Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及泡沫泵领域,其中可发泡的液体和空气结合以分配泡沫产物。具体地,本发明涉及一种泵,其中预混室与可发泡的液体源连通,而可收缩的空气室包围该预混室,并通过阀与该预混室连通,使得可收缩的空气室的压缩迫使空气进入该预混室,以便与其中的可发泡的液体混合。
背景技术
许多年前就已经知道,从运用再填充单元的分配器壳体(dispenserhousing)中分配液体,例如皂类、消毒灭菌剂类、清洁剂类、消毒剂类等,所述再填充单元容纳液体并且提供用于分配液体的泵机构。与这种分配器一起使用的泵机构典型地是液体泵,其简单地在致动器运动时发射出预定量的液体。最近,为了有效性和经济的目的,希望以通过将空气插入到液体中所产生的泡沫的形式分配液体。因此,标准液体泵已经让位给泡沫产生泵,该泡沫产生泵必需以使得产生所希望的泡沫的这种方式将空气和液体结合的装置。

发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于从可发泡的液体源泵抽可发泡的液体的泡沫泵。该泡沫泵包括预混室,该预混室具有接收来自可发泡的液体源的可发泡的液体的内部容积。该泡沫泵还包括预混室空气进口阀以及可压缩的空气室,该可压缩的空气室包围预混室,并且通过预混室空气进口阀与预混室的内部容积流体连通。该可压缩的空气室具有扩张容积和压缩容积,并且当可压缩的空气室从其扩张容积移动至其压缩容积时,迫使可压缩的空气室内的空气通过预混室空气进口阀进入预混室,并与在预混室中接收的可发泡的液体混合。出口与预混室连通,且在可压缩的空气室从其扩张容积压缩至其压缩容积时,可发泡的液体和空气从预混室被推进至出口。
在特定实施方案中,在出口处提供有筛网,以便由通过该筛网推进的可发泡的液体和空气产生泡沫。在其它实施方案中,预混室由固定于底座(base)的弹性拱顶(resilient dome)形成。在其它实施方案中,可压缩的空气室由包围该预混室的风箱体(bellows body)形成。

具体实施方式
在图1中,用数字10来示出和表示本发明的泡沫泵。泡沫泵10能够以任何合适的方式与可发泡的液体源连通,虽然在这里它被显示为固定于容器12并与容器12流体连通,该容器12含有可发泡的液体S。通常应该领会的是,该容器12和泵10组合能够用作分配器壳体的再填充单元,该分配器壳体提供了用于开动泵10的促动机构。该容器12可以是通气刚性结构(以便在可发泡的液体S被排出时允许空气流入)或者可以是可压缩的结构,如本领域所已知的。

