Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种液体分配器,包括一与容器口部相连接的盖体及一与该盖体相连接的主体,该主体具有与盖体贯通的腔体和可供液体排出的出液口,其中腔体内设有出液装置,主体上设有可控制该出液装置动作的按钮,出液装置上装设有一可调节出液通道的开启/闭合状态的单向阀。本实用新型设计新颖,结构简单、紧凑,采用单向阀的工作原理,能实现任意方向的出液。

Description

一种新型液体分配器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液体分配器,该液体分配器安装在容器的口部,该容器用于容纳粘性液体,例如医用制剂、洗发剂、沐浴液或洗手液等,而该液体分配器用于自容器内抽取适量的液体。
背景技术
公知的液体分配器通常自安装在容器口部的一盖的中央起竖立起一出液组件,在该出液组件的上端安装有一头帽。利用气泵原理,即通过使用者的手掌给该头帽一推力压动出液组件,这种公知的液体分配器就使容纳在容器内的液体经由形成在头帽内的一输出口流出。这样,使用者就可用他的一只手掌来接收自输出口流出的液体,而用另一只手掌来压下头帽以抽取容纳在容器内的适量液体。但目前这种公知的液体分配器,往往零部件较多,结构复杂不紧凑,且分配器与容器相组装后,由于内部结构原理的缘故,无法实现任意方向的出液。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种设计新颖,结构简单、紧凑,使用效果好,且可任意方位出液的液体分配器。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该新型液体分配器,包括一与容器口部相连接的盖体,其特征是它还包括有一与该盖体相连接的主体,该主体具有与盖体贯通的腔体和可供液体排出的出液口,其中腔体内设有出液装置,主体上设有可控制该出液装置动作的按钮,出液装置上装设有一可调节出液通道的开启/闭合状态的单向阀。
所述的出液装置可包括有一活塞和一与该活塞装配于一起并定位在腔体内的分水圈,活塞与分水圈之间设有一与活塞连动的密封圈;所述的单向阀为一与主体相配的阀片,该阀片套于活塞上并位于盖体的口部处,而于阀片后部顶设有一弹簧;所述的按钮装在主体上,于按钮内位于分水圈与阀片之间的主体侧壁上开设有一开口。
所述的阀片形状呈碟型。
所述的盖体的顶部具有一与主体连接用的圆管体,所述的主体与该圆管体转动配合连接,并在两者之间的结合面处设有密封圈。
所述的活塞的截面类似十字形,其上部的外壁上开有数个轴向凹槽;所述的活塞上部和尾部分别滑动插置在分水圈的通孔内和盖体的轴孔内。
所述的主体外壁上设有嵌设按钮用的嵌置槽,所述的按钮外沿嵌入在该嵌置槽内,并通过扣圈定位。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:
1、由于本实用新型采用单向阀的工作原理,因而本液体分配器可任意方向出液,不影响使用效果;
2、没有传统液体分配器的头帽,通过挤压按钮来实现分配液体的功能,因而不占用额外的空间;
3、结构紧凑,使用零部件较少;
4、本液体分配器同时具备真空液体分配器的功能,使配套的活塞式容器、双层薄膜式容器、软质容器随着液体的减少而使容器容积减小;使容器内的液体在存储过程中不与空气接触。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
结合图1-图3所示,本实用新型液体分配器主要包括有盖体2、主体9以及由按钮10、活塞6、分水圈8及弹簧4等构成的出液装置和具有单向阀效果的阀片5等,其中:盖体2与容器的口部相结合,并于盖体2内设有一垫片1,以保证与容器间的密封。盖体2的顶部有一与主体连接用的圆管体21,并于圆管体21上制有嵌置O型密封圈用的环形凹槽22和与主体卡扣结合的环形凸缘23。
主体9内部中空,主体下部的内壁与盖体的圆管体21外壁转动配合,并于主体内壁上制有一与盖体的环形凸缘23相扣合的环形凹槽。所述的主体9通过其上的环形凹槽与盖体的环形凸缘扣合后转动连接于盖体2上,并通过嵌置在圆管体上的O型密封圈3保证两者间的密封,并且主体9与盖体2相连接后,其中空腔体与盖体内腔相贯通。另外,在主体9的顶部开设有一出液口91,液体由此口排出。而在主体的外侧壁上设有嵌设按钮用的环形嵌置槽92,并位于该环形嵌置槽的区域内的主体侧壁上开设有一小的开口93。
按钮10装在主体9上,其外沿嵌入在所述的主体外侧壁的嵌置槽92内,并通过嵌入在嵌置槽内的扣圈11定位。
分水圈8设在主体9内部,定位在位于开口前部的内壁上,主体9中空腔体由该分水圈8分隔为前后两部分。
阀片5具有单向阀的作用,形状做成与主体9相配的碟型。活塞6与阀片5组装于一起,通过活塞6连动阀片5,由该阀片5可将圆管体21口部关闭或打开。而活塞6为一截面类似十字形的构件,其上部滑动插置在分水圈8的通孔内,并在其外壁上开有数个轴向凹槽61,可供液体由该凹槽通过。而在分水圈8与活塞6之间设有一O型密封圈7,该密封圈7与活塞6装配在一起,随活塞6一起动作。活塞6的尾部滑动插置在盖体的轴孔内,并于活塞上套有一弹簧4,顶在阀片5的底部。而所述的主体侧壁上的开口93位于分水圈8与阀片5之间。
本液体分配器安装在与其配套的容器上,使用时,用手挤压按钮10,产生压缩液体,当压缩液体的压力大于阀片5后面的弹簧4的弹力时使阀片5向后移动,同时带动活塞6及装在活塞上的O型密封圈7,使之与分水圈8接合部位分离,产生的压缩液体也随之通过分水圈8从出液口91流出;而液体作用在阀片5上的压力与通过分水圈8同液体一起外泄的压力差,始终克服弹簧4的弹力,当这个压力小于弹簧4的弹力后,弹簧4又促使活塞6、O型圈7、阀片5复位,同时与分水圈8密封;当按钮10复位时,按钮10复位产生吸力,使阀片5产生径向收拢(吸力大于阀片的弹性变形力),同时吸入阀片5后面的液体,当按钮10复原时,液体也充满其内容面,阀片5也因不再受到吸力的作用而复位,整个分配器也进入下个工作循环。

