Claims (11)

caractérisée en ce que le tambour principal (8), en un premier emplacement (22) du puits (10), projette par centrifugation les fibres sur un second tambour (20) tournant à vitesse élevée en sens opposé à celui du tambour principal (8) et engendre une disposition aléatoire des fibres sur ce tambour (20), et en ce que le second tambour (20), en un second emplacement (24) du puits (10), projette par centrifugation les fibres dans l'écoulement d'air (12). - Carde selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la vitesse périphérique du tambour (20) est comprise entre 80 et 110% de la vitesse périphérique du tambour principal (8).

- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un voile de carde aérodynamique consistant à amener des fibres à un dispositif d'ouverture (18), à amener les fibres ouvertes à un tambour principal (8) tournant à vitesse élevée, à projeter par centrifugation les fibres dans un écoulement d'air (12), et à déposer les fibres pour former un voile de carde (4) sur un moyen de transport de voile de carde (14) perméable à l'air, caractérisé en ce que les fibres sont projetées, par centrifugation, du tambour principal (8) sur un second tambour (20) tournant à vitesse élevée dans le sens opposé à celui du tambour principal (8) et disposé transversalement à l'écoulement d'air (12) entre les tambours (8, 20) et en ce que les fibres sont projetées, par centrifugation tangentielle suivante, du second tambour (20) dans l'écoulement d'air (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les fibres traversent une chaíne de cardage (28) avant leur amenée au tambour principal (8), dans laquelle elles sont cardées plusieurs fois.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les fibres sont cardées directement avant d'être projetées par centrifugation par le tambour principal (8).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse périphérique du tambour (20) est réglée à une valeur comprise entre environ 80 et 110% de la vitesse périphérique du tambour principal (8).
