Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Erfassung von Tortreffern bei Ballspielen, wie z. B. Tischfußball, mit wenigstens einem Tor, einem Ball und einem auf den Ball ansprechenden Sensor, der den Bereich des Tores erfaßt und dessen Ausgangssignal bei einem Tortreffer diesen anzeigt.
Bei Ballspielen ist einer der wichtigsten Vorgänge die korrekte Erfassung eines Tores, und diese führt in Zweifelsfällen häufig zu Diskussionen und Streitigkeiten. Eine unabhängige bzw. neutrale Torerfassung ist daher erwünscht.
Aus der US-A-4.173.338 ist ein Punkte-Spielgerät bekannt, bei dem ein als Spielelement ausgebildeter Puck in ein Tor befördert wird und dabei beim Passieren des Tores eine Punktezählung auslöst. Dieser Puck durchläuft ein unterhalb des Tores angeordnetes transparentes Rohr, welches von einer Lichtschranke umgeben ist. Passiert der Puck den Bereich der Lichtschranke, erfolgt die Punktezählung. Somit wird die Gesamtheit des Spielelementekörpers durch die Lichtschranke erfaßt.
Weiterhin offenbart die FR-A-2.473.892 ein Unterhaltungsgerät der Art, welche mit einer geneigten Spielfläche versehen sind und die im allgemeinen als Kugel- oder Pinball-Spielgeräte bezeichnet werden. Bei solchen Geräten kommt es durch die geneigte Spielfläche darauf an, daß eine möglichst schwere Kugel vom erhabenen Teil des Spielfeldes immer wieder zum abgesenkten Teil des Spielfeldes zurückkehrt. Zu diesem Zweck bestehen die Spielkugeln vollständig aus Metall. Für ein Tortreffer erzielendes Ballspielgerät ist eine solche Kugel völlig ungeeignet, da diese zum Spielen ein zu hohes Gewicht aufweist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einem Ballspiel, wie z. B. Tischfußball eine automatische Torerfassung zu schaffen, bei der das Spielelement ein geringes Gewicht aufweist und dennoch sensorisch erfaßbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß bei einer Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung dient somit zur Erfassung von Tortreffern bei Ballspielen, wie z. B. Tischfußball, mit wenigstens einem Tor, mit einem Ball und mit einem auf den Ball ansprechenden Sensor, der den Bereich des Tores erfaßt und dessen Ausgangssignal bei einem Tortreffer diesen anzeigt. Bei dieser Vorrichtung ist der Ball mit einer magnetischen oder ferromagnetischen, vom Sensor erfaßbaren Markierung versehen, und der Sensor ist eine das Tor umgebende Spule.
Durch diese Maßnahmen ist es in Kombination mit dem auf eine solche Markierung ansprechenden Sensor ermöglicht, den Ball im Erfassungsbereich des Sensors auf neutrale Weise zu erfassen. Es kommt nicht mehr auf das Augenmaß eines Spielers oder eines Beobachters an, sondern vielmehr kann ein Tortreffer objektiv festgestellt werden. Eso läßt sich eine entsprechende Leiterschleife einfach um das Tor herum legen, wobei die Spule eine oder auch mehrere Windungen, wie benötigt, umfaßt. Die Spulenwicklung kann dabei in einer Lage oder auch in mehreren übereinanderliegenden Lagen erfolgen. Hierbei erfolgt die Ballerfassung induktiv mittels der in der Leiterschleife induzierten Spannung bei Balldurchlauf. Das entsprechende Sensorausgangssignal kann zur Toranzeige dienen oder auch in einer entsprechend vorgesehenen Auswerteeinrichtung weiterverarbeitet werden.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausbildung der Erfindung ist die Markierung als Kern des Balls ausgebildet. Die Herstellung des Balls ist so recht einfach und die Markierung zugleich verschleßfest.
Alternativ kann auch der Ball mit einem Metallkern versehen sein, wobei dann der Sensor ein Metalldetektor ist. Die Änderung des Magnetfeldes durch den Metallkern bewirkt eine Stromänderung in der Spule.
Anhand der erfaßten Amplitude des Sensor-Tortreffersignals kann auch eine unerwünschte Manipulation der Spieler festgestellt werden, wenn diese beispielsweise einen Magneten in den Torbereich einbringen, der zu einem entsprechenden Sensorsignal führt. Die entsprechende Amplitude ist dann deutlich höher als diejenige, die durch einen Balldurchlauf erzielt wird.
