  • a device for dispensing corresponding to the generic term of cleaning agents or disinfectants or the like, is known from CH -A5- 676 227. This construction is based on manufacturing-technical adjustments of the constructions according to EP-A1-0 019 582 and EP-A1-0 079 853.
  • the foaming unit used here is also already known (CH -A5- 676 456) and finds its usual Use for closure and dispensing parts of mostly plastic bottles. Pressing on the bottle walls will Liquid and air in the "foamer” above pressed, swirled, foamed, through a microsieve pressed and directly as an unshaped foam structure over a Nozzle issued.
  • manufacturing technology Tolerances due to relative mobility of the components balanced to each other.
  • the known devices are relatively complex in their construction (EP-A1-0 019 582 and EP-A1-0 079 853), or leave something to be desired in their foam quality (C -A5-676 227).
  • the individual foam portions fall at slow Movements of the operating lever compared to fast movements different from; the valves and arrangements used tend to drip.
  • the in the dosing pump provided air springs, which the output should ensure the soap solution, negatively on the constancy the dosing amount.
  • the construction should be economical be designed and especially for a Suitable for mass production.
  • the design of the cylinder space according to the invention allows an accurate and synchronous dosage of liquid soap and of air, so that, regardless of the path of the lever, one similar soap foam formation results. Also results the front contacting of the piston in the cylinder chamber clear strokes and thus precisely defined delivery rates, without remaining volumes.
  • this solution Technically cheap and economical; other positive configurations of the piston and the cylinder space are also conceivable, but less cheap for one mutual coordination.
  • the embodiment according to claim 2 is manufacturing technology cheap and allows the contact area between the piston and precisely define the cylinder space without wear of the two parts is created.
  • a ball made of an elastomer has proven particularly useful, Claim 4, since this is already a with minimal spring pressure results in optimal tightness.
  • the siphon-like expansion / conditioning space, claim 6, is particularly cheap; on the one hand, it serves for compression and homogenization of the foam and, on the other hand, can can be easily cleaned in its vertical area.
  • an aperture according to claim 9 forces the soap foam to a contraction and serves, according to the subsequent repeated expansion, for its homogenization.
  • the screen acts compared to the one behind it Expansion part, after blowing off the soap foam, as a defined finish with minimal surface area and reduced thus the penetration of air into the conditioning part and into the foaming unit.
  • Claim 10 therefore serves to improve the foam quality and leads to a reproducible Portioning the foam.

  • the cylindrical cross section present in part 19b is q2 larger than the likewise cylindrical cross section q1.
  • an air outlet 16 is provided, which with the Interior of a wind boiler 17 is operatively connected, in which the foaming unit 18 is arranged concentrically.
  • the inlet valve 4 is connected to the interior via a bore 4 ' a housing 38 connected, which serves as an intermediate soap storage serves.
  • This interim storage facility is fed by a notoriously known bottle, not shown liquid soap, which is screwed into a connector 39 is part of a cover 40 of the housing 38.
  • a blow-out valve 6 Located at the end of the blow-out line 45 ' a blow-out valve 6, with a corresponding valve ball. Below the valve 6 is a cylindrical inflow part provided which is concentric with the upper end of the Conditioning part 19b is arranged.
  • the mode of operation of the device according to FIG. 1 is as follows:
  • the soap foam thus formed first expands in the Mixing nozzle 53 of the foaming unit 18 and then in the horizontal region of the expansion part 19a; more flowing Foam presses the foam formed first over the vertical, cylindrical area of the expansion part 19a, is contracted in the aperture 19c, can with an expanded cross section q2 expand again and undergoes conditioning in part 19b before it goes through the Exhaust nozzle 10 exits.
  • the conditioned one discharged via the outlet nozzle 10 Foam is of high homogeneity and delicacy and is in its volume stabilized.
  • the spring 13 presses the Piston 14 backwards, in the sense of a double-acting Piston air compresses via lines 41 to 45 'flows into the inflow part 46 and here in the expansion part 19a completely pushes out the existing foam.
  • valves used are arranged so that the rest position corresponds to the sealing position. So that is ensures that even with very small currents (quasi-static) their function is fulfilled.
  • the ball guide designed for a small gap width of approx. 0.5 mm; the ball guide is made in a manner known per se achieved by four delimiting surfaces, so that a possible Already glue through those acting on the ball hydraulic forces is canceled again.
  • the pressure range, measured at the outlet of the metering pump, is to a maximum of 1.5 bar; the air pressure, measured at the outlet of the air cylinder, shows a maximum pressure of 0.2 bar.
  • the typical amount of time to operate the foam dispenser moves in the range of one second. Shorter or slower Activities do not adversely affect the Foam quality.
  • the optimal dosing volume has been found to be 0.4 ml of soap solution per stroke, with an approximately 30-fold increase in volume in the foam. Due to its high consistency, the resulting foam volume of 12.5 cm 3 creates the "illusion" of a bar of soap.
  • the foaming unit is known per se 18 (CH -A5- 676 456) from an inner flange 61 surrounded, which in turn partially by one Outer flange 62 enclosed and below in the outflow direction the valve 5 is centered, detachably mounted.
