Definitions
- the invention relates to a thread holder and a Rapier weaving machine with thread holder.
- Thread holders known as bolt clamps are known become. In one type is a holding member with the other holding member firmly connected. Another type one holding member is movable on the other holding member arranged, one holding member against the other Holding member is biased by a spring and the Holding force is determined by the spring force or the Holding members movable in the longitudinal direction to each other are. Another is from the document FR 1,122,422 Thread holder known in which the one holding member by means a spring movable with respect to the other holding member is arranged and biased. It is also one Holding means pivotally connected to the spring.
- This Thread holders have the disadvantages that a change in the Clamping gap in cross section and in width either against the force of the spring, e.g. a thread is relatively heavily used or due to Arrangement of the holding links is not possible because at Inserting the thread is damaged and not provided is.
- the invention is based on the object To improve thread holder so that the clamping gap in The thread thickness can be adjusted automatically is.
- the advantage of the invention is essentially in the Possibility to see changing the clamping gap.
- the Thread holder essentially consists of a first one Holding member 1, a second holding member 2, one Retaining member 3, a sleeve 4, a support member 5, a screw 6 and an operating lever 7.
- the first holding member 1 is an elongated body with a first section 10 at one end of the body is formed and a second section 11, which for other end of the body is tapered.
- a U-shaped groove 12 trained extending in the longitudinal direction of the body extends.
- a trough-shaped Recess 13 formed with a round base, whose cross section starts from the free end of the second section 11 enlarged.
- the first holding member 1 a bore 14 for the Operating lever 7, two holes 15 for attaching the Thread holder and a stop member 16 to one Pulling a thread in the longitudinal direction of the To prevent thread holder. With the stop member 16 the holding area for the thread is determined starting from the free end of the second section 11 to to the holding member 16.
- the second holding member 2 is an elongated needle a curved section at one end, the one Entry aid for the thread forms.
- the needle 2 has one circular cross section and an outside diameter of is smaller than the width of the groove.
- the sleeve 4 has a through hole 22, the cross section of which is adapted to the pin.
- the retaining member is a leaf spring 3, the one Bore 23 with a countersink and a Has through hole 24.
- the operating lever 7 has a pivot 25 which the pivot axis of the Actuating lever 7 is determined and is on the body 1st pivotally arranged.
- the operating lever is a two-armed lever formed, a pin 26 on one lever arm attached and a tab 27 on the other lever arm is molded. There is a recess 28 on the body 1 trained, which is directed transversely to the needle axis and receives the pin 26.
- Fig. 2 shows the thread holder in the assembled state.
- Two support members 5 are arranged in the groove 12.
- the Needle 2 is arranged in the groove 12 and lies on the one hand on the support members 5 and on the other hand on an edge 31 so that between the needle 2 and the surface the recess 13 in the first section 10 of the body 1 there is a wedge-shaped gap 32, the one has curved cross-sectional shape.
- the needle 2 is with the Pins 21 in the leaf spring 3 loosely mounted.
- the Leaf spring 3 rests on section 10 and is held by the screw 6.
- the support organs 5 have a through hole 33 around the support members 5 set in the groove 12. As from FIG.
- the needle 2 is on the one hand at point 35 and on the other hand arranged on the support point 36, so that the needle 2 is rotatable about the pin 21.
- Other essential advantages of the Thread holder are that in the holding area of the Thread between the surface of the recess 13 and the Shell surface of the needle 2, the gap 32 is present and there is no contact between the body and the needle and that the width of the gap 32 is adjustable to the Set the clamping gap 32 to the thread thickness. This is only the number or thickness of the support members 5 to decrease or increase.
- the thread holder shown in Fig. 5 essentially has the same basic structure as that described above Thread holder and comprises a first holding member 41, a second holding member 42, a return spring 43, two Support organs 45, a screw 46 and not operating lever 7 shown.
- the first holding member 41 is an elongated body with a first section 48 and a second section 11.
- the first section 48 is a substantially U-shaped Recess 49, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the body 41 extends.
- two recesses 50 are in the groove 49 provided to receive the support body 51.
- the The end region of the first section 11 is two lugs 56 trained to remove the needle 42 while cleaning the Thread holder.
- the second holding member is an elongated needle 42 with a curved section at one end that the Entry aid for the thread forms and with a Support body 51 at the other end.
- the needle 42 is in the Recess 13 arranged, the support body 51 in the recesses 50 is movably received and the Needle 42 rests on edge 31.
- the leaf spring 43 is attached to section 48 by means of screw 46.
- the Leaf spring 43 has a section 53 on which the needle 42 abuts to move the needle 42 upward limit.
- the needle 42 is freely movable within the recess and can be the best stopping position at different Take thread thicknesses or in other words, the Thread holder adjusts itself.
- the setting of the In this embodiment, gap 32 is carried out analogously in the embodiment according to FIG. 2.
- the support members 45 have an outline which corresponds to the groove 49.
- the thread holder shown in Figures 7 to 10 includes a lower part 70, a first holding member 71 second retaining member 72, one retaining member 73, three Support organs 75, a bearing part 76 and one Actuation lever 77.
- the base 70 is an elongated body with one Approach 81, on which the operating lever 77 is pivotable is arranged and with two bearings 82, 83 for the second holding member 72.
- the first holding member 71 is an elongated body with rectangular cross-section, which is an oblique End face 85 and a groove 86 with a semicircular cross section has, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the body extends.
- a stop member 87 is attached to the body, to pull the thread in the longitudinal direction of the Prevent body and the holding area for the thread to determine.
- the retaining member 73 is a leaf spring, which means Screws 88, 89 at one end to the first support member 71 and with the other end with the bearing part 76 connected is.
- a spring bar can be used instead of the leaf spring become.
- a holding member e.g. Leaf spring, spring rod or the like in particular the advantage that only with increasing Thread thickness and thread penetration depth in the holding area determined by the spring force of the spring holding force can become increasingly effective. Thread breaks can thus be largely avoided.
- the bearing part 76 is a cuboid body, the the bottom of a section 90 to rest on the Lower part 70 and a groove 91 for receiving the needle 72 and at the top a recess 92 for receiving the Leaf spring 73, the groove 91 and Recess 92 are arranged parallel to each other.
- the support members 75 have an outline, which the Recess 92 corresponds and a small thickness e.g. to to 0.5 mm.
- the needle 72 is on Lower part 70 mounted and the body 71 over the Leaf spring 73 attached to the lower part 70 so that the Body 71 on needle 72 at one end 95 on the needle 72 rests and a wedge-shaped gap 96 is formed.
- the arrangement is designed such that in the limit by the stop member 87 Holding area no contact between the body 71 and the Needle 72 exists.
- the width of the gap can be changed by the number or thickness of the support members 75 is reduced or increased.
- the bearings 82, 83 are designed as support bearings, so that the needle 72 in through the bearing surface formed level is movable.
- a needle is e.g. U-shaped comprehensive holding member 97 is provided.
- the first holding member 71st be stored and the second holding member 72 fixed become.
- the needle 72 is in the lower part 70 floating.
- the thread holder contains two holding members 1, 2, one Gap 32 with a round cross-sectional shape and increasing width form.
- the holding members 1, 2 are each on the other Holding member stored in at least one bearing point 36 are, which is designed as a support point. With this Arrangement is advantageously achieved that the stored holding member take the best holding position can.
- the thread holder is particularly suitable for one Bringer rapier of a rapier weaving machine.