风箱体30固定于底座14,以便将预混室拱顶16包封在底座14和风箱体30之间界定的容积内。该容积部分地被预混室20填充,而在预混室拱顶16和风箱体30之间的容积被表示为可压缩的空气室32。可压缩的空气室32通过预混室空气进口阀34与预混室20流体连通,并且可以通过空气室进口阀36与外部大气流体连通。正如它的名称所暗示的,空气室进口阀36允许空气从外部大气流入,通过风箱体30,再进入可压缩的空气室32,同时限制在相反方向上的流动。在这里所示的特定实施方案中,该空气室进口阀36是鸭嘴阀,但还可以使用其他阀。
风箱体30是有波纹的,具有垄部40和谷部42,并且由能为风箱体30提供可逆地在压缩容积和扩张容积之间压缩和延伸的能力的材料制成。该风箱体30在箭头A的方向上是可压缩的,以便将可压缩的空气室32压迫至压缩容积,并且优选地由弹性足以使可压缩的空气室32移动回弹至扩张容积的材料制成。弹性绝不是必需的,因为还可以优选地使用弹簧,如以下所述的。
弹簧54被定位成在风箱体30的端壁(end wall)56和预混室拱顶16的外表面之间延伸。弹簧54在附图中显示为被肋条58保持在端壁56上,以及被肋条60保持在预混室拱顶16上。因为预混室拱顶16是弹性的,所以预混室20具有压缩容积和扩张容积,并且当风箱体30在箭头A的方向上压缩时,在弹簧54的影响下移动至其压缩容积,朝着其压缩容积压迫可压缩的空气室32。这在图2中见到。当可压缩的空气室32中的压力足够高时,迫使空气通过预混室空气进口阀34并进入预混室20。借此来迫使空气通过预混室空气进口阀34进入预混室20的容易程度将取决于打开阀所需的压力。当空气进口阀34打开时,空气从可压缩的空气室32在压力下进入预混室20,并且这将引起空气和可发泡的液体在预混室20中的初始粗混合。
注入到预混室20内的空气的力和预混室拱顶16的压缩二者将迫使预混室20内混合的空气和可发泡的液体进入到入口26处的出口通路24。该粗预混合物被迫使沿着出口通路24前进,并最终通过靠近分配尖头28设置的至少一个筛网46,以便均化空气和可发泡的液体的混合物,产生通过出口阀29被分配的高质量泡沫产物。在特定实施方案中,筛网46可以作为混合筒(mixing cartridge)48的一部分,该混合筒48包括两端被筛网固定的中空管50,这里作为进口筛网52和出口筛网46示出。当预混室拱顶16回复到其正常静止位置时,在预混室20中产生真空,以便通过进口阀22从可发泡的液体源抽吸附加剂量的流体。
在一个特定实施方案中,当泵10处于静止时,进口阀22是打开的,且仅当压力施加于预混室20的内容物时封住进口通路21的出口23。在该特定实施方案中,使用拱顶16,进口阀22将在施加力以便使拱顶16压缩时关闭。因此,当拱顶16在被压向底座14之后回复到静止位置时,进口阀22容易打开,以允许可发泡的液体S进入预混室20。这也确立了液体S的流动路径作为最小阻力的路径,使得在拱顶16扩张时空气通过空气进口阀34吸入不大可能。在附图中对于进口阀22所示的片在这种实施方案中将很好地发挥作用。
一般,进口阀22和空气进口阀34应该设计成使得在拱顶16扩张时,进口阀22比空气进口阀34更容易打开。这将有助于确保在拱顶16扩张时可发泡的液体S填充预混室20。同样地,空气室进口阀36不应难以打开,以至于它阻止或妨碍风箱体30的扩张。
通过提供弹簧54,在按箭头A的方向对风箱体30施加力时,预混室拱顶16立即开始压缩。因此,预混室20将压缩至至少一定程度,而不论风箱体30仅少量移动,且在施加的力释放时,该预混室20仍然起作用,以便从进口通路21吸引其中的液体。如果预混室20不压缩,则它将在压力释放时不扩张,且因此不会从容器12吸入新产物。通过提供弹簧54,预混室20即使在短冲程(short stroking)泵时也能至少少量压缩,其中“短冲程”被理解为小于可压缩的空气室32的风箱体30的完全压缩。在许多泵中,短冲程导致泵功能的复杂化或者泡沫产品的质量不佳或这两种情况。
本发明的泵提供了这里所谓的“两阶段”混合功能,因为空气被注入到预混室20内的可发泡的液体中,从而在到达筛网之前产生粗预混合物,该预混合物通过筛网被挤出。这与已知的单阶段混合是有区别的,在单阶段混合中,空气和可发泡的液体首先在筛网处汇集。这里实施的两阶段混合提供了更潮湿且更富集的泡沫,其具有更小的平均气泡尺寸并且容易散布。在一个特定实施方案中,可发泡的液体是液体皂,且通过本发明泵产生的富集、潮湿且可散布的泡沫皂是非常理想的。
在一个特定实施方案中,可发泡的液体S是可发泡的皂,且与使用单阶段混合的现有技术的泵相比,本发明的泵提供了具有更小平均气泡尺寸的泡沫皂产品,并且散布泡沫皂(例如在手上)的能力得到了优化。
鉴于以上所述,应该很明显的是,本发明提供了一种显著改进了现有技术的泡沫泵。根据专利法令,上文仅详细地描述了本发明的优选实施方案,但本发明不限于该优选实施方案或不受该优选实施方案的限制。相反,本发明的范围应该包括落入所附权利要求范围内的所有改造和变化。
Claims (6)
1.一种泡沫泵,该泡沫泵用于从可发泡的液体源抽吸可发泡的液体,该泡沫泵包括:
预混室拱顶,该预混室拱顶具有接收来自可发泡的液体源的可发泡的液体的内部容积;
预混室空气进口阀;
可压缩的空气室,该可压缩的空气室包围所述预混室空气进口阀,并且通过所述预混室空气进口阀与所述预混室拱顶的所述内部容积流体连通,所述可压缩的空气室具有扩张容积和压缩容积,其中,当所述可压缩的空气室从其扩张容积移动至其压缩容积时,迫使所述可压缩的空气室内的空气通过所述预混室空气进口阀进入所述预混室拱顶,并与所述预混室拱顶中接收的可发泡的液体混合;以及
出口,该出口与所述预混室拱顶连通,并在所述可压缩的空气室从其扩张容积压缩至其压缩容积时,接收来自所述预混室拱顶的可发泡的液体和空气;
其中,所述预混室拱顶能够从扩张容积压缩至压缩容积,并且,当所述可压缩的空气室从其扩张容积移动至其压缩容积时,压力被施加于所述预混室拱顶,以使所述预混室拱顶从其扩张容积移动至其压缩容积,从而排出所述预混室拱顶中的可发泡的液体和空气的混合物;
其中,所述预混室拱顶固定于底座,以在所述底座和所述预混室拱顶之间界定所述内部容积,并且所述预混室拱顶是弹性的,以便可向所述底座压缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵,其中,所述预混室空气进口阀调节进入所述预混室拱顶的空气的流量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的泡沫泵,其中,所述预混室空气进口阀是鸭嘴阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵,该泡沫泵进一步包括在所述预混室拱顶和所述可压缩的空气室之间延伸的弹簧,使得当所述可压缩的空气室从其扩张容积向其压缩容积移动时,所述弹簧压向所述预混室拱顶,引起所述预混室拱顶从扩张容积向压缩容积移动。
