Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter in Form einer Flasche oder Dose aus beliebigem Werkstoff, insbesondere Blech oder Kunststoff, mit einem an der Oberseite vorgesehenen Sprühventil und einer an der Unterseite des Behälters angeordneten Pumpvorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Luftüberdruckes in dem Behälter, die über ein Ventil mit dem Innenraum des Behälters verbunden ist.
- In der EP 0 484 574 A1 ist ein derartiger Behälter beschrieben, bei dem die Pumpvorrichtung aus mindestens einem an der Unterseite des Behälters mit diesem dicht verbundenen Balg besteht, der einen an der Unteseite offenen oder eine Öffnung aufweisenden, durch Niederdrücken auf eine Unterlage verkleinerbaren und duch Anheben vergrößerbaren Raum einschließt, in welchen mindestens ein im Boden des Behälters oder im Inneren desselben angeordnetes Ventil mündet.
- Eine besondere Ausführungsform dieses vorbekannten Behälters besteht darin, daß die Pumpvorrichtung aus zwei den Raum verkleinernden, konzentrisch ineinandergesetzten Bälgen besteht, wobei im Boden des Behälters nur ein Ventil angeordnet ist.
- Der vorbekannte Behälter weist jedoch den Nachteil auf, daß es infolge des offenen unteren Raumes sehr schwer ist, durch Niederdrücken und Anheben des Behälters den erforderlichen Überdruck im Behälter zu erzeugen, um Sprühen zu können.
- Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem in einfacher Weise durch Niederdrücken auf eine Unterlage sowie durch Anheben die Luft in den Behälter leicht eingepreßt werden kann.
- Zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe wird ein Behälter der eingangs genannten Art vorgeschlagen, welcher dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der innere Balg in den als Bodenkappe ausgebildeten äußeren Balg dicht eingesetzt ist und in der Öffnung des inneren Balges ein weiteres Ventil eingesetzt ist.
- Gemäß einer besonderen Ausführungsform ist der innere Balg auf einen Ansatzstutzen in der unteren Öffnung des Behälters aufgesetzt, in der das erste Ventil angeordnet ist, das mit einem in den Behälter reichenden Steigrohr für die Luft verbunden ist.
- Mit dem Behälter gemäß der Erfindung wird der wesentliche Vorteil erreicht, daß bei seinem Niederdrücken auf eine Unterlage die Luft im Innenraum des inneren Balges über das erste Ventil in den Innenraum des Behälters hineingedrückt wird. Während des Anhebens des Behälters wird der innere Balg über das zweite Ventil mit Luft gefüllt. Beim nächsten Niederdrücken des Behälters auf die Unterlage wird wiederum die im inneren Balg verbleibende Luft durch das erste Ventil in den Behälter gedrückt und kann durch das zweite Ventil nicht mehr an der Unterseite entweichen.
- Anhand der Zeichnung soll am Beispiel einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Behälter gemäß der Erfindung näher erläutert werden.
- Die Figur der Zeichnung zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch einen zylinderförmigen Behälter gemäß der Erfindung.
- Wie sich aus der Figur der Zeichnung ergibt, besteht der Behälter gemäß der Erfindung aus einem Druckbehälter 1, der an der Oberseite einen Gewindestutzen 2 zum Aufschrauben einer Kappe 3 aufweist, die das Sprühventil 4 enthält. Die Oberseite wird mit einer Sprühkappe 5 mit einem Betätigungshebel 6 für das Sprühventil 4 abgeschlossen. Das Sprühventil 4 weist an der Unterseite ein Steigrohr 7 für die Flüssigkeit auf, das bis fast zum Boden des Behälters 1 reicht.
- An der Unterseite weist der Behälter 1 eine rundumlaufende Nut 8 auf, auf die ein als Bodenkappe 9 ausgebildeter, mit Öffnungen zum Austritt der Luft versehener Balg aufgesetzt ist. Die Bodenkappe 9 ist an der Unterseite, wie bei 10 dargestellt, geschlossen und weist eine zentrische Öffnung auf, in die ein innerer Balg 11, der als Pumpkörper ausgebildet ist, eingesetzt ist. Der innere Balg 11 ist an der Oberseite auf einen Ansatzstutzen 12 aufgesetzt, in dem sich das erste Ventil 13, das mit einem Steigrohr 14 für die Luft verbunden ist, befindet.
- In die untere Öffnung des inneren Balges 11 ist ein zweites Ventil 15 eingesetzt, das bewirkt, daß die Luft von außen nur in den inneren Balg 11 gelangen kann. Bei mehrmaligem Niederdrücken des Behälters 1 auf die Unterlage wird somit bewirkt, daß die sich im inneren Balg 11 befindliche Luft nur durch das Ventil 13 und das Steigrohr 14 in den Innenraum des Behälters 1 bewegen kann.
Claims (2)
- Behälter in Form einer Flasche oder Dose aus beliebigem Werkstoff, insbesondere Blech oder Kunststoff, mit einem an der Oberseite vorgesehenen Sprühventil und einer an der Unterseite des Behälters angeordneten Pumpvorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Luftüberdruckes in dem Behälter, die über ein Ventil mit dem Innenraum des Behälters verbunden ist, wobei die Pumpvorrichtung aus zwei an der Unterseite des Behälters mit diesem dicht verbundenen, konzentrisch ineinandergesetzten Bälgen besteht und im Boden des Behälters ein Ventil angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Balg (11) in den als Bodenkappe (9) ausgebildeten äußeren Balg dicht eingesetzt ist und in der Öffnung des inneren Balges (11) ein weiteres Ventil (15) eingesetzt ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß der innere Balg (11) auf einen Ansatzstutzen (12) in der unteren Öffnung des Behälters (1) aufgesetzt ist, in der das erste Ventil (13) angeordnet ist, das mit einem in den Behälter (1) reichenden Steigrohr (14) für die Luft verbunden ist.
