Claims (11)
- Krempel zur Herstellung eines aerodynamisch gebildeten Faserflors (4) mit einer Faserzuführeinrichtung (6), mit einer mit hoher Drehzahl rotierenden Haupttrommel (8) und mit einem an der Haupttrommel (8) angeordneten Schacht (10), der abgeschleuderte Fasern in einem Luftstrom (12) zu einer luftdurchlässigen Flortransporteinrichtung (14) führt und auf der Flortransporteinrichtung (14) in Form eines Faserflores (4) ablegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haupttrommel (8) die Fasern an einer ersten Stelle (22) des Schachtes (10) auf eine zweite mit hoher Drehzahl gegensinnig zu der Haupttrommel (8) rotierende Trommel (20) abschleudert und eine Wirrlage der Fasern auf dieser Trommel (20) erzeugt, und daß die zweite Trommel (20) an einer zweiten Stelle (24) des Schachtes (10) die Fasern in den Luftstrom (12) abschleudert. - Krempel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Trommel (20) zwischen 80 und 110 % der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Haupttrommel (8) beträgt.
- Krempel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserzuführeinrichtung (6) zugleich eine Faservoröffnungseinrichtung bildet.
- Krempel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Faserzuführeinrichtung (6) und Haupttrommel (8) ein Kardiertrakt(28) mit mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Kardierwalzen (30 bis 34) angeordnet ist.
- Krempel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Kardiertrakt (28) eine Trommel (44) mit mindestens einem Arbeiter-Wender-Walzenpaar (29) den Kardierwalzen (33,34,35) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Krempel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haupttrommel (8) Kardierelemente (42) aufweist.
- Krempel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schacht (10) an dem oberen Ende geöffnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aerodynamisch gebildeten Faserflores durch Zuführen von Fasern zu einer Öffnungseinrichtung (18), durch Zuführen der geöffneten Fasern zu einer mit hoher Drehzahl rotierenden Haupttrommel (8), durch Abschleudern von Fasern in einen Luftstrom (12), und durch Ablegen der Fasern zur Bildung eines Flores (4) auf einem luftdurchlässigen Flortransportmittel (14), gekennzeichnet durch das Abschleudern der Fasern von der Haupttrommel (8) auf eine zweite gegensinnig zu der Haupttrommel (8) mit hoher Drehzahl rotierende Trommel (20) quer zu dem zwischen den Trommeln (8,20) geführten Luftstrom (12) und durch anschließendes tangentiales Abschleudern der Fasern von der zweiten Trommel (20) in den Luftstrom (12).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern vor dem Zuführen zu der Haupttrommel (8) einen Kardiertrakt (28) durchlaufen, in dem sie mehrfach kardiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern unmittelbar vor dem Abschleudern von der Haupttrommel (8) kardiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Trommel (20) auf einen Wert zwischen ca. 80 und 110% Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Haupttrommel (8) eingestellt wird.