Bei einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Tortreffer-Erfassungsvorrichtung ist eine Diskriminationseinrichtung vorgesehen, die den Balleinlauf in das Tor mittels Vorzeichen und/oder Amplitude des Sensor-Tortreffersignals diskriminiert. So kann es beispielsweise vorkommen, daß ein Ball an einer Rückwand im Torbereich reflektiert wird und nach dem Toreinlauf wieder zurückläuft, was zu einem weiteren Sensorsignal führen kann. Das Vorzeichen dieses Signals ist dann umgekehrt zu dem des ersteren. Auch ist die Ballgeschwindigkeit geringer, so daß die Amplitude des Sensorgsignals kleiner ist. Anhand des Vorzeichens und/oder der Amplitude kann daher ein Ballrücklauf von einem Balleinlauf, d. h. einem echten Tortreffer, unterschieden werden. Des weiteren kann auch in der oben erwähnten Auswerteeinrichtung ein Zeitfenster vorgesehen sein. Tritt unmittelbar nach einem ersten und damit echten Tortreffersignal des Sensors ein weiteres Sensorsignal innerhalb des betreffenden Zeitintervalls auf, so wird dieses zweite Sensorausgangssignal als Tortreffer ausgeschlossen, da es sich hierbei um einen Rücklauf des Balls handelt.
Es kann auch wie erwähnt eine Verarbeitungseinrichtung und auch eine Anzeigeeinrichtung vorgesehen sein, die den Spielstand erfaßt und anzeigt. So können beispielsweise die Tortreffer aufaddiert und ihre Gesamtzahl für jede Mannschaft angezeigt werden, so daß aufgrund des jederzeit feststellbaren Spielstandes der Spielanreiz erhöht ist.
Außerdem kann zur Steigerung des Spielerinteresses eine Erfassungseinrichtung der Ballgeschwindigkeit vorgesehen sein, die die Amplitude und/oder Dauer des Sensor-Tortreffersignals verarbeitet und den sich ergebenden Geschwindigkeitswert an die erwähnte Anzeigeeinrichtung ausgibt. Dies kommt dem in letzter Zeit zunehmend erhöhten Interesse an der Feststellung der Ballgeschwindigkeiten entgegen.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden weiter anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels und der Zeichnung beschrieben, wobei diese Beschreibung lediglich zu Beispielzwecken dient und die Erfindung nicht einschränken soll. Die Erfindung ist auch nicht durch spezielle Kombinationen in den Unteransprüchen eingeschränkt, sondern ihr Umfang durch den Schutzumfang der Ansprüche gegeben.

Es wird im folgenden eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Tortreffererfassung anhand eines Tischfußballspiels und Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung dargestellt. Auf einer Spielfläche 2 ist eine Torwand 4 angeordnet, wobei die Spielfläche 2 und die Torwand 4 lediglich ausschnittsweise veranschaulicht sind. Die Torwand 4 ist mit einem rechteckförmigen Ausschnitt 6 versehen, der somit eine Toröffnung 10 und den Torraum bildet. Um die Toröffnung herum ist eine Luftspule 8 angeordnet, von der im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel acht Windungen in zwei Lagen gewickelt sind. Die Luftspule 8 verläuft durch die Spielfläche 2 und durch die Torwand.
In Torbereich ist ein erfindungsgemäß ausgestatteter Ball 10 angeordnet. Der Ball 10 weist einen magnetischen Kern 12 und einen Mantel 14 aus Kunststoffmaterial auf.
Tritt der Ball 10 beim Spiel im Falle eines Tortreffers in den Torraum 6 ein, so wird aufgrund seines magnetischen Kerns 12 in der Luftspule 8 eine Spannung induziert. Das sich hieraus ergebende Sensorausgleichssignal kann zur Tortrefferanzeige weiterverarbeitet werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Erfassung von Tortreffern bei Ballspielen, wie z. B. Tischfußball, wenigstens einem Tor (6), einem Ball (10) und einem auf den Ball (10) ansprechenden Sensor (8), der den Bereich des Tores (6) erfaßt und dessen Ausgangssignal bei einem Tortreffer diesen anzeigt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ball (10) mit einer magnetischen oder ferromagnetischen, vom Sensor (8) erfaßbaren Markierung (12) versehen ist, und daß der Sensor eine das Tor umgebende Spule (8) ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierung (12) als Kern (12) des Balls (10) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ball (10) einen Metallkern aufweist und der Sensor (8) ein Metalldetektor ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Diskriminationseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die den Balleinlauf in das Tor (6) mittels Vorzeichen und/oder Amplitude des Sensor-Tortreffersignals diskriminiert.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Verarbeitungs- und Anzeigeeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die den Spielstand erfaßt und anzeigt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zur Erfassung der Ballgeschwindigkeit vorgesehen ist, die die Amplitude und/oder Dauer des Sensor-Tortreffersignals verarbeitet und den sich ergebenden Geschwindigkeitswert an eine Anzeigeeinrichtung ausgibt.
