Definitions
- the invention relates to a bollard safe according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a safe is known from WO-A-85/00905, in which a Storage container can be moved out of a column-shaped housing is.
- the storage container is in the raised position accessible.
- the storage container is in the inserted position secured.
- the movement of the storage container into the raised position is by a tension spring over a Linkage supported.
- the safe can only be opened if the inside provided electrical or electronic fuse accordingly was driven. For example, this happens from a distant point by an authorized one Person or with the help of a timer, so that the Safe can only be opened at certain times. It is but also possible, the safe with a mechanical fuse, i.e. equip with a key so that the safe only after inserting an appropriate key, at which is also an electronic key can be opened.
- the well-known safes are embedded in walls or in Columns arranged and they have a door that is under the conditions mentioned can be opened so that the Is accessible.
- the invention is based on the object, a bollard safe to create that is not in walls or the like, but arranged free-standing in any place can be, and which is simple and where the Storage container can be moved reliably into the two positions is.
- the bollard safe according to the invention can for example outside of property secured by fences or the like be set up without columns or in the fence Walls must be provided to arrange the safe safely, without being removed by force.
- This Training as a so-called bollard allows installation independent of buildings and other solid structures.
- the storage container is removed from the upper face using the can be moved out according to preloaded compression springs if approval by the backup.
- It is a attractively designed bollard safe that is practical can be placed anywhere regardless of buildings and its storage container, which can be moved upwards, in the open position is easily accessible.
- the guide rods ensure safe guidance of the storage container as it moves even if the bollard safe is slim and is highly trained.
- the trained as compression springs Springs are guided through the guide rods at the same time, so that they cannot buckle.
- the creates Invention a bollard safe, the columnar housing covered at the top by a protective cap against forced opening which is at the same time the upper part of the storage container forms, i.e. with this from the columnar housing can be moved out.
- the guide columns serve in a particularly advantageous manner 9 not only the guidance of the storage container and the compression spring, rather (Claim 2) they are also screws for secure holding together of the columnar housing in the section in which the storage container is in the closed position.
- the eaves collar (claim 4) forms together with the additional possible attack ring with ring groove another effective protection against violent opening in the area between the protective cap and the cover of the housing.
- the storage container moves in the open position not already after approval by the backup, but only when slightly against the protective cap the force of the compression springs is pressed.
- the storage container So only moves in the open direction when this is desired becomes.
- Microswitches and corresponding components continue to provide security against violent To open.
- the bollard safe consists of a cylindrical housing 4, the top through a lid 3 with a passage opening 28 is protected for the storage vessel 11. These parts are made and made of such materials, that a violent opening is practically impossible. Below is the housing by a mounting base plate 20 and Apertures 17 closed. Furthermore, this is in the area a bottom plate 16 is provided on the lower end face. An alignment pin 18, which is fixed in the mounting base plate 20 is a safeguard against violent rotation.
- This storage vessel 11 is closed at the top by a cap 1, which at 2 is armored by hard metal.
- a door 21 In the storage container 11 there is a door 21 with a mechanical lock.
- Object key monitoring is designated 21A.
- the section of the columnar housing 4 in which the storage vessel is in the closed position shown in FIG. 1, is closed at the bottom by a support plate 8.
- This Support plate 8 is not only the anchoring tube 15 attached, but also trending upward Guide columns 9, the bottom plate 7 of the storage container 11 lead.
- compression springs are arranged as Coil springs are formed and through the guide columns 9 are performed. These compression springs 10 tension it Storage vessel 11 in the opening direction.
- the guide rods 9 as screws for connecting the Cover 3 with the columnar housing 4.
- Nuts 12 With the help of Nuts 12, the cover 3 is fixed to the columnar Housing 4 clamped.
- the nuts 12 are through cover plates 13 protected.
- Opener 22 provided with a snap or a Trap 23 cooperates on the columnar housing.
- the latch 23 is practically designed like a door, it is spring-loaded and points towards the opener 22 a bevel.
- the opener 22 is from the outside a program or by an operator electrically actuated if it should be possible to open the safe.
- a microswitch 27 is used to further protect against unintentional violent opening. When this happens the microswitch triggers a corresponding alarm. On the microswitch 27 acts through a contact rod 26 through the entire columnar housing 4 runs from top to bottom. If this columnar casing is damaged, is tilted or opened by force, the contact rod is also damaged or shifted in position, so that the Microswitch operated accordingly and alarm triggered becomes.
- the bollard safe is in the fig. 1 shown closed position. It cannot be opened as long as the electrically operated opener 22 no receives the corresponding signal. If e.g. trying that open column-shaped housing with a cutting device or moving with the help of a rope, the contact rod 26 damaged or moved so that the microswitch actuated and a corresponding alarm triggered becomes. The same applies if the protective cap is attempted 1 forcibly separate from the cover 3, although this Effort by the eaves collar 14 and the attack ring 24 considerable resistance is opposed.
- the storage container 11 moves not yet automatically in the open position, which is shown in FIG and 3 is shown.
- the appropriate one First press the protective cap 1 and move it a little further in the closing direction. This ensures that the mechanical locking part in the opener 22 of the trap or the catch 23 can move away, since the friction prevailing here is canceled becomes.
- the compression springs 10 the storage vessel in the 2 and 3 move open position shown. The door 21 can be opened and the stored object can be removed will.
