Claims (11)
- Flurförderzeug, insbesondere Gabelstapler, das einen Hubschlitten (16) mit einem Grundrahmen (17) mit je einem oberen und einem unteren Greifrand (21, 22) sowie eine Seitenschiebereinrichtung mit einem Seitenschieberrahmen (1) für das Befestigen von Gabelzinken aufweist, wobei auf den oberen Greifrand (21), gegen Querverschiebung gesichert, ein erstes Hakenprofil (14, 50) aufgesetzt ist, an dem ein Hydraulikantrieb (11) befestigt und auf dem ein Seitenschieber-Rahmen (1) mittels seines oberen Horizontalprofils (2) entgegen der Fahrtrichtung schwenkbar und durch den Hydraulikantrieb (11) quer zur Fahrtrichtung verschiebbar ist, und wobei ein unteres Horizontalprofil (3) des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) quer zur Fahrtrichtung verschiebbar mit dem unteren Greifrand (22) des Grundrahmens (17) verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,a) daß das untere Horizontalprofil (3) des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) ein fest angesetztes, nach oben gerichtetes Querschnittsende (30) besitzt, das unter den unteren Greifrand (22) des Grundrahmens (17) einschwenkbar ist,b) und daß zur formschlüssigen Verbindung von Grundrahmen (17) und Seitenschieber-Rahmen (1) gegen eine Schwenkbewegung des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) um sein oberes Horizontalprofil (3) in Fahrtrichtung zwischen den unteren Greifrand (22) des Grundrahmens (17) und das untere Horizontalprofil (2) des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) U-förmige Gleitkörper (9, 33) von den seitlichen Enden des unteren Horizontalprofils (3) her einschiebbar und gegenüber diesem festlegbar sind.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Seitenschieber-Rahmen (1) zwischen seinen Horizontalprofilen (2, 3) zwei Vertikalprofile (4, 5) besitzt, und daß der Hydraulikantrieb (11) zwei entgegengesetzt antriebbare Plunger (13) besitzt, deren äußere Enden an den Innenflächen der Vertikalprofile (4, 5) anliegen.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Horizontalprofile (2,3) des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) einen im wesentlichen S-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen und zumindest teilweise spiegelsymmetrisch zu einer horizontalen Mittenebene (E-E) des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) angeordnet sind, derart, daß die einen Querschnittsenden (28, 30) aufeinander zu gerichtet sind und die Greifränder (21, 22) des Grundrahmens (17) horizontal verschiebbar umgreifen und die jeweils anderen Querschnittsenden (29, 31) voneinander weg gerichtet sind und Greifränder (6, 8) für Gabelzinken bilden.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberkante (32) des nach oben weisenden Querschnittsendes (30) des unteren Horizontalprofils (3) unterhalb einer durch die Unterkante (31a) des nach unten weisenden Querschnittsendes (31) des gleichen Horizontalprofils (3) liegenden waagrechten Ebene (E3) angeordnet ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnitte der Horizontalprofile (2, 3) von je einem Rechteck (R1, R2) umschrieben sind, deren Höhe (H1, H2) geringer ist als ihre Breite (B1, B2).
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hakenprofil (50) aus gebogenem Stahlblech besteht und daß der Hydraulikantrieb (11) einen von beiden Enden her bis zu einer Trennwand (43) gebohrten Zylinderkörper (51) besitzt, der mit dem Hakenprofil (50) biegesteif verbunden ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hakenprofil (14) und der Zylinderkörper (12) des Hydraulikantriebs (11) einstückig als Gußkörper ausgebildet ist, dessen bis zur Trennwand (43) reichende Hohlräume (44, 45) bis auf je einen spanabhebend erzeugten Führungsabschnitt (46) und einen Dichtungssitz (47) durch einen Gießvorgang gebildet sind.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertikalprofile (4, 5) des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) je einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, dessen Hohlraum (23) dem Grundrahmen (17) des Hubschlittens (16) zugekehrt ist, und daß im unteren Ende dieses Hohlraums (23) eine Druckrolle (27) angeordnet ist, die auf dem unteren Teil des Grundrahmens (17) in horizontaler Richtung abrollbar ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hakenprofil (50) entlang seiner konvex gekrümmten Oberseite (57) mit Ausnehmungen (58) versehen ist, in die Fortsätze (59) von schalenförmigen Gleitkörpern (15) eingesetzt sind, auf denen das obere Horizontalprofil (2) des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) verschiebbar ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hakenprofil (14) entlang seiner konvex gekrümmten Oberseite (41) mit Rippen (42) versehen ist, zwischen die schalenförmige Gleitkörper (15) eingesetzt sind, auf denen das obere Horizontal-Profil (2) des Seitenschieber-Rahmens (1) verschiebbar ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich im unteren Horizontalprofil (3) unterhalb der U-förmigen Gleitkörper (9, 33) Einstellschrauben (10) für die Einstellung des Spiels zwischen den Gleitkörpern (9, 33) und dem unteren Greifrand (22) des Grundrahmens (17) des Hubschlittens (16) befinden.
