Abstract

비누 거품 디스펜서는 비누 용액과 공기가 거품 형성 유닛내의 연성 장치를 경유하여 거품을 생산 처리하는 것으로 공지되어 있다. 이들 장치는 생산에 비용이 많이 들기도 하고 신뢰할 수 없는 및/또는 저질의 거품을 제조한다. 균일한 거품의 질은 작동결로(P)와는 별개로 미터링 펌프(1)에 의해서 가능한데 이 미터링 펌프는 공기 펌프(12)와 동시에 작동하면서 공간 낭비가 없다. 특별한 송출 유닛을 갖고 특히, 공기실(17)에 거품 형성 유닛(18)을 내장시킴으로서, 거품의 질은 더욱 개량된다. 상기 장치는 특히 공공 화장실에서 흔히 사용되기에 적합하다.

비누 거품을 형성하는 장치 및 그 사용 용도 (DEVICE FOR PRODUCING SOAP LATHER AND USE THEREOF)

제1도는 레버로 작동되는 거품 디스펜스의 반을 절단하여 나타낸 사시도이다.
제3도는 하우징의 전 체적을 사용하는 다른 개선된 거품 디스펜서의 반단면도이다.
제4도는 발에 의해 작동되도록 설계된 변형 거품 디스펜서이다.
제5도는 푸쉬버튼에 의해 작동되는 또다른 다른 변형 거품 디스펜서이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 단일 레버(31,33)에 의해 작동되는 비누 용액용 미터링 펌프(2,24,25,27)와 미터링 펌프의 원통형 공간내에서 왕복 운동(24,25,27)이 가능한 피스톤과, 왕복 운동이 가능한 미터링 펌프(2,24,25,27)와 동축이고, 미터링 펌프와 동기하여 운동하는 공기를 압축 및 유입하는 장치를 갖고, 그 내부에는 폐쇄가능한 개방부 및/또는 덕트(22,16)가 미세한 거품 부분이 형성되는 거품 형성 유닛(18)내로 연결되는 비누 거품을 형성하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 원통형 공간(2)의 일단면 모양은 편평하고, 유입구 볼 밸브(4)와 스프링의 부하를 받는 유출구 볼 밸브(5)는 원통형 공간의 평단면에서 서로 반대로 배치되며, 상기 피스톤 헤드(24)의 일단면은 편평하고, 상기 레버(31,33)는 그 일단위치에 있을 때 상기 피스톤(24,25,26,27)을 눌러서 상기 원통형 공간(2)의 일단에 정접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤의 일단면(24,25,26,27)과 원통형 공간(2)의 단면은 그 원주부(25,20)가 둥글도록 테이퍼져 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유입 밸브(4)의 볼(4a)은 계량될 비누 용액보다 더 낮은 비누 용액 밀도를 갖는 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유입 밸브(4)의 볼(4a)은 탄성체로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 원통형의 팽창/조절실(19)이 거품 형성 유닛(18)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 팽창/조절실(19)이 사이펀과 같이 설계되고, 수직으로 배치된 조절부(19b)에서의 횡단면(q2)이 팽창부(19a)에서의 횡단면(q1)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 압력(P)에서의 공기 분출은 수직 조절부(19b)을 통해 분출 덕트(45,45')로부터 동축으로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 분출 덕트(45,45')이 상기 공기 펌프(12)에서부터 유출구로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 오리피스(19c)는 팽창부(19a)과 조절부(19b) 사이에 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 변동 방지실(60)은 상기 거품 형성 유닛(18)의 상부에 내장된 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 변동 방지실(60)에 부가해서 내부 공기 버퍼(55)가 거품 형성 유닛(18)에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비누 거품 형성 장치.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공공 화장실에서의 상기 비누 거품 형성 장치의 사용 용도.
