Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for detecting Goal hits in ball games, such as B. table football with at least one goal, one ball and one responsive to the ball Sensor that detects the area of the gate and whose output signal indicates a goal hit.
  • a point game device is known from US-A-4,173,338, in which a puck designed as a game element into a goal is conveyed and a while passing the gate Triggering points. This puck goes through one below of the gate arranged transparent tube, which from a Light barrier is surrounded. The puck passes the area the light barrier, the points are counted. Consequently is the entirety of the game element body by the Photoelectric sensor detected.
  • FR-A-2,473,892 discloses an entertainment device the kind that provide an inclined playing surface and generally as ball or pinball play equipment be designated. It happens with such devices due to the inclined playing surface that a possible heavy ball from the raised part of the field again and again returns to the lowered part of the field. To this purpose, the balls are made entirely of metal. For A ball game device that scores a goal is such a ball completely unsuitable as these are too heavy for playing having.
  • the invention has for its object in a ball game, such as B. table football an automatic goal detection to create the game element with a light weight has and yet can be sensed.
  • a device thus serves for detection of hits in ball games, such as B. table football with at least one goal, one ball and one on the Ball responsive sensor that detects the area of the goal and whose output signal indicates a goal hit.
  • the ball is magnetic or ferromagnetic marking detectable by the sensor provided, and the sensor is a coil surrounding the gate.
  • Eso can be a corresponding Simply lay the conductor loop around the gate, the Coil includes one or more turns as needed.
  • the coil winding can be in one layer or in several superimposed layers. This is done the ball detection inductively by means of the in the conductor loop induced tension when passing the ball.
  • the corresponding Sensor output signal can be used for gate display or also in processed further using an appropriately provided evaluation device will.
  • the ball can also be provided with a metal core be, in which case the sensor is a metal detector.
  • the change of the magnetic field through the metal core causes a current change in the coil.
  • an unwanted manipulation of the players can also be detected if, for example, a magnet in bring in the gate area that corresponds to a corresponding sensor signal leads.
  • the corresponding amplitude is then clear higher than that achieved by passing the ball becomes.
  • Goal hit detection device is a discriminator provided the ball entering the gate by means of the sign and / or amplitude of the sensor hit signal discriminated against. For example, that a ball is reflected on a rear wall in the goal area and runs back after entering the gate, resulting in another Sensor signal can lead. The sign of this signal is then reversed to that of the former. Also the ball speed less so that the amplitude of the sensor signal is smaller. Based on the sign and / or the amplitude can therefore a ball return from a ball infeed, i.e. H. a real goal hit. Furthermore can also be a time window in the evaluation device mentioned above be provided. Occurs immediately after a first and thus real goal hit signal from the sensor another Sensor signal within the relevant time interval, so this second sensor output signal is a hit excluded, since this is a return of the Balls is acting.
  • a processing device can also be a processing device and a display device can also be provided which shows the game status recorded and displayed. For example, the goal hits added up and their total number for each team are displayed so that due to the fact that can be determined at any time Score the incentive to play is increased.
  • a recording device can be used to increase player interest the ball speed should be provided the the amplitude and / or duration of the sensor hit signal processed and the resulting speed value outputs the aforementioned display device. This comes in Interest in finding has increased lately towards the ball speeds.
  • a device for Scoring a goal based on a table football game and Fig. 1 and 2 of the drawing.
  • a goal wall 4 On a playing field 2 a goal wall 4 is arranged, the playing surface 2 and the gate wall 4 only partially illustrated are.
  • the goal wall 4 is with a rectangular cutout 6 provided, which thus forms a gate opening 10 and the goal area.
  • An air coil 8 is arranged around the gate opening, of the eight turns in the illustrated embodiment are wrapped in two layers. The air coil 8 runs through the playing surface 2 and through the goal wall.
  • a ball 10 equipped according to the invention is in the goal area arranged.
  • the ball 10 has a magnetic core 12 and a jacket 14 made of plastic material.
  • the ball 10 kicks in during the game in the event of a goal hit the goal area 6, because of its magnetic core 12 induces a voltage in the air coil 8. That comes from this Resulting sensor compensation signal can be used to display goal hits to be processed further.
