Definitions
- the invention relates to a mixing device for a burner according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a mixing device of this type is from DE-A-40 10 360 known.
- a ring disc carries a centering hub that supports the nozzle shaft of the burner. Downstream is at the Washer attached an air duct, which in a conical air nozzle ends. The annulus between the burner tube and the air duct is closed by the washer.
- a swirl device to the Combustion air supplied under swirl with that via the nozzle to mix supplied fuel.
- the mixing device is firmly connected to the burner, allowing adaptation to different Burner performance is not possible.
- DE-A-23 39 125 discloses a mixing device for a burner with a swirl device for the supplied combustion air known.
- DE-A-31 24 113 is a mixing device for a burner with a dall device in the flame tube known. In both cases, the swirl device has swirl blades on, which is punched out of a disc and bent up Lobes are formed.
- the invention has for its object a mixing device to create the genus mentioned above, the constructive is easy and inexpensive to manufacture and different Burner performance can be adjusted adjustable.
- this object is achieved by a mixing device with the features of claim 1.
- the air guide tube is seated downstream of the washer while the centering hub for the nozzle shaft upstream on the ring disc is arranged.
- the washer can be used both as Carrier of the air duct as well as a carrier for the centering hub and thus serve the nozzle shaft.
- the combustion air is through the Air passage of the washer is directed into the air duct, the swirl vanes downstream at this air passage are arranged.
- the swirl blades and the air duct are arranged on a ring, the downstream of the ring disc is attached. The ring with the swirl blades and the air duct can be easily replaced to the Swirl device and air flow change and different To adapt burners.
- the entire mixing device is preferably only by the Washer supported in the burner tube. This results in the possibility of the entire mixing device in a simple manner axially adjustable to store in the burner tube. For this, the Washer on its outer circumference in a guide and sealing ring stored, which is slidable in the burner tube.
- the mixing device can differ Burner performance adapted to support this be that the annular gap between the conical air nozzle of the Air duct and the fuel nozzle in the average cross section is changed. This allows the air flow through the Air nozzle in combination with a burner-side fan pressure control adapted to the fuel throughput of the fuel nozzle become.
- the speed at which the combustion air passes through the Air nozzle supplied to the flame must be in a predetermined Hold area. Therefore, this type of adjustment is only possible if the performance of the fan with which the combustion air added to the burner tube and thus the air duct is adjustable. By adjusting the blower output is achieved that the exit velocity of the combustion air at the air nozzle does not rise inadmissibly if the passage cross section of the air nozzle is reduced.
- the blower output is insufficiently adjustable on the burner side and / or should the mixing device without any design change are operated with a higher overall blower output preferably the passage cross section of the air passage openings the ring disc is adjustable.
- the passage cross section With a reduction in The burner capacity below a certain minimum dimension can be the passage cross section the air passage openings are reduced, so that a smaller amount of air in the from the air duct and the chamber formed in the fuel nozzle enters.
- the adjustment of the passage cross section of the air passage openings is preferably caused by the swirl blades and the ring carrying the air guide tube as an adjusting ring is formed and by twisting or by axial displacement compared to the ring disc, the air passage openings more or less covers.
- the air passage of the washer is continuous Forms an annular gap at which the swirl vanes are located downstream are arranged.
- the swirl blades give the combustion air a swirl without the passage cross section of the Air passage is significantly reduced.
- the washer can be carried by radial wings at the same time hold the centering hub for the nozzle shaft or form.
- the wings advantageously also form a axial guidance of the mixing device in the burner tube, the counteracts tilting of the ring disc.
- the support the nozzle shaft over the wing has the further advantage that the heat transfer from the hot burner tube to the nozzle shaft is reduced, the combustion air flowing past the blades additionally causes cooling. Because the passage of air there is an annular gap that is open over the entire circumference, is an adjustment of the passage cross-sections in this version not provided.
- FIG. 1 to 3 is a first embodiment of the Mixing device shown, which is essentially the state of the Technology corresponds.
- the mixing device is in a burner tube 10 used. Downstream of the burner tube 10 is a recirculation tube 12 attached by means of a bayonet lock 14.
- the recirculation pipe 12 engages axially in the burner pipe 10 one up to recirculation openings 16 in the wall of the Burner tube 10. By the same distance over the circumference of the burner tube 10 distributed recirculation openings 16 can Combustion gases from the combustion chamber into those in the recirculation pipe 12 burning flame can be returned.
- the mixing device is inserted into the burner tube 10 the mixing device by means of a substantially cylindrical Guide and sealing ring 18 axially displaceable in the burner tube 10 is stored.
- the downstream edge of the guide and Sealing ring 18 slides more depending on the axial adjustment or less via the recirculation openings 16 so that through axial displacement of the mixing device of the passage cross section the recirculation openings 16 and thus the recirculation the combustion gases can be adjusted.
