Claims (11)
- Karton-Verpackung mit einem die Seitenflächen bildenden Rumpfteil (1) aus gasdicht beschichtetem Karton und einem Bodenteil (2) sowie einem Deckelteil (2), die einen Hauptteil (6) und Laschenteile (7) an dessen Rand aufweisen und die in den Rumpfteil hineinreichen, wobei der Bodenteil (2) und der Deckelteil (2) ebenfalls aus gasdicht beschichtetem Karton bestehen, die Laschenteile (7) durch Zwickelteile (9) miteinander verbunden sind, die Zwickelteile aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Dreiecken bestehen, die an ihren Außenseiten jeweils mit einem Laschenteil (7) verbunden sind, und die Laschenteile (7) zwischen dem Hauptteil (6) des Boden/Deckelteils (2) und dem Rand des Rumpfteils (1) an dessen Innenseite mit dem Rumpfteil verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Karton nur innenseitig beschichtet ist, daß der Rumpfteil (1) an einer Seitenfläche (5) vollständig zweischichtig überlappend ausgebildet ist und daß die Zwickelteile (9) über die gesamte Länge der Seitenkanten der Laschenteile (7) mit denselben verbunden sind und im flachen Zustand des Zuschnittes die von Boden-/Deckelteil (2) weggerichtete Begrenzungslinie der Zwickelteile (9) stumpfwinklig auf den Boden-/Deckelteil (2) hin gerichtet ist.
- Karton-Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innenseitige Beschichtung heißsiegelbar ausgebildet ist.
- Karton-Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschenteile (7) Verlängerungen (10) aufweisen, die den Rand des Rumpfteils (1) umgreifen und an dessen Außenseite befestigt sind.
- Karton-Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer Aufreißlasche versehen ist.
- Karton-Verpackung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufreißlasche im Deckel (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Karton-Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie sich nach oben oder unten verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
- Karton-Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiter einen auf den Deckelteil (2) aufgestülpten entfernbaren und wieder anbringbaren Deckel (11) aufweist.
- Karton-Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung eine Stärke von ungefähr 14 µ bei einer Stärke des Kartons von ungefähr 300 g/m2 aufweist.
- Karton-Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung eine Stärke von ungefähr 12 µ bei einer Stärke des Kartons von ungefähr 250 g/m2 aufweist.
- Karton-Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kartonzuschnitte an den vorgesehenen Faltlinien mit Rillungen bzw. Einprägungen (8) versehen sind.
- Karton-Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung eine dünne mit Aluminiummetallisierung beschichtete Kunststoff-Folie aufweist.
