Claims (9)
- Maschine zur Verpackung vorverpackter Produkte in Umkartons, mit einem Rahmen, einem Magazin (20) für Kartonzuschnitte (22) oder flachgefaltete, geklebte Kartons, einer Entnahmevorrichtung (24) zur Entnahme eines Kartonzuschnittes (22) aus dem Magazin (20) und Überführung unter mindestens Teilaufrichtung des Kartons (22') in eine Befüllstation (42), in welcher eine Produktgruppe in den voll aufgerichteten Karton (22') eingeschoben wird, mit einer, Faltorgane (64) zum Umlegen der Stirnlaschen des Kartons (22') und Klebemittel (66, 66') zu deren Befestigung aufweisenden Verschlußstation (68), sowie mit einer Transportvorrichtung (48) zum Überführen des befüllten Kartons (22') durch die Verschlußstation (68), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen im Querschnitt prinzipiell L-förmig ausgebildet ist und eine aufrechte Tragwand (12) an der Maschinenrückseite sowie einen nach vorn weisenden Bodenausleger (14) oder mehrere -Auslegerarme aufweist, daß das Magazin (20) wenigstens zum größten Teil vor der Tragwand (12) angeordnet ist, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (24) und ein Traggestell (46) der Transportvorrichtung (48) jeweils einseitige Tragarme (26, 50, 52, 54) aufweisen, die in die Tragwand (12) hineinreichen und mit in dieser oder an und in dieser angeordneten Antriebsvorrichtungen (38, 48) verbunden sind, daß im Bereich der Verschlußstation (68) mindestens ein, an der Tragwand 12 befestigter Vorbaurahmen (62, 70) vorgesehen ist, der die Faltorgane (64) und die Klebemittel (66, 66') trägt, und daß die Maschine (10) unterhalb der Bewegungsbahn (18) des befüllten Kartons (22') und oberhalb des Bodenauslegers (14) mindestens im Bereich der Befüllstation (42) wenigstens zum größten Teil bodenfrei ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung (38) für die Entnahmevorrichtung (24) eine horizontale Längsschiebevorrichtung aufweist, die einen endlosen Ketten-oder Riemenantrieb umfaßt, der in der Tragwand (12) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorbaurahmen (62) die Bewegungsbahn (18) der gefüllten Kartons (22') oberhalb quert.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung durch die Entnahmevorrichtung (24, 38) gebildet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung (48) ein bodenseitig offenes Traggestell (46) für den Karton (22') aufweist, das einseitig an einem Schlitten (50) einer Vertikalführung (52) auf- und abbewegbar gelagert und mit einem Verstellantrieb verstellbar ist und daß die Vertikalführung (52) einen, der Tragwand (12) zugewandten Horizontalschlitten (54) aufweist, der an einer horizontalen Längsschiebeführung (56) geführt ist, wobei die Längsschiebeführung (56) und mindestens der Antrieb (58) für den Horizontalschlitten (54) in der Tragwand (12) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragarm (26) der Entnahmevorrichtung (24) um eine rechtwinklig zur Tragwand (12) liegende Querachse in oder benachbart der Tragwand (12) drehbar gelagert ist und mit einem in der Tragwand (12) angeordneten Hebel (30) verbunden ist, an dem ein Betätigungszylinder (32) zum Verschwenken der Entnahmevorrichtung (24) angreift.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (24) an einem Vertikalschlitten (72) befestigt ist, dessen Führung an der Längsschiebevorrichtung (38, 78) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Magazin (20) oberhalb der Befüllstation (42) befindet.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertikalführung (72) einen vertikalen Linearzylinder aufweist, der an einem, von der Tragwand (12) nach vorn auskragenden Ausleger (74) befestigt ist, welcher sich oberhalb der deckseitigen Horizontalebene der Kartonbewegungsbahn (18) erstreckt.
