Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (10), insbesondere Zigaretten-Verpackungen, deren Packungsinhalt im Bereich eines Faltaggregats in wenigstens einen Zuschnitt aus Verpackungsmaterial eingehüllt wird, mit einem Endlosförderer (15) zum Zuführen der Verpackungen (10) an einen Abförderer (19), welcher die Verpackungen (10) abtransportiert, wobei einzelne, ausgewählte, ganz oder teilweise fertiggestellte Verpakkungen (10) durch einen als drehend angetriebenes Ausschleuserad (26) ausgebildeten Entnahmeförderer vom Endlosförderer (15) durch Abheben aus dem Förderfluß abnehmbar und einem gesonderten Packungsförderer (45) zuführbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) das Ausschleuserad (26) weist am Umfang mehrere im Abstand voneinander angebrachte Aufnahmen (27) zum gezielten Erfassen einzelner Verpackungen (10) auf,b) das Ausschleuserad (26) ist synchron mit dem Endlosförderer (15) drehbar,c) zum Erfassen einer Verpackung (10) ist eine der Verpakkung (10) zugeordnete Aufnahme (27) des Ausschleuserads (26) bei Anlage an der Verpackung (10) aktivierbar,d) das Ausschleuserad (26) ist in einer vertikalen Ebene drehend angetrieben oberhalb des Endlosförderers (15) und in derselben Ebene wie der Endlosförderer (15) und der Packungsförderer (45) angeordnet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das um eine zur Förderebene des Endlosförderers (15) parallele Achse rotierende Ausschleuserad (26) mehrere längs des Umfangs mit gleichen Abständen voneinander angeordnete Aufnahmen (27) mit Saugorganen, nämlich Saugköpfen (29) aufweist, die die aufzunehmende Verpackung (10) im Bereich einer Packungsfläche, insbesondere einer großflächigen Vorderwand (11), durch Ansaugen erfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugköpfe (29) ganz oder teilweise aus elastischem Werkstoff, insbesondere Gummi, bestehen und mindestens eine radialgerichtete Saugbohrung (30) aufweisen, die im Bereich von radial außenliegenden Anlageflächen (31) der Saugköpfe (29) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich einer radialen Lagerfläche (28) des Ausschleuserads (26) mehrere, insbesondere drei Saugköpfe (29) in Axialrichtung des Ausschleuserads (26) nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausschleuserad (26) mit gleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben ist wie der Endlosförderer (15), wobei die Abstände der Saugköpfe (29) am Umfang des Ausschleuserads (26) den durch Mitnehmer (16) oder dergleichen auf dem Endlosförderer (15) bestimmten Abständen der Verpakkungen (10) voneinander entsprechen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugbohrungen (30) aufweisenden Saugköpfe (29), in wenigstens zwei Gruppen unabhängig voneinander zum Erfassen von Verpackungen (10) ansteuerbar sind, vorzugsweise derart, daß die Saugbohrungen (30) der in Umfangsrichtung des Ausschleuserads (26) aufeinanderfolgenden Saugköpfe (29) abwechselnd unterschiedlichen Unterdruckquellen und/oder unterschiedlichen Absperrventilen für die Verbindung mit der Unterdruckquelle zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere mit der Unterdruckquelle verbundene ortsfeste Luftkanäle, insbesondere an einem feststehenden Stützorgan (33) gebildete kreisbogenförmige Kanalsegmente (32, 34), den unterschiedlichen Saugbohrungen (30) zugeordnet sind, derart, daß in Drehrichtung aufeinanderfolgende Saugbohrungen (30) abwechselnd dem einen oder anderen Kanalsegment (32, 34) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auszusondernden Verpackungen (10) im Bereich einer kreisbogenförmigen Förderbahn, des entsprechend verlaufenden Endlosförderers (15) an der radial außenliegenden oberen Seite desselben durch das in der vertikalen Ebene oberhalb des Endlosförderers (15) rotierende Ausschleuserad (26) erfaßbar, längs eines Teilkreises transportierbar auf dem Packungsförderer (45) ablegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Freigabe von am Ausschleuserad (26) gehaltenen Verpackungen (10), insbesondere zur Ablage auf einer Plattform (42) des Packungsförderers (45), die Saugbohrungen (30) mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar sind, insbesondere derart, daß die in Umfangsrichtung aufeinanderfolgenden Lagerflächen (28) abwechselnd über separat schaltbare Absperrventile an eine Druckluftquelle anschließbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Packungsförderer (45) zum Abtransportieren der ausgesonderten Verpackungen (10) als Förderkanal ausgebildet ist mit geschlossenem Querschnitt und daß die Verpackungen (10) innerhalb des kanalförmigen Packungsförderers (45) durch einen Luftstrom förderbar sind, wobei ein Eintrittsbereich des Packungsförderers als Plattform (42) zum Ablegen der Verpackungen (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Packungsförderer (45) mehrere in Förderrichtung aufeinanderfolgende Luftdüsen (46, 47) angebracht sind, vorzugsweise im Bereich einer Oberwand (48), wobei die Luftdüsen (46, 47) einen in Förderrichtung weisenden Luftstrom in den Packungsförderer (45) leiten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Packungsförderer (45) im Bereich einer Abzweigung (53) ein Abzweigförderer (51) anschließt zum Abfördern von Verpackungen (10), insbesondere von Probepackungen (25), in einen gesonderten Förderer.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Abzweigung (53) für den Abzweigförderer (51) innerhalb des Packungsförderers (45) eine Weiche (52) gebildet ist, vorzugsweise mit einem schwenkbaren Leitelement (54), zum alternativen Leiten der Verpackungen (10) in den Abzweigförderer (51) oder entlang dem Packungsförderer (45).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abzweigförderer (51) von dem im wesentlichen geradlinig verlaufenden Pakkungsförderer (45) in Aufwärtsrichtung abzweigt, derart, daß der Abzweigförderer (51) in einer Ebene oberhalb des Packungsförderers (45) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Packungsförderer (45) oberhalb des Abförderers (19) verläuft, vorzugsweise mit einem seitwärts gerichteten Versatzstück (59), derart, daß ein freies Ende des Packungsförderers (45) in Vertikalrichtung gesehen seitlich versetzt zum Abförderer (19) verläuft.
