Claims (16)

  1.     caractérisé en ce que
    a) la forme à double toile (3) présente au début un rouleau de formage (8) enveloppé par la toile interne (4) ayant un diamètre extérieur d'au moins 800 mm,
    b) l'angle (α) que forme la normale (N) au jet de suspension (9) avec la verticale (V1) lors de son incidence sur le rouleau de formage (8), est compris entre -60° (jet de suspension orienté vers le haut) et +90° (jet de suspension orienté vers le bas),
    c) la toile interne (4) et la toile externe (5) adoptent une allure, après le rouleau de formage (8) dans la région des nervures de formage (10, 11), qui est orientée vers le bas et qui en l'occurrence se trouve dans les limites d'un secteur (12) qui s'écarte de la verticale (V2) suivant un angle (β) de 10° maximum par rapport au côté de la toile interne et suivant un angle (β') de 45° maximum par rapport au côté de la toile externe.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'angle (α) que forme la normale (N) au jet de suspension (9) avec la verticale (V1) lors de son incidence sur le rouleau de formage (8), est compris entre -10° (jet de suspension orienté légèrement vers le haut) et +90° (jet de suspension orienté vers le bas).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des nervures de formage (10 et 11) sont montées des deux côtés dans la région orientée vers le bas de la double toile.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les toiles forment dans la région des nervures de formage (10, 11) un parcours en méandres.

  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'enveloppement (ä) des deux toiles (4, 5) sur le rouleau de formage (8) est compris entre 10° et 180°.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'enveloppement (ä) des deux toiles (4, 5) sur le rouleau de formage (8) est compris entre 10° et 100°.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la région d'au moins 90% des nervures de formage (10, 11), aucune dépression n'est appliquée.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une dépression n'est appliquée sur aucune des nervures de formage (10, 11).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de formage (11) appliquées sur la toile externe (5) sont supportées de manière mobile et élastique en direction de la toile.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une caisse aspirante séparatrice (17), dans la zone d'action de laquelle la toile externe (5) est evacuée, s'applique dans la direction d'avance derrière les nervures de formage (10, 11) sur la toile interne (4).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la caisse aspirante séparatrice (17) est conçue en tant qu'unité de construction avec la cuve d'eau (12) recevant les nervures de formage (10) sur la toile interne (4), une autre dépression que celle dans la cuve d'eau (12) étant possible par séparation dans la caisse aspirante séparatrice (17).
