Claims (4)
- Spannvorrichtung für einen Federspeicher (12) eines Leistungsschalters mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeinem schwenkbar gelagerten Handhebel (46),einem Klinkenrad (47), das durch eine mit dem Handhebel (46) verbundene Transportklinke (50) schrittweise drehbar und durch eine Sperrklinke (52) gegen Zurückdrehen sperrbar ist,eine mit dem Klinkenrad (47) gekuppelte Kurvenscheibe (13) zur Betätigung eines mit dem Federspeicher (12) verbundenen ein Kniegelenk (16) aufweisenden Hebelsystems (14,15) das aus der vollständig gespannten Stellung entlang einer rückspringenden Kante (63) der Kurvenscheibe (13) in die Ausgangsstellung bewegbar ist,das Kniegelenk (16) des Hebelsystems (14, 15) mit der Kurvenscheibe (13) zusammenwirkt,eine Vorrichtung zur Unterbrechung der Kraftübertragung von dem Handhebel (46) zu dem Klinkenrad (47) bei vollständig gespanntem Federspeicher (12) vorgesehen ist,wobei die Vorrichtung einen an der rückspringenden Kante (63) der Kurvenscheibe (13) angebrachten, in den Weg des Kniegelenkes (16) des Hebelsystems (14,15) ragenden Vorsprung (64) undeinen an der Kurvenscheibe (13) angebrachten Mitnehmer (61) aufweist, der mit einer Arbeitsfläche (66) eines Anschlaghebels (55) derart zusammenwirkend angeordnet ist, daß beim Erreichen der vollständig gespannten Stellung die Transportklinke (50) durch Beaufschlagung des Anschlaghebels durch den Mitnehmer (61) von dem Klinkenrad (47) abhebbar ist und ferner bei Beaufschlagung des Vorsprunges (64) der Kurvenscheibe (13) durch das Kniegelenk (16) bei der Überführung des Hebelsystems (14, 15) in die Ausgangsstellung der Anschlaghebel (55) durch Fortbewegung des Mitnehmers (61) von der Arbeitsfläche (66) freigebbar ist zwecks erneuten Eingriffes der Transportklinke (50) in das Klinkenrad (47).
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Vorrichtung zur Entkupplung des Handhebels (46) einen mit dem ortsfest gelagerten Anschlaghebel (55) unter Einfügung einer Kupplungsfeder (60) verbundenen Entkupplungshebel (56) umfaßt, der eine mit der Transportklinke (50) derart zusammenwirkende Arbeitsfläche (62) besitzt, daß die Transportklinke (50) von dem Klinkenrand (47) abhebbar oder zum Eingriff in das Klinkenrand (47) freigebbar ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Anschlaghebel (55) und der Entkupplungshebel (56) um einen gemeinsamen Gelenkzapfen (54) bewegbar sind und daß der Entkupplungshebel (56) eine das Klinkenrad (47) tragende Spannwelle (45) übergreifende Öffnung (59) besitzt. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der im Zuge des Spannvorganges des Federspeichers (12) zuletzt mit der Sperrklinke (52) zusammenwirkende Zahn (48) des Klinkenrades (47) an seinem Rücken zur Schaffung einer weiteren Raststellung eine zahnartige Ausnehmung (65) besitzt.
