  1. Tensioner for a spring-loading device (12) of a power circuit-breaker, having
    a pivotably mounted hand lever (46),
    a ratchet wheel (47), which can be rotated in steps by means of a movement pawl (50) which is connected to the hand lever (46) and can be blocked so that it cannot rotate back again by means of a blocking pawl (52),
    a cam disc (13), which is coupled to the ratchet wheel (47), for actuating a lever system (14,15), which is connected to the spring-loading device (12), has a toggle joint (16) and can be moved out of the completely tensioned position, along a receding edge (63) of the cam disc (13), into the initial position,
    characterized in that
    the toggle joint (16) of the lever system (14,15) interacts with the cam disc (13),
    a device for interrupting the transmission of energy from the hand lever (46) to the ratchet wheel (47), when the spring-loading device (12) is completely tensioned, is provided,
    the device having a projection (64), which is arranged on the receding edge (63) of the cam disc (13) and protrudes into the path of the toggle joint (16) of the lever system (14,15), and

  2. Tensioner according to Claim 1, characterized in that the device for uncoupling the hand lever (46) comprises an uncoupling lever (56) which is connected, with the interposition of a coupling spring (60), to the immovably mounted stop lever (55) and has a working surface (62) which interacts with the movement pawl (50) in such a manner that the movement pawl (50) can be lifted off the ratchet wheel (47) or can be released in order to engage in the ratchet wheel (47).
  3. Tensioner according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stop lever (55) and the uncoupling lever (56) can be moved about a common pivot pin (54) and in that the uncoupling lever (56) has an opening (59) which engages over a tensioning pin (45) which supports the ratchet wheel (47).
  4. Tensioner according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that that tooth (48) of the ratchet wheel (47) which interacts last with the blocking pawl (52) in the course of the tensioning operation of the spring-loading device (12) has on its rear a toothlike recess (65) in order to create a further latching position.