Claims (6)

1、一种新型液体分配器,包括一与容器口部相连接的盖体(2),其特征在于:它还包括有一与该盖体(2)相连接的主体(9),该主体(9)具有与盖体(2)贯通的腔体和可供液体排出的出液口(91),其中腔体内设有出液装置,主体上设有可控制该出液装置动作的按钮(10),出液装置上装设有一可调节出液通道的开启/闭合状态的单向阀。
2、如权利要求1所述的新型液体分配器,其特征在于:所述的出液装置包括有一活塞(6)和一与该活塞(6)装配于一起并定位在腔体内的分水圈(8),活塞(6)与分水圈(8)之间设有一与活塞连动的密封圈(7);所述的单向阀为一与主体相配的阀片(5),该阀片(5)套于活塞(6)上并位于盖体的口部处,而于阀片(5)后部顶设有一弹簧(4);所述的按钮(10)装在主体(9)上,于按钮(10)内位于分水圈(8)与阀片(5)之间的主体侧壁上开设有一开口(93)。
3、如权利要求2所述的新型液体分配器,其特特征在于:所述的阀片(5)形状呈碟型。
4、如权利要求1所述的新型液体分配器,其特征在于:所述的盖体(2)的顶部具有一与主体(9)连接用的圆管体(21),所述的主体与该圆管体转动配合连接,并在两者之间的结合面处设有密封圈(3)。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的新型液体分配器,其特征在于:所述的活塞(6)的截面类似十字形,其上部的外壁上开有数个轴向凹槽(61);所述的活塞(6)上部和尾部分别滑动插置在分水圈(8)的通孔内和盖体(2)的轴孔内。
6、如权利要求1或2所述的新型液体分配器,其特征在于:所述的主体(9)外壁上设有嵌设按钮用的嵌置槽(92),所述的按钮(10)外沿嵌入在该嵌置槽内,并通过扣圈(11)定位。
