Definitions

  • the invention relates to a card for producing a aerodynamically formed fiber pile according to the generic term of claim 1 and a method according to the preamble of claim 8.
  • the guide roller has a suction zone, through which the conveying air flow into two partial flows, on the one hand through the suction zone and on the other hand through the as Fiber litter area designated section of a screen belt is divided. Detachment of the fibers from the guide roller takes place only on the rear in the direction of rotation End of the suction zone so that the fleece is produced in two layers becomes.
  • the guide roller mainly serves as a deflection surface for part of the opening roller loosening fibers.
  • the invention is based on a prior art according to GB-A-22 68 196 the task is based on a clutter create one at high production speeds increased uniformity of the fiber pile, in particular with light floras.
  • the invention advantageously proposes another to provide a drum rotating in the opposite direction to the main drum, the fibers flung from the main drum first picks up and then hurled into a shaft.
  • This arrangement is particularly useful when using fiber mixtures with very different values in terms of Fineness, fiber density and fiber length are important.
  • the second drum leads to better uniformity and a better confusion of the discarded pile.
  • the main drum and the opposite of this rotating drum don't touch each other. Also the double-sided clothing circles are at a distance from each other.
  • the invention is also particularly suitable for production lighter fiber pile at very high production speed.
  • the peripheral speed is preferably the second Drum between approx. 80 and 110% of the peripheral speed the main drum. Because of the almost the same Circumferential speed of the second drum in comparison the peripheral speed of the main drum becomes reliable combing the fibers prevents. The fibers are thrown off the main drum and on the second drum placed in confusion. Without further combing these fibers in turn become centrifugal transported into the shaft, which is essentially from the co-rotating peripheral air flows through the two drums becomes.
  • the fiber feed device can also be a fiber pre-opening device form. This will pre-open the Fibers reached.
  • That between the fiber feeder and master cylinder Carding unit with several carding rollers in succession is arranged with worker rollers.
  • the carding tract causes a particularly good dissolution of the fibers.
  • the main drum is in the fiber-guiding peripheral part covered by trough covers or carding elements the fibers at a defined point the main drum left by centrifugal force.
  • the airflow that arises in the shaft essentially becomes of the air transported by the main drum and the second drum formed.
  • 1 has a machine frame, not shown on one carding tract 28, one Main drum 8, a second drum 20 and one between the main drum 8 and the second drum 20 beginning Shaft 10 accommodates.
  • the carding tract 28 has five consecutively arranged Carding rollers 31 to 35, which five worker rollers 36 are assigned to 40.
  • the spinning material or the original flora is by means of a feed roller with a feed trough existing fiber feeder 6 supplied.
  • At the end of the carding section 28 is that on the last carding roller 35 Flor located from the main drum 8 taken over.
  • rollers of the carding section 28, the lower worker rollers 39, 40 and the main drum 8 can with trough plates 11 be covered.
  • the main drum 8 is on the top with trough covers 9 covered.
  • the main drum 8 has a diameter of approx. 550 mm.
  • the preferred peripheral speed of the Main drum 8 is in the range between 2800 and 4300 m / min.
  • Tray lid 9 are due to the fibers centrifugal force the explosive high-resolution fibers detached from the main drum set 8 and hurled onto the second drum 20 where it is in an optimal confusion.
  • the second drum 20 rotates at approximately the same Peripheral speed as the main drum 8, whereby reliably prevents fibers from entering the second Drum 20 are combed.
  • the peripheral speed the drum 20 is approximately 80 to 110% of the peripheral speed the main drum 8.
  • the clothing circles of the Drums 8.20 do not touch.
  • the second drum 20 can have the same diameter as have the main drum 8, or as in the drawings is shown, a smaller diameter approximately in the Order of magnitude of the last carding roller 35 of the carding section 28 have, ie about 400 mm in diameter.
  • the second drum 20 has a lower trough segment 19 and an upper trough cover 18.
  • the one in the Shaft 10 forming air flow 12 can only from the co-conveyed by the drum circumference of the drums 8, 20 Put air together. Additional air 23 can be between the trough covers 9 and 18 are sucked in.
  • the Detachment of the fibers from the clothing of the drums 8, 20 is made possible by variably adjustable peripheral speeds and air velocities depending on the angle of the chest of the sets and the fiber specifications.
  • the air-permeable conveyor belt 17 is endless and is deflected over deflecting rollers 21, so that a section across the air flow 12 at the end of the shaft 10 runs.
  • the separation of the fibers on the conveyor belt 17 is supported with a suction air flow 16.
  • Above of the conveyor belt 17 is in the withdrawal direction of the fiber web 4 next to the shaft 10 a pressure roller 25 for Compression of the batt 4 is provided.
  • the suction air flow is in a below the conveyor belt 17 extending suction shaft 15 of the pile transport device 14 generated.
  • the trough cover 9 in the exemplary embodiments of FIGS. 1 and 2 can also be replaced by carding elements 42.
  • FIG. 2 differs from the embodiment of FIG. 1 in that a shortened Carding section 28 of the main drum 8 is connected upstream.
  • This carding section 28 has only three carding rollers 33, 34, 35 on which a drum 44 with a worker / turning roller pair 29 is connected upstream.
  • a fiber feed device 6 initially guides the feed pile by means of a feed roller and a feed trough Drum 44 too. Between the drum 44 and the first Carding roller 33 are an upper worker roller 37 and a lower worker roller 38 is provided. Another worker roller 39 is above and between the first and second Carding roller 33, 34 arranged.
  • FIG. 3 shows an embodiment without carding tract, in which a fiber pre-opening device 6 at the same time as Fiber feeder is used.
  • the template is included With the help of a roller 26 and a trough 27 of the fiber opening device 6 pre-resolved and directly on the main drum 8 transferred.
  • carding elements 42 instead of the trough cover 9 carding elements 42 on the circumference of the main drum 8 between the fiber feed point on the roller 26 and fiber delivery point 22 on Shaft 10 are arranged.
  • the carding elements 42 in shape
  • the pre-dissolved fleece of Cardmaster plates can to the single fiber fine-resolution before it at the delivery point 22 tangentially but transversely to the shaft 10 in the direction of the second spaced from the main drum 8 Drum 20 is thrown off.
  • the fibers get in an optimized mess on the as a fall arrester serving second drum 20 and after a short stay on the drum 20 at the point 24 of the shaft 10 tangentially thrown into the air stream 12 to with a high uniformity of the fiber distribution and the build-up pile thickness on the conveyor belt 17 of the pile transport device 14 to be deposited.
  • the shaft 10 can also be closed or sealed at its upper end, so that the air flow 12 is only from the peripheral air the drums 8, 20 composed.
