenheizelement (29) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablaufplatte (22) doppelwandig ausgeführt und der Zwischenraum (24) zwischen den Wandungen (21,23) von einem Wärmeträgermedium durchströmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchströmung, quer zur Warenbahn (1) gesehen, in mindestens zwei einander parallelen Strömungswegen (53,54) im Gegenstrom erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablaufplatte (22) von zwei einander parallel gegenüberliegenden formsteifen Wandungen (21,23) gebildet ist, die durch über die Fläche verteilte Abstandselemente auf Abstand gehalten und miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstandselemente einzelne Zapfen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine (21) der Wandungen (21,23) aus Blech besteht und die Zapfen als daran angeschweißte Gewindeanschweißbolzen (45) ausgebildet sind, die die andere Wandung (23) durchgreifen und außenseitig desselben Muttern (46) tragen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungswege (53,54,55) durch mindestens eine endlos um die Zapfen (45) geschlungene, zwischen den Wandungen (21,23) dichtend zusammengedrückten endlosen elastischen Schnur (51) gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnur (51) an den Rändern der Schenkel (53,54) und des Stegs (55) eines mit den Schenkeln (53,54) quer zur Warenbahn (1) sich erstreckenden, hohen und schmalen "U" entlangführen, daß die Strömungswege im Breitenbereich der Schenkel (53,54) und des Steges (55) gebildet und durch die an den jeweils beiden Rändern entlangführende Schnur (51) nach außen abgedichtet sind und daß Zu- und Abfluß (56,57) an den freien Enden der Schenkel (53,54) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zapfen (45) im wesentlichen in drei einander parallelen, sich quer zur Warenbahn (1) erstrekkenden Reihen (47,48,49) angeordnet sind, daß an den freien Enden der Schenkel (53,54) des "U" zwei Zapfen (45') einander in einem etwa dem Zapfendurchmesser plus dem doppelten Schnurdurchmesser entsprechenden Abstand parallel zu den Wandungen (21,23) und senkrecht zu den Schenkeln (53,54) des "U" gegenüberliegen und daß die Schnur (51) außen um die äußeren Reihen (47,49) der Zapfen (45) herum, zwischen den zwei Zapfen (45',45') an den Enden der Schenkel (53,54) hindurch und zu beiden Seiten der Zapfen (45) der mittleren Reihe (48) verläuft.
