Description
Durch eine Verstellbarkeit des genannten Neigungswinkels kann erreicht werden, daß ein herabfallendes Produkt mit seinem gesamten, zu beschleunigenden Teilbereich auf einmal auf die Förderfläche des Bandförderers auftrifft, was eine optimale Übertragung der Beschleunigungskräfte sicherstellt.

Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Ablegen von scheibenförmigen, von einer Zuliefereinrichtung (1) herabfallenden Produkten (13, 16), insbesondere Lebensmittelprodukten, miteiner Abtransporteinrichtung (6, 7), insbesondere einem Förderband, undeinem gegensinnig zur Abtransporteinrichtung angetriebenen Fördermittel (8, 17), das in Betrieb derart in der Produkt-Fallinie angeordnet ist, dass lediglich der in Abtransportrichtung vorne liegende Teilbereich (13a) der herabfallenden Produkte (13, 16) vom Fördermittel (8, 17) erfasst wird um die Produkte zu falten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fördermittel als Bandförderer, insbesondere als Messerkanten-Bandförderer (8) ausgebildet ist, wobei insbesondere die Oberfläche des Bandförderers (8) gegenüber der Transportfläche der Abtransporteinrichtung (6, 7) geringfügig geneigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel zwischen 5° und 45°, insbesondere in etwa 20° beträgt und vorzugsweise verstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fördermittel als Rollenförderer, insbesondere als aus nur einer angetriebenen Rolle (17) bestehender Rollenförderer ausgebildet ist, wobei sich insbesondere die Achse der Rolle (17) senkrecht zur Abtransportrichtung in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit den Produkten (13, 16) in Kontakt tretenden Bereiche (11, 17) des Fördermittels (8, 17) mit einer reibungsverstärkenden Oberfläche, insbesondere mit einer Profilierung versehen sind, und/oder dass die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Fördermittels (8, 17) einstellbar ist, und/oder dass die Transportgeschwindigkeit der Abtransporteinrichtung (6, 7) einstellbar ist, und/oder dass die Position des Fördermittels (8, 17) im Bereich der Produkt-Fallinie einstellbar ist, wobei insbesondere die Position des Fördermittels (8, 17) im wesentlichen parallel zur Abtransportrichtung verstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum scheibenweisen Aufschneiden von Produkten, insbesondere Slicer (1) zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei insbesondere das Slicermesser (2) in Richtung des Fördermittels (8, 17) geneigt ist und vorzugsweise das Slicermesser (2) und die Oberfläche des als Bandförderer (8) ausgebildeten Fördermittels einen Winkel kleiner 90 DEG, vorzugsweise kleiner 50 DEG und insbesondere einen Winkel von ungefähr 25 DEG einschliessen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Transportfläche der Abtransporteinrichtung (6, 7) im wesentlichen horizontal erstreckt. - Verfahren zum Ablegen von scheibenförmigen, von einer Zuliefereinrichtung (1) herabfallenden Produkten (13, 16), insbesondere Lebensmittelprodukten, auf einer Abtransporteinrichtung (6, 7), insbesondere einem Förderband, bei demdie Fallbewegung der Produkte (13, 16) durch ein angetriebenes, einen Teilbereich (13a) der herabfallenden Produkte (13, 16) beaufschlagendes Fördermittel (8, 17) beeinflusst wird, undder vom Fördermittel (8, 17) beaufschlagte Teilbereich (13a) auf den nicht beaufschlagten Teilbereich (13b) geklappt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die herabfallenden Produkte (13, 16) zwischen der Zuliefereinrichtung (1) und dem Fördermittel (8, 17) eine Kippbewegung in Richtung des Fördermittels (8, 17) ausführen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in Abtransportrichtung vorne liegende Teilbereich (13a) der Produkte (13, 16) beaufschlagt wird, und/oder dass der Teilbereich (13a) zumindest zu Beginn des Beschleunigungsvorgangs in der Ebene des scheibenförmigen Produktes (13) beschleunigt wird, wobei insbesondere die Beschleunigungsrichtung im wesentlichen entgegen der Abtransportrichtung verläuft.
