Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Halten von Substraten auf einem Transportband (1) einer Druckmaschine, bei der die Substrate aufeinanderfolgend an einem Druckzylinder (3) vorbeitransportiert werden,
bei der im Ausgangsspalt zwischen dem Druckzylinder (3) und dem Transportband (1) eine feststehende Abstreifeinrichtung (14,15,16) zum rennen eines Substrates von der Oberfläche des Druckzylinders (3) vorgesehen ist,
wobei sich die Abstreifeinrichtung (14, 15, 16) über die axiale Breite des Druckzylinders (3) erstreckt und an die Oberfläche des Druckzylinders (3) angrenzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche (14a, 15a, 16a) der Abstreifeinrichtung (14, 15, 16, 19), die dem Transportband (1) gegenüberliegt und über die eine gerade abgestreifte Vorderkante eines Substrates (2) hinwegläuft, in der Transportrichtung der Substrate (2) über die Breite des Druckzylinders (3) konkav gewölbt bzw, konkav ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifeinrichtung mehrere einzelne Bogenabstreifer (15, 16) mit geraden Abstreifkanten (15 a, 16 a) aufweist, die zusammengesetzt die konkave Abstreifkante ergeben. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifeinrichtung (19) Führungsrollen (21) für Substrate (2) zugeordnet sind, wobei zum Zuführen eines Substrates (2) zu den Führungsrollen (21) an der Abstreifeinrichtung (19) eine Führungsfläche (20) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ecke (22) der Abstreifeinrichtung (19), die das Substrat (2) zuerst erfaßt, in eine auf der Oberfläche des Druckzylinders (3) eingebrachte Ausnehmung (23) hineinreicht.
