Claims (7)
- Auf einen ortsfesten Stutzen (11) bspw. eines Kraftfahrzeugkühlers eines Ausgleichsbehälters von Kühl- oder Heizsystemen oder dgl. zu befestigender, vorzugsweise aufschraubbarer oder aufsteck- und drehbarer Verschlußdeckel (210, 310, 410) mit einer Schraub- bzw. Steck- und Drehkappe (214, 314, 414) und einem gegenüber dieser verdrehbaren Eingriffsteil (221, 321, 421), innerhalb dessen ein vorzugsweise in Überdruck/Unterdruck-Kombination ausgeführtes Ventil (215, 315, 415) konzentrisch und gegenüber der Kappe drehbeweglich angeordnet ist, wobei das Ventil ein Dichtelement (27) aufweist, das bei Aufbringen des Verschlußdeckels mit einem innenliegenden Hals des ortsfesten Stutzens (11) in Dichtverbindung gelangt, wobei der Verschlußdeckel (210, 310,410) in auf den ortsfesten Stutzen (11) aufgebrachtem Zustand mittels eines temperaturabhängigen Steuerelementes (237, 337, 437) gegen Abnehmen, vorzugsweise Abschrauben oder Abdrehen, sicherbar ist, wobei mittels des temperaturabhängigen Steuerelements ein Kopplungsteil (238, 338, 438) im wesentlichen etwa axial bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das temperaturabhängige Steuerelement, mit dem bei Normaltemperatur eine drehfeste Kopplung von Kappe und Eingriffsteil und bei Übertemperatur eine Entkopplung erreichbar ist, von einer Memoryfeder (237, 337, 437) gebildet ist und mit einem von einer Rückdruckfeder (259, 359, 459) beaufschlagten Steuerbolzen (238, 338, 438) als Kopplungsteil zusammenwirkt, der einen Bund (257, 357, 457) aufweist, zwischen dem und einem Widerlager sich die Memoryfeder (237, 337, 437) abstützt, und daß die Memoryfeder (237, 437) außermittig angeordnet und in einer axialen Ausnehmung in der Kappe (214) oder in dem Eingriffsteil (421) gelagert ist und der Steuerbolzen (238, 438) unmittelbar eine Kopplung bzw. Entkopplung von Kappe (214, 414) und Eingriffsteil (221, 421) bewirkt oder daß die Memoryfeder (337) mittig angeordnet ist und oberhalb des Eingriffsteils (321) auf dem der Kappe (314) zugewandten Ende des axialen Steuerbolzens ein horizontaler Verbindungsschenkel eines U-förmigen Kopplungselements (338) aufliegt, der von einer Rückdruckfeder (359) beaufschlagt ist, die sich anderenends an der Innenfläche der Kappe (314) abstützt, so daß seitliche vertikale Verbindungsschenkel (375, 376) von oben in Richtung auf das Eingriffsteil (321) vorstehen und bei Normaltemperatur zur Erreichung einer drehfesten Verbindung in axiale Ausnehmungen (353) in dem Eingriffsteil (321) eingreifen.
- Verschlußdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Memoryfedern (237, 437) mit von Rückdruckfedern (259, 459) beaufschlagten Steuerbolzen (238, 438) an einem außermittigen Bereich des Verschlußdeckels (220, 420) angeordnet sind.
- Verschlußdeckel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl Memoryfeder (237, 437) als auch Rückdruckfeder (259, 459) in der Kappe (214) oder im Stutzen (11) untergebracht sind.
- Verschlußdeckel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Memoryfeder (237') und Rückdruckfeder (259') getrennt voneinander in der Kappe (214') bzw. im Außengewindeteil (221') untergebracht sind.
- Verschlußdeckel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Memoryfeder (437, 437') nahe bzw. im Bereich der Flüssigkeitsoberfläche im Behälter bzw. Behälterstutzen (11) angeordnet ist.
- Verschlußdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Memoryfeder (337, 337') innerhalb des Ventils (15) angeordnet ist und über einen Verbindungsbolzen (373, 373') an der Steuerplatte (338, 338') angreift.
- Verschlußdeckel nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerbolzen (238) bzw. ein axialer Steuerfinger (376) des Kopplungselementes (338) mit einer axialen Ausnehmung (253, 353) im Außengewindeteil zusammenwirkt.
